A grand wedding!
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort. We truly cannot thank Tyneisha and the entire Wyndham staff enough for how thoughtfully they worked with us to bring our wedding vision to life. From the very beginning, they took the time to answer all of our questions and carefully walk through every detail of the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This gave us so much confidence and peace of mind.
Our guests complimented every aspect of the wedding experience, from how beautiful and clean the venue was, to how friendly and professional the staff were, to how great the food tasted. Every detail was handled with such care, and we greatly appreciate the Wyndham for playing a vital role in giving us a wedding to remember! -

Best Venue and Team
I don't know where to begin to describe just how grateful we are to have found Keena, Kate and the rest of the staff at Wyndham Bonnet Creek for our daughter's wedding. Keena and Kate were amazing to work with. They were always pleasant and helpful during the entire process. They were constantly in touch and made the wedding so amazing. They were flexible and went out of their way to add personal touches to the day and our entire stay. The banquet staff and managers were unbelievably attentive to all the details of the evening. The after party was held at Bar 1521 and they were super attentive to our guests. Our guests were super excited to stay at the hotel and loved all the amenities. Their vendor suggested list is amazing! The day was flawless, absolutely perfect. Our guests are still sending pictures and talking about it! -

Couldn’t ask for anything better
Made my day so easy and seamless! It was beautiful! And worked with me every step of the way! I was in school and working full time and trying to plan my wedding and they helped every step of the way and couldn’t ask for a better place and better people! So flexible, detail oriented, sweet, caring and over amazing!! -

Wedding of my dreams!
We had our small wedding in the Horizon Room at Wyndham Grans Bonnett Creek and let me tell you it was the best decision I made. Kate Farmer and the team at Wyndham made the experience such a pleasurable one! They were all so friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our wedding went perfectly! Not to mention, the horizon room was gorgeous for our 33 guests. My guests raved this was the best wedding they’ve been to and the food was so amazing. This was the wedding of my dreams and this bride couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kate, Vincent, Francesca, Estaban (from Bar 1521), and everyone else along the way!!-

Best Experience Ever!
This resort was everything. We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception here.
We originally were looking at other venues (barn or event center) when some friends suggested a resort. We looked at a few but nothing compared to this resort. It's such a beautiful venue and the staff was phenomenal. Every step of the way, Francesca was amazing, so responsive, and very helpful. They answered any questions we had and were willing to work with any ideas for what we wanted. They also referred us to every vendor we ended up using, which was incredible because they've all worked together before.
The day-of, we were incredibly informed of the weather (there was a possible storm), and there was constantly someone nearby asking if I needed anything or if my groom needed anything. BUT - they weren't in the way at all.. it was absolutely perfect and everything you would need.
We had many guests stay at the resort and they were very well taken care of and had an amazing time. The entire staff treated everyone with such respect and care, and the service at the wedding was perfect. We were a little apprehensive to have the ceremony at the pool with all the sidewalks around it, however it was so perfect and we should have never questioned it. It was the best day thanks to the Wyndham Grand staff and Francesca. -

Incredible people, incredible professionalism.
First of all, this hotel is gorgeous and the staff no matter where you went were so friendly and helpful. So many places to eat and hang out. More importantly, the catering team for our wedding was top notch. Francesca was beyond helpful, understanding, patient, and literally made our experience. Every time we had a special request they did their best to accommodate, and all of our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food was (on time, hot, cooked perfectly). We added extra hours of bar and got more than our money's worth. Having a catering coordinator on the ball and checking on you throughout the night is HUGE and Francesca and the rest of the team really gave us the most perfect experience. Cannot say enough wonderful things!!! -

