Any ideas?? We are having an outside wedding and reception (country themed) and I was hoping some of you might have some easy do it yourself deco tips.

I live in Oregon but I am getting married in Washington. Does anyone know if I need to get an Oregon marriage license or a Washington License??? HELP!!!
