My FH says it would be rude to have our wedding and not tell my co-workers anything. does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

There are alot or persons that know that i am getting married however i don't want them all at my wedding. Is it inappropriate to talk about my wedding to them but not invite them?

Is it ok to just invite one person from my office to come to my wedding? how do i let the others know that they are not invited to the reception but they can come to the church ceremony? and do i even have to let them know?