Most Amazing Team
I don't even know where to begin telling everyone how amazing this venue was. It all began with Francesca. She was a God sent. From the second we met her, we knew this was the venue we wanted to have our wedding at, before we saw anything else. She became part of the family and fit right in. And with COVID, she made sure that our wedding was still a go and it was wonderful. Her team also was out of this world and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only did they help us throw an AMAZING WEDDING, the coordinated a Halloween Themed Tailgate the next morning with breakfast and lunch. It was truly beyond anything I could imagine. I would highly recommend them.-

An amazing Venue
The Wyndham Gran Bonnet Creek was my Venue, and I am so glad that I chose them. They provided an amazing experience that was beyond my expectations. The Venue is professionally kept, and it provided the setting I needed for my wedding day. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, banquet staff, catering manager and support staff, Chef and kitchen staff, bartender, servers, front desk staff, hotel security and wedding coordinator was amazing. All of our guest complimented the hotel, the food, the setting, the reception area, grounds and so much more. My vendors were also familiar with the hotel and they worked well with the management team, this is very important when people can work together for the customer. A special thanks to Francesca, Catering Sales Manager, Rudy Finance Manager, and our Wedding Coordinator Kristen are superstars. I highly recommend this venue, a special recognition to the Chef, the Wyndham Bonnet Creek salad was delicious, with candied pecans, dried cherries, feta cheese with a white balsamic pomegranate vinaigrette sauce, followed by Chicken Florentine with the most delicious Sun Dried Tomato Risotto was exquisite. The wedding cake provide by Sprinkles was also fabulous. Please take the time to visit this venue and speak to the them about your wedding day.-

Best decision I made was booking at Wyndham Grand!!
The events team at Wyndham Grand is literally the best!! Their service, their attention and care for the bride and groom is beyond words! This facility is gorgeous and perfect for wedding day photos. Oh and you should see the bridal "get ready" suite! It's amazing! The ballroom is a perfect size for a larger wedding with a buffet in room! Speaking of buffet, the food is delicious. It's not your typical wedding food, it's GOOD food! Matt and I were so thrilled at the end of our wedding night and we would recommend this location over and over! -

Words cannot express my gratitude!
Let me start by thanking the women who made it all happen at the Wydham Grand Bonnet Creek. Francesca Fistner was amazing from the moment we met her during our tour of the Hotel. Francesca made us feel welcomed and like our wedding was her number one priority. She had amazing advice and worked well with our wedding planner. Her staff leading up to the Wedding were responsive and on top of their duties. We held our wedding and rehearsal dinner in the Wyndham Grand Bonnett Creek. Even though Wydham Grand Bonnet Creek is a boutique hotel it was perfect for our small destination wedding. This hotel is perfect for weddings and Francesca is absolutely wonderful!
Now let me tell you about our special day and the days leading up. We choose to do our rehearsal dinner at the Wyndham Grand in their lounge on the 12 and 14th Floor. It overlooks the pool and gives a great atmosphere for our guests. Then that evening we even were able to see fireworks from two of the Disney parks. The next morning we got ready in the Bridal suite since I had a small wedding party. The hotel brought up a mimosa bar, coffee, and at lunch an entire lunch spread for us! The food was wonderful and kept us energized for the day to come. Our photographers took amazing shots all around the hotel. Francesca and my wedding planner Pavone Events created the most beautiful wedding. The ceremony was on the pool deck and our reception was in one of the ball rooms. These rooms are great with lighting already installed and a balcony that our guest could enjoy the night.
The food was equally a big part of our day. We wanted the food that tasted great and to have a sit down meal that our guest would remember. They are still talking about the Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon and Merlot Braised Short Ribs. We even did a late night snack for our guests with quesadillas that are still being raved about. All of the food at the rehearsal was equally delicious. So finally, if you are wanting a hotel that treats your guests like royalty, does everything to make your special day happy, and is run by the most amazing catering sales manager, Francesca Fistner, then this is the hotel for you!! I don’t think we could ever thank Francesca, the staff, or chef enough for our special day!

