Bach Party in Playa Del Carmen or Tulum??

Hi ladies! Trying to decide where I want to have my bachelorette party location. I’m torn between Playa Del Carmen & Tulum, Mexico (other locations would be recommended) Would love your guys Input who have been to these locations. I don’t want it to revolve around drinking every day so I’m looking for a place that also has outdoorsy things too.

Have you asked your bridesmaids their thoughts? Mexico for a Bach party may be too much for some.

Yeah I agree with PP. I would definitely run it past your bridesmaids as one, some or all of them may not be comfortable with an international trip right now for a variety of reasons (I'm assuming you're not in Mexico already). I do know that states like Florida, Hawaii, and California have beach towns that have a lot of outdoorsy activities if you want to check those out too.

I think Mexico could end up being a much cheaper option than some places in the states, honestly. I have found all-inclusive resorts that are way cheaper than going to Florida. I don’t have experience in either place, but have been to Isle Mujeres which was really nice.

Hi Lauren! Playa del Carmen is great because it's easy to get to and really easy to get around!! Their downtown is mostly car-free and walkable for eating, shopping, strolling, and dancing! There are great hotels with amazing pools, cabanas, and beaches and you can hit up Coralina Daylight Club for an awesome pool party!
There are also plenty of beaches and bars in Tulum! In addition, Tulum is great for adventure-seekers and water activities. You can plan a day trip to local ruins, or a swimming / snorkeling excursion! The Knot also has a great planning resource: A Tulum Bachelorette Party Guide to Plan Your Weekend.
