My husband and I got engaged on my Birthday in 2017. We decided we didn’t want to start our marriage off in debt over a ring so I did in depth research on other alternatives. When I found Zhedora and I found the most beautiful ring I knew was the one. So as soon as I sent it to my husband (then boyfriend) he reached out to Zhedora and worked on customizations for the ring.
When he finally proposed I completely fell in love with the ring! It has now been over 7 years of me wearing my ring just about every single day and it still looks absolutely stunning. This ring has seen me through loss, new life, highs and lows. It has completely stood the test of time. I’m truly in awe over the incredible quality.
I am also a former employee of a very large jewelry company and I am completely astonished how after all of these years my ring still has every single stone. This ring has exceeded my expectations and I’m pleased to say I still get compliments on it often after 7 years!
If you are considering purchasing your next piece of jewelry from them based on my experience I would highly encourage you to go for it! To find such beautiful quality jewelry for such an affordable price is incredible! I cannot sing their praises nearly enough. I still stare at my ring and in the future should we decide to upgrade I will absolutely be purchasing from Zhedora again! -

Amazing experience
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After months of searching for the perfect ring and countless jewelers trying to sell me over priced junk I finally found the one. The customer service was amazing from start to finish they never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or want they custom fit the perfect diamond to the exact band that my fiancé wanted and after a mix up with sizing on my end they resized it for me for free. I promise you if your using anyone other then this company your being taken advantage of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

I will recommend Zhedora to everyone I meet needing a quality ring for any occasion. I ordered wedding rings for our Anniversary and it's a year now, I do not regret my choice. They are honest, and flexible to adhere to your specific and detailed instructions.. on how and what you want your rings to look like.
They respond almost immediately you send your message and are very patient with you. They're shipping is fast as well.

I have ordered a few custom pieces from them since 2018 and they get better and better each time. If you are looking for a custom piece don’t hesitate. Their own collection is amazing too but their custom items are honestly better than tiffanys. 100% recommend them. -

I love zhedora
I don't understand the horrible reviews about Zhedora. I've worked with them on so many pieces and everyone of them has turned out per specs requested. Also the response time is always less than a few hours.
I just got a custom piece with a procured lab diamond (came with an IGI certificate) in a two-tone 6 prongs setting and it couldn't be more perfect! I would have never been able to find the lab diamond in the quality Zhedora have been able to source. And definitely not for the price. Trust me, I did my research on Rare Carat. We've had countless communications back and forth for weeks on end and I never got one rude response. Always so helpful and willing to work with me no matter how many changes I've made. The custom ring took about 6 weeks and it exceeded all of my expectations. Zhedora's customer service is unmatched. All of their pieces have amazing craftsmanship and I will forever be a loyal customer. -

Amazing quality and service
We purchased our wedding set from Zhedora 4 years ago and I still have fond memories of the experience! It was a rushed order and they managed to get my wedding set and a custom ring for my husband to us before the wedding. The service was amazing! I’m writing this review today because after 4 years, our pieces look as beautiful as they did they day we got them. We get compliments all the time. My husband bought my bridal set back in 2017 & I loved it from the moment I saw it. The quality of the rings/stones is immaculate. They’re so beautifully crafted & everyone around me notices. I made the mistake of having my rings sized down, by someone in the mall, last year and that caused a couple of band stones to fall out. They were replaced with QZ stones and looked so dull and cheap. And they eventually fell out again. I finally decided to send my set back to Zhedora, to have them resize and repair. I don’t know why I didn’t just do that in the first place. They were so courteous & helpful in their communication with me, regarding how to get the rings to them. They provided me with updates, no matter how many times I asked. (They could’ve easily ignored me, because of how often I would reach out, but they didn’t.) They let me know when the rings were being shipped & provided me with a tracking number, immediately after. I just received my rings back today and my jaw dropped when I opened the package. For starters, they placed the set in a beautiful velvet, pink ring box. That was a pleasant surprise! When I opened the box, I could not believe my eyes. My rings looked BRAND NEW. Just as sparkly & flawless as the first time. They replaced the missing stones with flawless ones and sized it exactly as I asked. The amount of positive feedback I have for Zhedora is endless. I am so thankful for this company, their stunning products and outstanding customer service. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a ring that just takes their breath away every time they glance at it! Oh and don’t even get me started on the affordability of it all! Amazing! The rings are priced so reasonably and for resizing and repair, I only paid $45! -

They helped me design the ring of my dreams and dealt with an annoying amount of questions. They even accommodated payments on the ring. The ring arrived in absolute perfect condition and I’d put money on being able to see the shine from the moon. The stones were all perfect and the engraving on my wedding band was perfect. The only thing I wish is to be able to do it over again because the experience was that good, but I’m happily married sooo anniversary bands will do lol. If I could be completely honest. They aren’t charging enough, so get your orders in before they increase their prices increase!

