Found a dress online that i loved then found someone who was selling it for a lower price. I decided to take my bday wknd and drive 4 hrs to meet this person...only to be stood up. I tried to make the best of my wknd with my bff then returned home...

I have been in ATL for a few years but not really familiar with the area and don't have female friends here to ask...I am on a strict budget and would like to stay under $400...can you ladies direct me to shops in ATL??? THX
