Have anybody tried to do sponsors for their wedding if so how did it go?

So Im doing everything as far RSVP and some invites thru the website. Im only sending out 50 paper invites in the mail to mostly family. friends and others will go thru the website. Can yall look at it and tell me what I need to add and how it looks...
