I was wondering how you are planning the assigned seating- if you are that is... are you mixing up your FH's family and Yours, b/c i think that would just be awkward... cuz really.. to be honest. my gramma isnt going to go hang out with my FH's Uncle...

What do they consist of? its going to be about a half hour long. and its at 11 am in the morning. its a small ceramony of 20 people on the beach and the Reception for my other 150 guests starts at 5 pm, do i really need a program?

I am having a small beach Ceramony. do i need ushers, or can people just sit wherever as long as its on their side. do you have to hire ushers, or are they family? do you think i should ask the Venue im working with to be ushers?