Irene Sent on 03/06/2018First of all these negative reviews are crazy! I didn’t like my first ring because apparently I’m not a high profile fan, but the ring was beautiful! I contacted them and explained to them and they replied back and they were always professional about it and they told me that they would give me a different ring and I could pick out whatever I wanted. I thought that was amazing of them! So I did and I was probably alittle annoying about it bcuz it was hard to decide! Lol but I finally found one that I just feel in love with and told them and they said it could take 4-6 weeks.. I said okay that’s fine! Because I thought that it was awesome that they were going to make whatever ring I wanted. They sent my new ring back to me in 2 weeks!!!! What!!!!! I was so excited I was expecting 4-6 weeks. That’s so awesome! I opened the box super nervous and boom there was my dream ring and it was so sparkly and pretty and absolutely the best ring ever! I absolutely love it! It’s so me and it fits so well and everyone gives me compliments. She gives free cleanings, and will change your ring size for you if needed. I am so happy with my experience and my ring! The customer service was great. Thank you for keeping in contact even after I received the ring to make sure I was happy. I will be buying more and sharing my experience to friends and family! Thanks for going above and beyond to make me happy and still maintaining a professional and positive image. I couldn’t be happier!!!!! Xo

Ioana Sent on 11/22/2017I've seen lots of mean people around here writing negative comments but I just can't agree with a single one of them. Zhedora exceeded my every expectation! We had my engagement ring custim made by them and they followed my every request and made it exactly as i wanted: dainty, romantic and elegant. :) The customer service was also amazing, they replied to my dozens of questions very shortly and professionally. Compared to other stores on Etsy, they really do offer the most amazing craftmanship and quality for such a convenient price! They are also making our wedding bands soon and we couldn't be happier :) I highly, highly recommend them, they really do go above and beyond to meet all the expectations and make sure their customers are happy. We'll always come back to them :)

Ordering a ring online was a bit scary but the number of sales and 5 star ratings are what helped me click that order button. I got sized at a jewelry store before buying and the size fits perfectly. My husband loved finding it in the mailbox after a tough morning. Props to them for being able to get it to us on time for our 5th anniversary. Definitely my beat purchase on etsy. I will definitely do business with them again. Already thinking about my next purchase. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am not at all concerned that the stones are amorphous lab diamonds. I don't want a blood diamond and in fact not really particular about my ring needing to be a diamond. You can select 14k or 18k gold, which was important to have as I am allergic to other metals. My ring is gorgeous and shines like crazy. It's rose gold and perfect! The shop seller is very responsive and got back to me in a matter of minutes with my concerns. My set is exactly as pictured and well below what I would have paid through a jeweler. -

I am in love with my engagement ring, I chose a Moissanite instead of a diamond due to the cost and minimal effect on the environment. We were very happy with our choice as the ring is super sparkly and is everything I want. The only downside is that the ring too almost three months to get delivered which was a very close call with the date my fiance planned to propose. Otherwise everything else went smoothly and would buy from them in the future. -

My husband purchased a ring for me in November, I got the ring at the end of December. I instantly noticed the diamond placement was wonky, but it did t bother me that much. After a week and noticed the main stone was loose and after only few months of wearing, 2 small diamonds fell out. My husband asked if I wanted a brand new ring, after thinking a considering, I said I would be okay if the seller would fix their poor job. We contacted them in July and got a reply at the END OF OCTOBER. She said she would charge for repairs. I refused because it’s already such a poorly made ring and not a good quality work, I know this ring isn’t for long haul use. I made a comment on their Instagram page saying the diamonds fell out after few months, she then blocked me and deleted the comments and emailed my husband saying I was making nasty comment by saying the diamonds were missing from the start. Luckily I had screenshots from the comment clearly showing I didn’t say this. -

