Linda at Your Day Your Way is amazing. She took everything that we wanted and made it into the best version that we could have ever hoped for. Her organization and her responsiveness to everything that we needed was invaluable to our experience. She was there with us every step of the way and introduced new ideas and vendors to us that we would never have found without her. The resources that she used consistently kept us on schedule and stress free. Linda and her team took care of everything on the day and exceeded our wildest expectations. Everything was planned so precisely and executed so flawlessly that all we had to do was enjoy our day and we would not have been able to do that without her. I will forever be grateful to Linda and her team for all of the hard work and dedication to making our vision become a reality. Could not have asked for more in a coordinator! We got the week of service, and from the time we booked until the event, Linda was on top of everything, getting all of our vendor lists together, helping us to plan timelines and communicate. She provided great guides, whether it be her own rental lists, vendors she has worked with and recommends, or the right etiquette for tipping vendors. When it came time for the event, Linda was there for and on top of everything, maneuvering vendors and their equipment and cars to make sure everything got in the venue smoothly, while setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space, all in -

Linda has been amazing as a wedding planner from first day to the day of the wedding. She is very well connected in the Albany to Saratoga area and we got great recommendations for the caterer, photographer, DJ, etc...

Many guests at our wedding asked me “where did you find this beautiful venue?” or “where did you get this awesome DJ?” And the answer? I had a Wedding Planner! Linda and her team at YDYW did it all, which for us and our busy lifestyle as a military family was invaluable. From day one, we were in excellent hands as Linda guided us to find the best vendors, and her expertise in the industry and professionalism is unmatched and made the experience of getting married so much easier. If you’re an anxious bride, please look no further! Linda was always just a phone call, text or email away and answered every question and quelled every worry I had with her sense of humor and confidence. I absolutely couldn’t have gotten through the planning process without her, it was like having a best friend with you through every step of the way. The end result was absolute magic. The wedding day was perfection and we cannot thank Linda and the YDYW staff enough!! -

I met Linda by going to her boutique to try on bridal gowns. I did not purchase from her and began our wedding planning process.
We had a new venue and it was difficult to plan with them. I began looking for a planner to help alleviate any future stress. Linda was responsive from our initial inquiry and one phone call later we signed a contract.
I can say with 110% certainty that our day would not have been as flawless as it was without Linda and her team. From taking our notes/visions to executing our table layouts better than we envisioned to helping us troubleshoot problems with our venue. I was able to relax and get ready with my bridal party without worrying about set up/last minute details because I knew Linda was at the reception hall.
If you are debating Linda for a planner or a day of coordinator you cannot go wrong. 100% worth every penny for the peace of mind. She’s sweet, caring, detail oriented, but tenacious to advocate for her clients. My only regret is not hiring her sooner! -

Impressed with service and attention to detail!
Linda and the staff at Your Day, Your Way were phenomenal. From helping us find vendors before the wedding to coordinating our vision on wedding day - they were top notch. The most impressive part was the service that was provided on our wedding day. Linda and her team ensured that not a detail was missed. They ensured our vision became a reality and as a control freak - she kept me calm and also didn't miss any detail we wanted! I was beyond impressed and would hire Linda again in a heartbeat. She really made our wedding day, stress free. -

Linda is a MUST HAVE when planning a wedding
Linda is fantastic to work with and her service is invaluable during the wedding planning process. We hired her for day-of coordination and she was wonderful. From coordinating the rehearsal and the ceremony; providing decorations and setting them up as well as taking them down; corralling the wedding party when needed; and providing last minute emergency items for the bride. She gave us peace of mind during the whole process and we had an absolutely beautiful wedding all with her help! We couldn't have done it without her. -

As a bridesmaid, I thought having a wedding planner was a nice idea until crunch time. Then it was a lifesaver! It's hard to imagine finding someone who could be more accommodating and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Linda is truly a professional in this business, with an eye for what will look great, work well for guests, and fit within a budget. She had several great vendor recs, and enjoyed making connections with some we stumbled upon. She is easy going and supportive - joining on site visits and walking through details on regular zoom calls. By the end it felt like having another friend at the wedding (although she day-of coordinated far smoother than any friend could have lol). She turned our DIY backyard party into a picture-perfect affair. Would not think twice about hiring her! -

Personable and attentive!
Linda really did a fabulous job with our wedding. She really understood our vision and what we wanted for our day. Any concerns we had, became her concerns. The Boutique is really a one stop shop, I was able to find my dress and my wedding planner and with Linda's connections all of the vendors that fell perfectly within our budget and our style! Linda is our wedding planner. We hired her two months before our minimony this summer, and she’s our wedding planner for our postponed wedding next summer too. The day we hired Linda, we had a HUGE problem with our venue. Linda went to work right away! She immediately contacted the venue and worked everything out for us. We were so grateful that she stepped right in to help. We were pretty upset that our venue tried to pull a fast one on us, but having Linda there to help us “put out fires” was SO helpful. Our minimony was soooo beautiful. She completely understood my vision, and everything came together perfectly. She also took care of the food set up and serving the food, decorating, cleaning up, and so much more. All of our guests just raved about the event. Linda and her team not only made our minimony beautiful and seamless, but they also helped our event feel safe amidst COVID. Even before I officially hired Linda, she was already working on our event! Before I signed the contract, she was already helping me find last minute vendors. Linda is also super responsive. She gets back to me right away every time I text, call, or email her. I never had to wonder where my wedding planner was because she was always there for us! We can’t wait to work with Linda again next year when we have our big wedding! -

Linda’s services were very reasonably priced and thats initially why I reached out to her giving a limited budget. She quickly became vital in planning. We spoke on the phone often to catch up on details and help plan details that I hadn’t even thought of before. I DIY’ed a lot of things, signs, flowers, decor, etc and tried to save money on vendors and Linda was supportive and helped me put all the puzzle pieces together. Let alone her pep talks telling my covid wedding was all going to work out. She was vital in navigating covid regulations with the venue and the county. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day and it all worked out perfectly thanks to Linda and her team. Thank you!! -

Our original summer-camp wedding was postponed due to COVID. After a while we decided to forgo our original venue and get married at our house. We are super happy with the decision we made, however it was A LOT more planning/moving pieces than we ever thought. Linda helped us consider every detail from before guests even arrived, to getting them home safely after the party ended.
We wanted a pretty non-traditional wedding. Linda was open to all of our ideas and eager to accommodate. She was persuasive only when she felt it was necessary (like convincing us to get at least one tent in the front yard which came in very very VERY handy due to weather).
Speaking of weather - it rained! Linda was very helpful! She and her sister arrived to our house earlier than we planned so that they could set a rain plan into action. The two of them moved all the tables, reorganized the catering set-up, and everything. It was far beyond what we expected them to do, and it was so so so helpful and appreciated.
We joked when the wedding was over that we were sad. Not only because you have so many emotions going on for so long and such a big project to work on, but we were gonna miss our back-and-forths with Linda! We enjoyed getting to know her. She even hooked us up with her Husband's traveling tavern business. This family loves love and if you get a chance to work with Linda - don't hesitate!!!!
