Happy Festivus everyone! I figured we could start a post about holiday traditions. This is mine and FH 5th Christmas as a couple but only our first time actually being together with our pups! Any traditions? Also air your grievances!

FH and I are looking into buying a house once I finish my Bachelors in May. Except we have no idea where to begin or even if we would qualify. Does anybody recommend who we should talk to in general terms?
