Activity for Dora

I know we need a back up plan just in case the weather doesn't participate. What other things do we need to consider with having our wedding outdoors. Any advice would be appreciated. Thoughts on chairs? Tables, Food etc...?

Has anyone had a destination wedding? If so what is the estimate you spent on your entire wedding?

I have no idea what it is. But my fiancées mother is talking about getting him a grooms cake. I don't know if him being from the south has anything to do with it. But I'm from the north and I know I have never seen or known what a grooms cake is!

What are the first 5 things to book and look for first when planning a wedding? I know I have plenty of time but I want to get the big/hard stuff out of the way first. Then worry about the little things later.
