Who's paying for your wedding? If you're funding it all yourself does it affect what type of wedding your able to have, inspire you to DIY, or make you move your date further?

I'm in California, I'm not sure if it matters or not.. I'm not sure if the sale is national or regional but does anyone know when the $99 sale is happening or if I've already missed it??? Thanks lady's!
