1St Gift Purchased

Most people check their registries on a regular basis, it’s recommended. When you have a registry you kind of know what gifts to expect anyway, there’s no reason to feel guilty.

As PP mentioned it's a good idea to make sure proces havent changed or items havent been discontinued.

Guilty! At first it was an accident—I saw an email come in from amazon saying what the gift was and then was able to click and see who bought it. And I accidentally saw a few things purchased from BB&B when I was checking to make sure I had something on there. Lol but I’m trying soooo hard to be good because I wanna be surprised! My shower isn’t until the end of August so I have even longer to go. 😅 where are you registered by the way?

I looked at all my gifts. I knew who bought me what before I ever received it. I don’t do well with surprises lol.

First time by accident to and then I kept looking....whoops!

My shower is the day after yours! I had a friend text me as soon as shower invites went out to ask me to take an item off (she bought it for me at a different store). So when I went in, I accidentally saw that one of our big ticket items was bought right away. I felt super guilty ( I love surprises) and deleted the BB&B app the next day. Still don’t know who bought it though!

The bridal shower that my fmil and fsil's are hosting is August 10th. I have BBB app and get notifications that items have been purchased. I absolutely don't want to see what was bought. I really want it to be a surprise. Unfortunately we weren't done with our registry yet. So when I go in I set the filter to items still available and quickly scroll to the department I need to modify. I know a lot of people check their registry frequently. No guilt necessary

We've purchased some things off of our registries. And Amazon sent us an email when it happened. So I'm guessing we will be constantly updated when someone buys something for us from Amazon?
It's not a surprise tho. I asked for all that stuff. Lol.

I’ve checked mine. I wouldn’t feel bad about it at all. It’s fun!

My shower is next week, I have been checking since the invitations went out to see what is bought - but to keep an element of surprise I just never checked who actually got them! But it's good to check the registry in case you need to add anything, it's definitely good to manage and fun too!

The surprise will be more of who bought what for you! Now, keep an eye out for that gift at your shower and see who it was from! They obviously have their life together to purchase so quickly!!

I have tried my hardest not to look, but I look daily. I'm not good with surprises. My FH keeps yelling at me.

I haven't received any gifts yet but I'll definitely be checking frequently when they do get bought! Only because my FH and I are both living with our parents until the big day, and we have NOTHING lol. We will be starting from scratch so it's good to know what we will need to purchase ourselves a little bit ahead of time
