What project did you attack FIRST? to cut cost I am doing some DIY but have no idea where to begin!

As of right now FH and I are saving here and there and still have lots to do.But still figuring out the cost. What did you spend or are spending the most on besides the Reception?

So Ive already gone through my guest list but I wanted your opinion. Who did you absolutly invited to your wedding? I know family is a given but HOW much family. (my immediate family a total of about 15 ALONE). How did you divide the guest list?
