10.04.20. What an amazing day! I think I’m the first to say that even though it was perfect, I would not do it again. One and done. I wanted it to be just us in Bali but he wanted a big wedding and I got stuck planning it but it was worth it.
I will say we were against a first look and I kind of regret that, just because of me. Of course, I didn’t know I would hyperventilate down the aisle but still. I was calm the ENTIRE day until they opened the curtains and I went into full panic. As you can see in pics, my mom was trying to hold it together for me so she isn’t even smiling lol. Once I got to my husband everything went numb and I was about to pass out. My husband noticed and helped me breath. We didn’t even get to hear our officiant make jokes (he is our close friend).
Besides that, it was a very emotional day. We are the jokesters in the family so us being so emotional during the day made everyone emotional. Guest kept saying they never cry but cried at our wedding. We cried, ate, drank, and partied hard! Then after all the hard partying, had to get up at 4am for our 7am flight. Now that was hard lol but we made it and had an amazing honeymoon in Antigua.
