We used a 360 photobooth 5 days ago. She doesn’t have to edit the videos as we could see them on the screen as guest were making them. The owner says she can’t get into the phone she used for them and is working on retrieving the rest. I only have 5 videos. Other 360 photo booths I’ve used in the past, we got instant text of the videos. How should I proceed?

Hi. I would call her and ask her what the hold up is. If it really is a technical issue give her a few days. If you think she’s scamming you, tell her you will have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and give her reasons why. If you have a signed contract with the company, search through it and see what the clauses are about turnaround time for receiving products. Good luck! So sorry you’re going through that.

Thank you so much, she currently sent me 5 videos, so I think it may be a technical issues. I appreciate your advice . If not received I’m going to file a complaint.

If she's unable to recover the remaining videos, then I would ask for a refund, since you didn't get the product that you paid for. Technical issues sometimes happen (though it's pretty rare), so I would give her a week or so to try to recover everything first.

Thank you, I’m going to give her a week. She used an iPhone so hopefully she can recover it on her cloud or something. If not , I’m going to ask for a refund . I appreciate the advice .
