Where can I find reasonable OSTRICH FEATHERS???
NEED HELP LADIES! I can't for the LIFE of me understand why these freaking feathers are so expensive. I'm trying to plan my engagement party and I need some beautiful feathers to create center pieces. I will need about 420 plumes and about 160 drabs....
