Who do I inform of a name change? Who should DH inform he's married?

Ok, I just cannot find a checklist anywhere that first these questions. As for who I tell about my new last name I know... Social Security, Drivers License, banks, then work. But who knows next? And who wants original copies of the marriage license?...
