I'm wearing a tea-length organza dress that is soft white/ivory with flecks of champagne and gold (hard to see in pic). I've been looking FOREVER for some great heels to wear with this dress with no luck. I can't go white and the ivory is kinda hard...

So we've picked out this chino vest and pant combo for my FH (the groomsmen are wearing just the pants and a tie). 'm stuck trying to figure out what shirt and tie combination works best since they can't wear white shirts. My dress is a "soft white"...
