Hi WW, my hubby and I are coming up on our first wedding anniversary (YAY!!!) and I want to incorporate a fun, sweet or sentimental anniversary tradition we can start and share every anniversary. Do you have any anniversary traditions? Do you listen to your wedding song? Indulge in remake of your wedding cake? I’d love to hear your ideas and traditions!

    Since the 1st year is traditionally paper, I plan to have a custom comic made with our story and pictures included. We also plan to spend the weekend in the town we were legally married, visiting many of the places we love and spent time in on our wedding day. I will also play some of the songs from our reception while we relax in our room. I have just under 11 months to plan the details but this is what I have so far. lol

    Whatever you do, it will be special for the two of you. Congratulations!

    We buy each other (or buy a gift together) that corresponds to the traditional anniversary gifts for each year. We try and get creative, like cotton candy for 2nd or an iPad (apple) for 4th.

    I have seen couples that take a photo together holding their wedding photo and then get that printed to hold for a photo the next year and so on. It seems like an easy and cheap tradition.
