August Brides

My bridal shower is scheduled for April 18th.. it was the only time my MOH could host it since she's in the military. But she hasn't communicated to me about rescheduling it.. I'm hoping my mom could host it if my MOH can't and needs to be rescheduled later on maybe in June. I'm hoping by June things will be more under control. But my bach party is in mid July so hopefully that won't need to be cancelled since our wedding is 2 weeks after it.

Both my bridal shower and bach are in July so they’re planning as they have been

No one is really sure when this will end, so it's best to be flexible and have a lot of back up plans.

View Quoted Comment OMG!! Mine was April 18th too!! I was going back home to Vegas since everyone is there but everything is closed so yesterday I cancelled my flight!! So sad 😭!! We haven’t rescheduled it, waiting to see how things continue. My wedding is in Cancun August 8th. So hoping that things are better by then!!!

My Bachelorette is planned for the last weekend of May in Austin, Texas.... hopefully we will all be able to go by then. 3 girls are flying in from California and I will be coming In from Wyoming. My Bridal Shower is June 20th in California so Fingers crossed!

My bachelorette party was cancelled automatically by the hotel and airline. It was for May 14th-18th in Vegas. My bridal shower is in June and I imagine it will also be cancelled but they will decide in early May.

It’s so hard to tell rn. I have family coming from the UK and I feel like August is still too soon. People will still be wary. I just want it to be stress free and everyone have fun! (My original date was May 30, changed to August 9, now thinking may 2020)

My (surprise) bridal shower (that I knew about lol) was supposed to be April 25. They are postponing, so I don't know when now (and neither do they). I don't know about the bachelorette party. Everything is up in the air, and it sucks.

My bachelorette party was supposed to be the first weekend of May, but that was recently cancelled. My bridal shower is scheduled for June, but we will re-evaluate mid-May to determine if that will need to be cancelled or postponed as well. I'm sorry you're all experiencing this uncertainty too!

My bach weekend is 8/21. bridal shower 7/19 I haven't cancelled or postponed as yet.
