Has anyone bought a Publix wedding cake? Do they have a variety of flavors? Is it expensive? Would you recommend them?

How much did you spend on flowers? All I want is the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, the mens boutinnieres and the flowers for the moms...do you think that will still be a lot? I want hydrangeas and MAYBE some roses...
