  I worked with them a few times and each time my designs turned amazing.

  I am so happy that i found zhedora through a friend who has a zhedora engagement ring.
  I have ordered a few custom pieces from them since 2018 and they get better and better each time. If you are looking for a custom piece don’t hesitate. Their own collection is amazing too but their custom items are honestly better than tiffanys. 100% recommend them.

  This review is long overdue but I must say I am 110% pleased with my experience. Ordering a ring online was a bit scary but the number of sales and 5 star ratings are what helped me click that order button. I got sized at a jewelry store before buying and the size fits perfectly. My husband loved finding it in the mailbox after a tough morning. Props to them for being able to get it to us on time for our 5th anniversary. Definitely my beat purchase on etsy. I will definitely do business with them again. Already thinking about my next purchase. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Dear Sarah , I m the shop owner at Zhedora. We have sold over 1000 custom orders on etsy and have never had any issues with it as you can see from our 2800+ 5 star reviews > at first you gave us a picture and asked us to make you a ring , after you apporved the design (which we have proof of) we mailed it to you and you said you didnt like the design.. and then you send us pages and pages of PDF files and gave us radius, diameter , width and so on and wanted us to make you a combination of your mother , sister in law’s engagement rings. We again spend more than what you paid and created a new design , which agian you approved and said you love… you gave us every little info and wanted this ring so if the top broke is becuase you chose the setting size and the top part of the ring.. we went based on what you wanted and obisouly the top part was too heavy for the setting. And also that is NOT how we send you the ring , it is NOT acceptable for you to break the ring and write reviews on websites.

  Working with this company has been one of the most gratifying experiences of my entire wedding process. The owner is very friendly, patient and kind. She was exprremely responsive and super attentive. I wanted to replicate my grandmother’s wedding set. We had the band and a picture of the ring. She asked me to send the ring to her and from the picture of the ring and the band she was able to create exactly the same thing. When the ring arrived in mail, my mother couldn’t stop crying. It was like we had the lost ring with us again. As an added bonus, she used the metal from the band as part of the gold she used to remake the ring. I’m almost in tears again writing this review. I feel so extremely lucky to have found Zhedora.

  I am not a fan of natural diamond for ethical reasons but my fiance is. So we decided to compromise and order the engagement ring with moissanite from Zhedora. I could not be happier with my ring. I was worried about it looking too big and fake but honestly the dainty look on the band is very beautiful and the size of the stone suits my hand. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Trust me I was nervous but it turned out great and I will be purchasing my wedding band from them as well.

  I don't understand the horrible reviews about Zhedora. I've worked with them on so many pieces and everyone of them has turned out per specs requested. Also the response time is always less than a few hours.
  
  I just got a custom piece with a procured lab diamond (came with an IGI certificate) in a two-tone 6 prongs setting and it couldn't be more perfect! I would have never been able to find the lab diamond in the quality Zhedora have been able to source. And definitely not for the price. Trust me, I did my research on Rare Carat. We've had countless communications back and forth for weeks on end and I never got one rude response. Always so helpful and willing to work with me no matter how many changes I've made. The custom ring took about 6 weeks and it exceeded all of my expectations. Zhedora's customer service is unmatched. All of their pieces have amazing craftsmanship and I will forever be a loyal customer.

My "1.80 CT Brilliant Round Cut Solitaire with Accent Engagement Wedding Ring in Solid 14k rose gold" is beautiful. People compliment me on it all the time and say that it is very unique. After receiving my ring I thought it was too big (turned out to be the right size) and contacted Zhedora about what to do. They immediately said to send the ring back and they would resize it. Would 100% buy from them again.

  Zhedora made sure to rush my wedding band to me so that I would receive it by my wedding day. I appreciate that so much. I'm so happy I went through this shop to get my rings. Their customer service is above par and their product is lovely. Both rings are beautiful. No flaws, look 'real', and are amazing, exquisite quality. I have had my engagement ring for a few months now and it has held up perfectly. I've only had my band for a couple of weeks, but am not anticipating any issues. I wear both daily, only taking them off to shower or use cleaning products. The stones are still as gorgeous as day one. I highly recommend this shop! Cannot say enough good things.

The Owners of Zhedora answered all my questions within seconds of sending them...I never had to wait the next day to get an answer.   I've seen lots of mean people around here writing negative comments but I just can't agree with a single one of them. Zhedora exceeded my every expectation! We had my engagement ring custim made by them and they followed my every request and made it exactly as i wanted: dainty, romantic and elegant. :) The customer service was also amazing, they replied to my dozens of questions very shortly and professionally. Compared to other stores on Etsy, they really do offer the most amazing craftmanship and quality for such a convenient price! They are also making our wedding bands soon and we couldn't be happier :) I highly, highly recommend them, they really do go above and beyond to meet all the expectations and make sure their customers are happy. We'll always come back to them :)
