Trying to figure out when to start my registry and I HAVE NO IDEA!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so im at the year mark for my wedding and I emailed my florist, they said to make an appt with them and we can start talking ideas and colors. Im just woundering if a year out is to early to start talking with florist i need opinons!!!!
