Wyndham all around made my wedding experience perfect. From the first walk through and meeting with the team, to the day of service. Wyndham events team treats you like your a friend and they truly care about your big day. They were detailed, helped with vendor suggestions and budget suggestions. They were responsive to questions and inquiries. All of our guests were raving about the food, and chef gives the opportunity to customize menu items or add things not traditionally on the menu. Day of the staff and service went way above expectations. My husband and I had our own server ready to give us apps, and serve our meals whenever we gave the nod. All our guests were served at the same time preventing that awkward pause in the wedding action. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team for my big day. I couldn't recommend this venue more!!! The hotel itself is SO beautiful, clean, and modern. I worked with Megan and Colby to plan and coordinate my Welcome Party and Ceremony/Reception. They were so amazing to work with! Responsive, polite, professional, and gave me allstar recommendations on vendors. The entire weekend was a dream and i'm sad it's over. Best Wedding venue and expert staff
Elena Peroulakis, Director of Sales & Marketing and Megan Young, Director of Catering, at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter at
Harbourside Place, made sure our son's wedding was flawless. From the consultation in August of 2020, to the wedding day in December of 2021, Megan worked side-by-side with us to make sure every detail was communicated, planned, and executed. Megan is masterful at handling every detail and keeping the families of the bride and groom calm and focused on "enjoying the moment."
The staff at the Wyndham was polite, efficient and meticulous. From Aziz in guest relations, to Brian, Keith and Jason in valet to Ramon and Eli's banquet staff and servers including bartenders Sharon and Dan, to Susan in housekeeping, every person went out of their way to make our stay and wedding festivities perfect!
We had friends and family from all over the country attend and everyone raved about the beauty of the resort and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend this resort property and its incredible staff to anyone wanting a South Florida wedding!Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

If you’re looking for a sign, this is it!!
Megan and the Wyndham Team were a DREAM to work with! The professional knowledge, personable relationship, and quality of their services are exactly what you would hope you would have when planning your wedding day. This venue fell in my lap when searching for a wedding venue and I am so grateful we had our special day here! I cannot recommend this venue and Megan enough!Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

Thank you Matt Boris & Megan Young for making our special night the best night of our lives. Everything was beautiful, smooth and impossible to create with out them. The food, decor, drinks were on point. Hotel is not only gorgeous but clean and we keep hearing from our guests all amazing reviews. Wouldn’t have it anywhere else.Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

My husband and I are still reliving our wedding day because it was AMAZING!! We knew right away that this was where we wanted to get married. Megan Young and her staff are at the top of their game. They are professional, knowledgeable and fun. Not only did they meet our expectations they actually surpassed them. The outdoor sunset ceremony was PERFECT , and the reception was a blast.

We got married in February and had our farewell brunch at the Wyndham. And it could not have been a better choice! It was so well done and put together, everyone loved it. Megan Young is AMAZING! She helped me with every single detail and was so on top of it. I could not have imagined a better place to host this event! It was so much fun and I wish we could do it all over again. We got married at the Wyndham Grand Harborside in Jupiter and couldn't have been happier with everything. Megan was so helpful and in tune with our needs on the day of the wedding as well. We held our ceremony outdoors and the reception in the Mangrove ballroom. The pictures turned out amazing with the beautiful greenery and sunset also. We stayed at the hotel the night before and of the wedding and it was the best staycation yet. I 100% recommend using the Wyndham for your wedding!Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

The Wyndham Grand is not only gorgeous and clean, they are more than accommodating and excited to assist with anything they can! As a covid bride, my journey to my big day was a rollercoaster. I was originally an April bride postponed to July and three weeks before the wedding, the previous venue decided they would not host my event. Talk about stress and anxiety through the roof! I was already working on a room block at Wyndham with Aziz (amazing) and Elena was kind enough to check on their space for the night. That's when I met Megan. What a gem, seriously on top of everything, excited, confident, kind and warm. She got me in the same day to tour the venue. She answered all questions and managed to calm and encourage me about my big day. Ramon and his team did an outstanding job with the reception and food. People were talking about how delicious the food was for days! The venue and the team were just perfect, so accommodating, friendly, excited. Of course with Covid, there were a couple hiccups, but Megan handled/solved it efficiently and with grace. They turned a negative/sad situation into the most amazing dream day and I could not thank them enough. I would highly recommend hosting any event here. I will certainly use them for life events in the future, they feel like family now!Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

Alyssa was absolutely amazing! She was there every step of the way and made sure our special day went off without a hitch. The food, the ease, and the service was beyond perfection! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day, we were so impressed with everyone involved! Not to mention the location and hotel itself are just gorgeous!

This place was our number one choice, but do to unfortunate circumstances we had to look elsewhere. Due to Covid issues, we found ourselves coming back to The Wyndham. At this time we found ourselves with a new Director of catering Megan Young, Ramon and his team were Awesome! Megan made this process so easy and it was a pleasure to work with her. She did an amazing job putting our special day together. We were blessed by her services. If we had to do it all again, we would hands down choose her over anyone. Also, a special thanks to Sandra Espinal Conference Service Manager was wonderful to work with she made sure booking the rooms went through smoothly for our guest which made things less stressful for us. Our wedding venue was a night to remember. Our guest loved everything Food, ambience, hotel rooms and location. Thanks again Grand Wyndham. We will always cherish all these memories created there.
** My one recommendation is for any future bride & groom is to obtain a wedding coordinator to make sure all is covered on the day of the wedding, and you don’t have to worry if things were missed. Not having one was my greatest regret, please keep in mind there is things the venue is unable to do. A wedding coordinator will be a saving grace for the bride and groom. It’s once in a lifetime and that day should be enjoyable and not a day filled with stress. **Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:

Great food, perfect setup, very accommodating
My wedding at the Wyndham Grand at Harbourside was perfect. Megan was the “event coordinator” at the hotel and she was fantastic, she was like working with a best friend and I had complete trust in her to make my wedding beautiful and ensure everything I wanted was correct. The weekend of the wedding, the entire hotel and front desk was very accommodating for me and my bridesmaids. The outdoor ceremony setup was exactly as I would have wanted, the food was amazing and we got many many compliments on it. The staff made sure to pay extra attention to me and my groom to make sure we had drinks and such. And out of all the places I looked in Jupiter area - the Wyndham was actually more affordable than most for everything you got!Wyndham Grand Jupiter's reply:
