I would like to make these cones to put flowers but I think it would be cheaper to buy a roll of gift wrap paper.....any suggestions for where I can find bulk gift wrap. I would prefer to have black and white polka dot or hot pink

How much did you pay for your cake? I want a nice looking cake but these cakes are so expensive. I wanted to make my own cake and get someone to ice it for me but no one is willing to do that. I am leaning towards buying one