Amazing to work with!
We had the pleasure in having Francesca as our catering manager and we knew from our first site visit that this property was ‘it’ for our reception venue and loved working with Francesca. She was super accommodating and went above and beyond throughout our planning experience. She worked directly with our wedding coordinator to ensure a smooth reception experience. Over the course of planning I wanted to pop in to show the venue to family who would visit periodically since we did our site tours just the 2 of us, to which Francesca was always friendly and inviting. Her flexibility, creativity and attentiveness set us up for an enjoyable planning experience. I don’t think we could have asked for a better catering manager! When we were on-site we were always greeted by staff and if we needed anything we were assisted right away. The hotel only hosts 1 wedding a day so the focus is on you. We really felt like VIPs! Our guests raved about Nick, our bartender for the night. My in-laws fell in love with Gary (?) the lead bellman (I do hope I got the right name). Quinton was fantastic all weekend long checking in on our family members dining in the outlets (and helping me with my emergency order of french fries!) and then we had such a fun time with Heidi from Back Bay.
The entire ambiance around the resort couldn't have been more ideal or perfect for us. Needless to say we never wanted to checkout of the resort. Thanks to the Grand for an unforgettable weekend.-

My name is Rhonda McNeal and our daughter got married at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek on Friday, August 17th. What a wonderful experience our entire family had at the hotel and the Resort site. Francesca and our wonderful maitre d, that handled the event, the wedding coordinator Nicole, they were all fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends anytime. My husband played professional football for the Miami Dolphins for 10 years. Six of his teammates came to the wedding, and enjoyed everything about it. If any time you need anything from us, we would be more than happy to reciprocate. Thank you so much for wonderful experience.

Simply said, the wedding provided by the Wyndham Grand exceeded all reasonable expectations! Karli is an amazing asset to the venue...she displays great organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a personality that is perfect for dealing with the stresses involved with planning a wedding. Planning a destination wedding has its own unique challenges. Karli was there every step of the way... we were confident planning from a distance would result in the wedding we envisioned. There were several unforeseen ssues that happened on the day of the wedding which could have caused a real problem...Karli handled each situation with grace, patience and compassion. She is a real gem!
Carly was assisted by a great team! The wait staff was exceptional… Polite, considerate and willing to help in any way!

Cannot stop bragging about what a perfect wedding venue this was. Franchesca and team were fantastic about catering to our wants and needs. From the moment we toured the resort, we knew it was the right spot. It is the perfect size. It’s a resort that’s a good size and handle all of your catering, lodging, and dining needs without being so large or have so much banquet space that you get lost in the mix. On your special day, you are their top priority. The food, lodging, hospitality and genuine warmth is amazing. We could not be happier. Thank you so much to Franchesca, Kristin, Vincent the banquet captain, Nick our bartender, Rick and Yung at valet, Rachel at the front desk, all the amazing service staff, the culinary team, the housekeeping team and all the back office people and anyone we may have forgot. -We cannot say enough about how amazing Francesca and the staff at the Wyndham were in helping us plan and put on our wedding. From helping pick out our vendors, to showing us how we could use the various rooms for different aspects of our weeding, Francesca and the staff at the Wyndham were beyond amazing. Planning an out of town wedding can be hectic and intense, but Francesca always took the time to respond to our questions and help make sure that we were on track to have OUR dream wedding the way WE wanted to put it on. Everything was absolutely exquisite from the hors d’oeuvres to the main course and even the signature cocktails. Francesca and the team at the Wyndham were able to assemble everything for the reception and the cocktail hour exactly as we hoped it would look and we cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and kindness!

