After Party

We are thinking of directing people to a bar afterwards, but haven’t figured it out yet. Our wedding ends at 10 and it may be difficult to find somewhere to handle all our guests on a Saturday night downtown (we don’t want to pay for a venue).

Another option is one of our hotels, as you mentioned, but they don’t have a traditional bar, they just sell drinks for consumption in the lobby or onsite at their pantry.

We are ending at 9 but no after party. Close family will help us clean up because we have to set up/take down ourselves. Also our ceremony starts at 2pm so maybe some ppl will feel like its a long day.

There’s a Margarita’s in town. All who want will find us there. Probably the first time I’ll be able to enjoy a drink all night!😂

We didn’t but we had a handful of people left that suggested a local bar

I have a hotel at casino so we'll probably be all going back there. Of course it has lots of bars and stuff to do. My crowd will definitely not wanna go home.

Ours ends at 11, but I think we may go to a bar on the same street if we're up for it.


My secret is that I just want to wear my dress for as long as I can 😂

We'll have an after party! The venue we have is all-inclusive, and they open the pub downstairs for the after party after the reception is over. The leftover food from the late night snacks and the bartenders go right down to the pub and we'll keep going! The only difference is it switches from an open bar at the reception to a cash bar at the after party.

Ours ends early too. We figured the party animals would stay up and hang out at the hotel restaurant and bar. My family gave me criticism about it ending early.

We're going to do this. Our reception ends at 8pm and everyone will have traveled out of town. So we are planning to find a bar to go to. Nothing "official" though, as everyone will be paying for themselves if they want to come.

We aren’t sure exactly when our reception will end but we are planning on heading downtown with whoever wants to join!
