Activity for Patrise

So we are having open bar the venue allows us to bring in are own alcohol so we hired 4 bartenders for about 250 guest. How many bottles of alcohol would you get? Is anybody doing a signature cocktail if so what is it

6 more months till the big day and I'm excited but overwhelmed at the same time. I got most of everything done but I keep questioning if I am missing something.

Someone asked me today was i having a grooms cake too at the wedding. I never been to a wedding and saw two separate cakes. Can somebody enlighten me??