My husband purchased a ring from Zhedora. He said he had an amazing experience working with company. And left a review stating such. So much so his review is near the top on Etsy. The problem has been since the purchase. One of my stones fell out not long after getting it. They agreed to replace it but, wouldn’t communicate to let us know if they got the ring or if they shipped it back. No tracking nothing. We FINALLY get the ring back months later and it came back to us missing stones. I purposely delayed sending it back for repairs just out of frustration but, I sent it back in for repairs and still no clear communication. As of now my ring is in limbo with USPS because they won’t pick it up. Oh and did I mention we have covered the shipping to return the item. We are out of money. No offer to cover or refund nothing. As of now no ring. Terrible experience. Zero stars. Do NOT buy from them. -

Please don't waste your time and money with Zhedora. Purchased via Etsy (based on reviews there), however, I should have done my research here.
1st Issue: This all began with a misquote ("we can make the 3 set for $2200" then "I misunderstood...I can make the whole set for you with professional 3d images/video for $3150").
2nd Issue: Missed deadlines ("1-2 weeks") then when I followed up after two weeks had passed ("soon") then when I followed up after three weeks passed (Zhedora admits they "had to take a few days off" and "are delayed").
3rd Issue: claims the "professional 3d images" are ready for my approval...then only sends for two of the three rings...and the images sent are unfinished. I've attached the image below. This was when I completely lost faith in Zhedora.
4th Issue: Denies refund request, then asserts that I should forfeit 10% (over $300). Why would I pay you for work you admittedly did not do ("had to take a few days off" and "are delayed") then sends me images I cannot approve because the job was rushed, the quality is poor, and the images are not even finished/complete. -

I have unfortunately had the most horrendous experience with this shop. Originally when I recieved it, it was sent with the wrong band. It was a custom order and I specified which band I wanted and the stones fell out almost immediately after receiving it and needed to be resized. I sent it back for corrections and had so many issues trying to contact them I had to open a case just to get my ring sent back, after it was “fixed” they claimed you needed the shipping address even though it was not changed. When I received the ring back after it was supposedly fixed and resized the ring was sent with the correct band the second time, but the sizing was still needed to be adjusted and the stones starting falling out yet again after just a few weeks of having it back. They said they could fix it for the second time and I messaged them months ago regarding the issue and I always have to wait months or weeks for a response because they claim all my messages go to their spam. I did what they said and I start a new “thread” every time I message them to avoid the issue and it still never works. So I did some research and according to this link there were changes made on Etsy regarding messaging.

This explains why why I cannot get ahold of anyone. Even if I start a “new” thread it connects to our previous messages. As a customer there is nothing else I can do. I even tried messaging the Instagram and FB page and still get referred to message them on Etsy with this terrible issue of them not seeing my messages no matter what I do.
I have requested them to come up with another form of communication, to finally get this order issue resolved. I paid a lot of money for this ring and I have been nothing but disappointed and stressed dealing with this from the beginning. Since it is now the second time I am having to send this order back for a remake and repair. I know it will be the same situation and will take months to receive it back again not because if the time it takes to remake it but because the communication issue. I I have been ignored for 2 months now with no response. I cannot even open a new case with Etsy because the previous case was resolved after the first time I sent it in and it does not allow you to re open it. I have called and spoke to someone at the company, been told I will heard back and have not. I just don’t know what to do anymore I’m so distraught over they way they have handled this. This was supposed to be my dream ring and so special and all I want is my money back at this point, which is probably impossible.

I posted this review once before and found the staff (specifically Mark) to be quite manipulative and nasty with me. He called my number back and told me he was absolutely appalled by my review after I got off the phone with him even though I had also spoke with him the week before before and he had done nothing to fix the issue, claimed he didn’t remember speaking to me but I have text messages. You cannot fault a customer for stating their experience especially when they have been promised multiple times the issue would be fixed and never is. Then he proceeded to tell me “they legally don’t have to do anything because the warranty is expired”. That is because they have taken a total of 10 months throughout the past year of not responding, I have always been patient and answered right away. Of course the warranty would “expire” if there was such a thing because they never respond and work to fix the issue and now over a year has passed. It almost seems as if it is on purpose. They will answer unexpectedly, Promise results on a certain day and then refuse to answer for months or weeks. It’s a never ending pattern.
They wanted to “start over” so I apologized for my review and took down the review as asked (which I was pretty much harassed to take down, shop staff kept messaging me after the nasty phone call stating they won’t fix it until my review was taken down) and I tried to work with them once again. It was been 2 months now and still have not had the issue fixed and have failed to be responded to again for weeks at a time. I don’t understand why the staff is upset by negative reviews because everything is the truth. I have proof of every conversation I’ve ever had with any of the staff i have been as patient as accommodating as can be. They have just plain failed to provide customer service, and the quality of the product is terrible. There are multiple good reviews you’ll find on this company so I was hopeful BUT if you read any of the negative reviews they all have similar stories. The nasty attitude of the staff, no responsiveness, poor quality of the product. It seems as if they pick and choose who they will provide good customer service too. Unfortunately I was not one of those people. Just beware if you chose to work with this company, you never know what you’re going to get. -

