Melissa did an amazing job on our enagagement. She was so accomodating and definitely made our day extra special. Amazing place.

We got married on October 22nd and because of Melissa (catering and sales manager) we had the best experience we could have imagined!! We had a difficult time with the wedding planner that we hired and Melissa more than made up for that! She was always available to us whenever we needed her and always went above and beyond! She did much much more than her job and never made us feel like we were inconviencing her. I would recommend the Wyndham to anyone I know because of Melissa! She will make all of your wedding plans a breeze!
We also were lucky to work with Mike (the captain) who made sure that we had everything we needed during our tasting as well as throughout the wedding day. He was very accommodating of the picky eaters, including myself. Everyone continues to tell us how much they enjoyed our wedding and we have Melissa and mike to thank for that! They made our day perfect!

My Wedding reception at the Wyndham was more than I had ever imagined it would be. I worked closely with Mike Lopes and Ashley McKinnon and they went above and beyond for us. Ashley was on my every request and made us feel like family. Mike made it all happen, thinking about minor details that I was too overwhelmed to think of and transmitted it to the staff giving us a dream reception. They made us feel like royalty and catered to our every need and request, even the needs we didn't think we had. The staff was amazing during the reception and treated our guest with care and were extremely fun and personable. The food was amazing (thank you Chef Mike) and even when we went in for the tasting they made it an intimate and peaceful experience, and from that point I knew we were in good hands. Thank you Dereji for taking care of us during the tasting and reception as well, you are too sweet. You guys are all amazing and will forever be in out hearts.

The Gift of Life held it's annual charity gala at The Wyndham Orlando Resort. Our guests enjoyed the ballroom and the sleeping rooms. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail that the staff gave us was like no other. Out guests had nothing but great things to say about the accommodations. We recommend anyone having any type of event to stay here at this venue and enjoy the comforts. I also want to point out, that it is handicap friendly as we had some handicap guests who found the facility very user friendly. We love working with Eric Clark, he makes sure that things are taken care of.

Your team is amazing! The Palms Ballroom is beautiful, especially the high ceiling with charming chandeliers, and the carpet colors matched perfectly with our wedding colors. There are no words that could ever describe what an amazing job Melissa and her staff did on our 50th wedding vow renewal. We were so impressed with the food, the service and the location. The new renovations made our day extra special. We never had a doubt that the event would be fabulous, because that is what Melissa did, she worked with us on what we wanted and on the day of, she worked with my planner and the other vendors to make it a dream come true. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa Jones and all the banquet crew made our wedding the most speacial day something we will remember for a life time. Melissa was there every step of the way working with me with all the changes we had she was the best.

My Reception was BEAUTIFUL, and Donna the woman in charge was Amazing, and Patient. I never imagined such a gorgeous place to celebrate in, I felt like a princess. Thanks so much Donna.. you are the best!

I worked with Donna Cooke at the Wyndham. She was very helpful and made sure everything turned out perfect for my day! I did not have a wedding planner I pretty much did everything myself and she was there to back me up in anything I was lacking. The Wyndham is such a beautiful place I was married on the Grandlawn which was just beautiful!! I always was in the Palms Ballroom which is their newest Ballroom it is soo big and set up awesome! It was everything I ever wanted :) The food is great as well. Diani with Kamini Designs does all their reception and ceremony decor. She is sooo nice and very helpful in making sure your ideas come to life :) I always booked her for my bridal party flowers and they came out beautiful!!

This place is Beautiful!!! I had my Wedding and Reception at the Wyndham. It was the perfect location for everything. The Grand Lawn was the perfect place for an outdoor wedding. The Palm Tree lined background and the water fountian added the perfect touch to my perfect day. The food was wonderful and Donna Cooke is the Ultimate Professional. Great price too!

The Wyndham was the perfect place for our reception! They did an amazing job and kept all the functions there seperate. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend the Wyndham for any event. Also our coordinator Melissa was fantastic even we emailed her 80 questions a day.

The personell at The Wyndham Orlando Resort were spectacular. Everyone did an awsome work. They did not fulfill my expectation, they exceeded them!

Had to wait for room but other then that it was great.

Donna Cooke was a real pleasure to work with. She was like having another wedding planner. The Grand Lawn is a perfect back drop for the ceremony. Food was good. My only complaint is that the guest rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The pricing is great with lots of amenities. Would recommend.

We loved our venue. There were some small issues. There was a delay in getting me into the bridal suite which delayed everything but the staff was on the ball in working to fix the issue. The other issues were that there was a misunderstanding with the bar as far as my guests drinking for free. There was also a delay in getting the kids food. Other than that, everything was great. The food was good, the site was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the suite was incredible. I would use them again.

Overall our events went perfectly and felt like a dream during our wedding weekend! The venues are just gorgeous, and our guests had a great time - which is what matters most. Eric and his banquet managers definitely helped make our 3 Indian wedding events very memorable, and Eric provided excellent planning recommendations along the way. I should point out that we had originally signed our contract with the Wyndham while they were under a different catering and sales manager. Eric definitely pulled through to get to know what we expected out of our events at the same level from the person we had signed with, while also trying to accommodate our requests through the best of his ability with Wyndham's surprisingly strict rules. For a venue that has held many Indian weddings, it was a bit difficult to get responses for some of our more "particular" requests, being that they weren't unique for Indian weddings, however everything eventually worked out. I believe that there is some room for improvement as far as communication between their departments as that wasn't quite as seamless as I'd thought, but once again, through the staff's diligence and tremendous help from my family and friends - we had an amazing experience that weekend!

This was the first year Xplor had their event at this location. The hotel has undergone a major renovation with 97% of everything done they have done a great job. Food was very good, staff was very responsive. Couple minor issues reported about house keeping, nothing major and not unusual with an event of 350+ people. The property has come along way in the last year. I look forward to having our event at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive next year when the final 3% is done.

Beautiful outside area with a fountain for the Ceremony and you can even have the reception out there. I had the reception in one of their many ballrooms and they were perfect.

The Wyndham is a gorgeous venue and we couldn't have been happier to get married at this location. Eric was wonderful and made sure our visit there went smoothly. The only few downfalls we had, and we aren't blaming anyone in particular because accidents do happen, we had a few guests who were vegetarians and we had ordered 7 vegetarian options for them but come dinner time all of our guests were served chicken. One of my guests told the wait staff he ordered vegetarian and couldn't eat this chicken and her response was 'there were no vegetarian options made'. Now it was a busy weekend, they had a few other events going on so it's pretty easy to get a few things messed up. I'm not a picky bride and I really did have the best day of my life spent with my loved ones, but it reflected on my husband and myself that we didn't care about our guests dietary restrictions. We also had many of our out of town guests stay at the hotel and when they called to book a room they were told 'we have no record of that wedding occurring here'. Other than a few bumps in the road, this venue was a wonderful location to get married.

I sent this Company a request for quote for a reception. Not even so.much as Sorry your reception is to small for our Venue. Just Plain out Ignored. So Unprofessional...... If I could give you 0 STARS I would. Hears a hint Don't Ignore Potential customers!!
