10/10/2020 Minimony

We got married on October 10th, like we planned. Instead of having the big ceremony and reception, we found a park in the city of Scottsdale (AZ) that was renting out ramadas (covered picnic area). It was large enough for people to stay socially distanced. We even had a makeshift aisle that my surrogate father walked me down. I didn't wear my wedding dress; I bought a pretty floral dress from Macy's, and everyone including my husband dressed casually. Even though it wasn't the big blowout it was supposed to be, I was a nervous wreck. However, the ceremony was sweet and I was thrilled to marry my perfect man. I'm technologically impaired so I don't have any pictures. I hope to be able to post some soon.