We had a wonderful experience having our out of town wedding here. We were first in contact with Brittany Brown who handled all the details of our wedding flawlessly until around three to four months before our big day when she was promoted and Francesca Fistner was hired in her place. She is fabulous and was nothing but helpful and welcoming the entire time we were there. The venue is beautiful as well. We had the ceremony outdoors at 4:30 pm and then had an outdoor cocktail hour until our reception began. It was in the brand new reception hall which is gorgeous. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and we were very happy with the entire experience we had from the time we arrived before our wedding until the day after when we left. -

If you are looking to have a wonderful, sophisticated and elegant wedding, with a wonderful catering manager and catering staff, definitely book at the Wyndham.
I was lucky to have the most perfect wedding, both Brittany and Kristen exceeded my expectations. They let me customize my menu, and accommodated me with whatever changes I needed. The food was perfection, as well as the service, everyone was so very nice in getting whatever myself, or my husband needed, as well as my guests were very well taken care of. I received compliments all night on the food and led lighting of the room. I also loved that there was a side entrance where I could have my sparkler exit. The hotel staff also treated all my guests really well, Everyone had an absolute blast at my wedding, and I am so excited to see my photos all around the Wyndhams beautiful grounds. I would definitely recommend the Wyndham if you are looking to have the perfect wedding... ;) -

We had a block of rooms at the Wyndham for our wedding. The reception was at the Four Seasons Orlando Resort, so we wanted to find a resort with just as much to offer as the Four Seasons, but for a more affordable rate. All of our guests loved the Wyndham... Especially those with kids! The pool area is fantastic. The service and staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful! We also held the rehearsal dinner in the Horizon Room at the Wyndham (since most of our guests were staying here), followed by a cocktail hour with snacks, for guests to come mingle and watch the Disney fireworks. Brittany Brown was wonderful to work with, and was very accommodating! The banquet staff was also professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend working with them! -

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Brittany Brown the Catering Manager at the Wyndham Grand Resort, Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. My husband and I held our reception at the Wyndham Grand Resort on June 26, 2015. Last summer, I spent what seemed like endless hours trying to find a venue for our reception in Orlando. When I heard back from Brittany, I was really excited because she seemed to be very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. Since I was a destination wedding bride I knew it was going to be quite the process planning out wedding. Brittany really made it less stressful by helping with details through emails. We actually booked the resort before seeing it in person, but when we arrived in December for our tasting we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The food was excellent.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, the views of the lake and resort pool were very pretty. There were also a ton of of spots for us indoors and outdoors to take our wedding photos which was important because of the heat and humidity during the time of our wedding. The resort is situated right in the middle of Disney.
Brittany was an excellent catering manager to work with- from surprising us with a few "extras" at our cocktail party, to bringing me my flip flops during pictures when I could no longer stand in my heels! She provided my bridal party with a beautiful suite to get ready in the morning of the wedding as well, which made things less stressful. We planned on having a Welcome Party by the pool the night before our wedding for all of our wedding guests, that Brittany helped us plan. It actually ended up poring the entire night so Brittany and her team were able to move everything to an indoor space that had access to the pool area in case the weather turned around.

The Wyndham Grand Orlando at Bonnet Creek was the perfect venue for my wedding. From start to finish (over a year of planning) it was perfect! The staff was friendly, the food was AMAZING, the ambiance was romantic and the resort was gorgeous! Brittany made my day perfect. She had many ideas and was able to accommodate anything I wanted to make my day special. I really liked how this venue only has 1 bride a weekend.The resort and pools were beautiful. My wedding day ran smooth and Brittany and her staff is to credit. I wouldn't change one detail of my wedding. It was perfect and everything I imagined. I highly recommend The Wyndham Grand Orlando at Bonnet Creek for any event, especially a wedding. -

