Help!? Unresponsive vendor has my deposit!

My catering vendor was pretty responsive and usually got back to me within a day or so. Now that I've sent the $250 non refundable deposit she won't get back to me! It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since the check was cashed. I expected an email...
