So, I'm on Etsy and there are tons of invitations online. Do you normally provide a guest list with addresses and have the invitations labeled or is it up to me to label them? What's the norm?

We are marrying at a cathedral just under half an hour from the reception venue (country club). How long should the reception be? Some packages are 4 hours and others are 5, etc.
