Anyone know of any officiants that are willing to perform a wedding ceremony in Crawford County PA? our parents may or may not be present and we have a fairly big age difference and we need someone who is very very inexpensive due to financial issues...

For the ceremony i want it to be just my soon to be husband myself and maybe our parents too and then invite everyone to some sort of get together of some kind some where after the ceremony

Does our wedding officiants need to be from the same county as our marriage license???
