Ok this may be a very stupid question but I love red velvet cake and I make it every year for the holidays but my FH is allergic to food coloring so I wouldn't be able to add it.. like I said this may be a stupid question but will it change the taste...

Are you doing a complete playlist or just giving your DJ a few MUST plays? and if you are doing a complete playlist how many songs do you need for the a full 4 hour reception?

How many bottles of champagne would you think I willl need for about 70 ppl ? and for toast do you serve 3/4 of a glass or 1/3 of a glass?

What do you all think of silk flowers... I'm only half way considering them because we are making our own bouquets and one of the BM's suggested we use silk and make them early.... your thoughts????
