Activity for April

I'm trying to get a good handle on how many people we can invite to end up with about 200 people in seats on our big day...I've read to "expect" about 20% to decline, what is your experience? How many people did you invite and how many came the day...

My FH and I are close to picking a photographer and have it narrowed down to a few. Most want to chat with us first, what are the essential questions we should be asking them before signing??? I don't want to forget anything!

I am looking to find an up-and-coming photographer in the Cincinnati area that hasn't been in the business as long and therefore might be more budget-friendly but does good work. Any suggestions on how I might go about finding one? Thanks!