Don't Waste Your Time or Money
My fiancé bought my engagement ring online from Zhedora through Etsy and let me start off by saying the entire experience has been a nightmare. He proposed on March 1st, within 3 weeks of wearing the ring one of the side stones fell out. We shipped it back to have it fixed and basically had to pester the shop owner to get information about when we would get the ring back. She claimed they shipped it, but the tracking info provided said it was never dropped off. After more pestering she stated that the ring was lost and they would ship a new one. In total, it took a month to get a ring back that I had only had for 3 weeks to begin with. When I received the ring back, there were visible scratches on the band from them working on it, but I was going to let it go. Fast forward less than a month and a DIFFERENT side stone fell out. My fiancé messaged the shop owner and she claims that they’ve never had this issue before and it must be me. She accused me of being too rough with it and “smacking it off things” causing the side stones to fall out. Let’s be clear: I’m not. I spend most of my time at work at a desk and I take it off before sleeping, showering, or doing any sort of house work. She said we could ship it back for them to fix again, but that this would be the last time they would be willing to do anything. She also refused a return, but offered that we could exchange for a different ring without side stones since I was “having so much trouble with them”, like I would want another ring from them at this point. It took a few days for us to be able to ship the ring back and within those additional days, a second side stone fell out. We shipped it back and began the waiting game again. Several weeks go by and my fiancé starts asking for an update again. A shipping label is created and she asks us to please wait for the tracking info to update. A week goes by, the tracking still says “USPS awaiting item” so he messages them and says it doesn’t take a week for tracking to update what is really going on with the ring? After several sent messages the ring is finally actually dropped off to be shipped back over a week after the original tracking number was created. I finally have my ring back and I’m crossing my fingers that stones don’t fall out again, but I’m not holding my breath. If there are more issues I’m going to work with a local jeweler to see if we can make the ring work, but I’m glad to be done with Zhedora. -

I've been waiting for over 2 months for a reply from this company. Purchased thru Etsy on the date of Jan 20th took forever to get ring. They print shipping label days before they actually ship. Ring gets here it's the wrong size. Waited until after wedding to have resized, good thing too because one of the main prongs broke the day of wedding... After getting the ring back with prong replaced the main stone is now crooked! Sent pictures to shop and they wouldn't even reply. What a wonderful way to do business considering our wedding day is only the most important... -
Sarah Sent on 05/26/2017There are so many positive reviews I though this would be a safe bet for my custom ring. But she absolutely ruined my engagement. She sent me absolute garbage and then got really nasty about it. It was too late for me (and I'm sure many others) to post a review on her site because it took ALMOST A YEAR to even get my whole order to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! I'm was completely out $$$ (her quote, I would have ,and did with a better jeweler, paid more) I sent the "ring" back and fought them through the credit card company because she absolutely refused a refund. She claims that I'm the only one to ever complain and acts like it's my fault that she has such poor workmanship that my ring broke and looks like a ring pop. She vigilantly stalks my (and other people's) reviews on other sites. She's literally reviewed herself here and has given herself 5 stars as a "response". If she'd spent as much time making my ring as she does hunting for bad reviews to discredit she'd have made it correctly and gotten a 5 star from me but that wasn't the case. I'm including a picture of what David Klass who I went to after we got our money back made (I'm 100% thrilled with it) vs the pacifier looking thing she sent me. Someone flagged it before (probably her). After about a year and a half I was able to get my money back by going through the bank to do a charge back. I really advise anyone in a similar situation to not try and work it out with her and just go ahead and insist on a refund. Had we asked for a refund early on it would have been easier for the bank to do it. I also noticed all these reviews that are complaining about all the "mean people" (yea so mean of me to be upset about my engagement ring being a totally hideous joke) have only one review. Just seemed a little fishy seeing as she had no problem giving herself a 5 star review to boost her ratings and she lies about her interactions with me.
