We were hesitant hiring a planner/coordinator early in our wedding planning process, but by the end we couldn't imagine having done it without her! It was such a relief having Jessica handling all the important coordination and day-of tasks so that we could focus on celebrating! She walked us through a lot of the planning stages, asked us important questions, thoroughly notated and documented everything, and worked directly with our venue and vendors on the timeline, layout, and details. She was a wonderful host and MC, keeping the evening on track and making slight modifications when necessary. She communicated very well with us and facilitated a fantastic evening! Jessica even helped us find a replacement officiant just a couple weeks before the wedding when ours had to back out. We felt confident trusting her with our big day and everything went smoothly. Top notch wedding coordinator, thank you, Jessica! -

Hiring Jessica as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We did all of the planning ourselves and didn’t think we needed a day of coordinator, but we are so happy we changed our minds! We DIY’d all of our decor, and Jessica set it all up beautifully. As the bride, one of my biggest fears was getting overwhelmed before the wedding with questions and problems, but Jessica was able to handle everything. She managed all our vendors, answered any questions that came up, and made sure everything ran on time. She found solutions for issues we didn’t even think of like moving our appetizer table inside due to the heat and making sure guests sat towards the front during the ceremony. Everything went so smoothly, my husband and I were completely stress free on our wedding day. Jessica played a huge role in making it the best day of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to her! -

We are so grateful to have had Jessica supporting us on leading up to and on our special day. From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly organized — all qualities that became even more apparent as the big day approached.
One of the things we appreciated most was how seamlessly she built relationships with all of our vendors. She took the lead on nearly all communications in the week leading up to the wedding, which gave us so much peace of mind. She created and circulated a detailed timeline, an inventory list, and a contact sheet with every vendor’s information so we had everything we needed (and more!) in one place. Her preparation ensured everyone was on the same page and that things flowed beautifully on the day of.
She also truly advocated for us. Whether it was sourcing trusted local vendors or making sure our priorities were heard and respected, we always felt supported. Her attention to detail during the venue walkthrough reassured us that nothing would be overlooked — and it wasn’t. Everything ran so smoothly, and we know her behind-the-scenes work played a huge part in that.
Finally, when it came time to clean up and pack out, she made sure every last item was accounted for, even when not everything fit in our cars. It was such a thoughtful and helpful touch, and one that made a big difference at the end of a long day.
We can't thank her enough for the calm, organized, and professional presence she brought to our wedding. She helped make the day not just beautiful, but truly enjoyable. -

Hiring Jessica was the best investment for our wedding day! After planning much of our wedding independently, Jessica effortlessly jumped into our wedding details month-of to coordinate our rehearsal and wedding day. After a few conversations she was able to see our wedding vision and made it come to life day-of. Her expertise and familiarity with our venue (Boettcher Mansion) made the process even smoother as she knew many of our vendors, the venue-specific rules and guidelines, and she was able to give recommendations regarding layout and overall event flow based on her past experiences.
We told Jessica our main goal was to be as hands-off as possible on our wedding day and she delivered! Everything turned out perfectly and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, Jessica!!! -