We had THE BEST experience with the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort! We had our rehearsal dinner there as well as our wedding reception. In addition, the majority of our out-of-town guests stayed at the hotel. Brittany Brown (the Wedding Sales Manager) and her entire team were attentive, responsive and so fun to work with every single step of the way. We live in Minnesota so had the difficult task of planning from afar. Brittany was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She was always able to ease any concerns I had and make sure I knew everything was under control. And even though she's probably planned hundreds of weddings she always made us feel like ours was special and important and not just another day at work for her - it was so sweet and appreciated. The rehearsal dinner and reception were both beautiful and the service was always excellent. At the reception, two members of the staff (Willy and Alicia!) were there just for me and my husband - they made sure we ate, always had a drink in our hand and anything else we needed was taken care of. Brittany was also always on hand at both the rehearsal dinner and reception to manage the event and take care of anything that came up. Following the reception we all went to the hotel's lobby bar to keep the party going and all bartenders and staff there were also wonderful, attentive and fun. All our guests had a great time. We received several compliments on picking such a great venue - all enjoyed the beautiful setting, good food/drinks, friendly staff and the hotel's many pools! They also really appreciated the shuttle service to Disney. We truly had a wonderful experience and would recommend this venue to anyone for ANY occasion. -

My sister just had her wedding here and it was PERFECT, down to every detail. Brittany is amazing to work with, so professional, kind and accommodating. everything you would want in a wedding planner :) Their rates are also reasonable and their ballroom is gorgeous.
I will be having my own wedding here and recommending further! The resort itself is wonderful, many amenities and a prime location for guests interested in visiting Disney. -

My husband and I chose the Wyndham Grand at Bonnet Creek in Orlando Florida for our wedding reception and couldnt have been more pleased. The food was absolutely fantastic, probably some of the best food we ever had! And all our guest agreed. Service was amazing, we had a room block for our friends and family and they could not have been more happy with their rooms and service. The ballroom for our reception was so beautiful and elegant, we were very pleased. Andrea Chinea is amazing to work with and helped make our overall wedding experience wonderful. I highly reccommend the Wyndham Grand at Bonnet Creek for a once in a lifetime wedding experience. -

my husband and I got married there on 7/25 and all I can say is - WOW - Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Brittany was an amazing planner to work with for our wedding ! She made sure that my husband and I were at complete ease throughout our wedding process. Answered emails right away and made sure we were her only clients... Differently personalized to the T! It was a beautiful venue ...so grand and everything we wanted plus more. The good was outstanding and the service was a 10! We were highly impressed with everything ... Complete flawless day! Knowing the majority of our guests were from out-of-town my husband and I really wanted a sort of one stop shop venue where our guests could stay and already be on property for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception and Wyndham satisfied all of that and so much more. Their property is conveniently located on Disney property with free shuttle service to the parks and views of the fireworks but just enough off the beaten path out of the craziness. Even if you don't want to do the parks there is more than enough to keep you entertained on property with multiple pools, lazy rivers, water slides, mini-golf, spa services, and so many places to eat or drink; we can't wait to come back for our complimentary free night stay for our one-year anniversary! They also make sure that no other event/meeting will be booked the same day as yours regardless of how large or small, the time of day, or which beautiful ballroom you utilize.
The real prize with this venue is the staff you'll get to work with. We had a fairly long engagement so our Wyndham coordinator started out as Brittany and finished with Francesca and both were so wonderful, kind, patient, and accommodating. The wait staff and chef we had during our wedding and our menu tasting were incredible, hard working, and made sure there was nothing we could possibly need that we didn't have.
Now the food, everyone knows wedding food can make or break a wedding well you do not have to worry about that here. So many of our guests came back and told us things like "the steak was one of, if not the, best they have ever had", "they have never cleared their plate at a wedding like they did at ours", and personally I wish I could eat that food every week!
So in conclusion, look no further, you've found your dream venue so be prepared to be treated like royalty without paying a royal price! -

DO NOT HIRE THIS VENDOR! we booked for our March 2019 wedding. however due to some family health challenges we were unable to keep the date & venue. we booked them August 2017, I informed them in December 2017 that we needed to cancel and would like our deposit back. they agreed to cancel but decided to keep the deposit even though no services were rendered on their end. they also had well over a year to rebook the date. they don't care about their clients, it's all about the money and lining their pockets. -
