Wedding 3/6/2026

We had our wedding at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort, with our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on The Terrace and reception inside Cafe Med, and it truly turned out to be such a beautiful and seamless experience. From the planning process all the way through the wedding day, Shane, the Catering Sales Manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive. I probably emailed him more times than he expected throughout the year of planning, and he was always patient, professional, and quick to answer my questions. Having someone so organized and communicative made the planning process much less stressful. On the wedding day, Sheyling, the Banquet Manager, and the banquet staff were fantastic. Everything ran smoothly, the room looked beautiful, and the service throughout the evening was excellent. Our guests kept commenting on how friendly the staff was, and how amazing the food was. They do have different packages so I would explore which one is right for you. I did the one where I brought my own vendors and did a Buffet Style dinner-I picked Penne Alla Vodka, Mojito Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Veggies, Caesar Salad, dinner rolls. They do offer a plated option as well with different choices. You get one desert option along with your cake, we choose the chocolate mousse and my guests WILL NOT stop talking about it. They went back for it as many as 4x’s! The hors d’oeuvres were amazing as well. We also added a Viennese table and those were just as good. One of the best parts about this venue is the location directly across from the beach, which made our beach ceremony absolutely perfect and so convenient for keeping everyone at the same place for both ceremony and reception. I’m also going to brag how beautiful the cocktail hour and reception looked with the glass windows and doors that open. The weather was beautiful that night, so we had all of the doors open. You get beautiful ocean views from these areas so great for pics. If you're considering a South Florida beach wedding, I would absolutely recommend the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort. The team really helped bring our day together, and we’re so grateful for all their hard work. Last note, I did choose to stay at the resort for my get ready. They do offer a get ready option in The Terrace, which would’ve been great but I decided to rent a suite that overlooked the beach and OMG beautiful. We had amazing views while doing our hair and makeup. The resort staff apart from the event staff were just as fantastic.

Farrell wedding

Absolutely had the best time period, from our stay til the day we got married and after was perfect. I knew wyndham was the place I wanted to get married because my husband is from deerfield. I felt appreciatd, i felt confident after I talked to Matthew the banquet manager! Whom was Absolutely amazing in everyway!!!!!!! Samantha and the rest of the staff were so pleasant and so comforting... I can say 10000 good things about my experience!!!! I wanna redo it all again honestly. Thank you Matthew, and everyone for the best time of my life.

The Farrell wedding

Everything about this venue was absolutely perfect!!!!! From the moment we checked in, to our introduction to the banquet team was just so professional, comforting and fun. Matthew the banquet manager was my favorite and just an incredible person leading everything. He brought my dreams come true literally. The staff were perfect and so attentive!!! Thank you, just thank you!!!!!

EVERYONES dream wedding

Not even sure where to start.. I walked into this venue in April 2021 and was met by Naomi (Catering Sales Manager) and was so overwhelmed and overjoyed with her awesome vibes and energy, along with the valet (yes, they were that wonderful), that in that moment I said I am booking my wedding here. I only looked at 3 places and I was THAT confident. Throughout the months, Naomi was diligent, responsive, kind, patient, flexible and simply perfect. She helped me customize exactly what I wanted, ensured reasonable prices, and clearly understood my vision (massive, fun, party). When we finally got the perfect package, Matthew was introduced (Food & Beverage Manager/Banquet Manager). This amazing British fella works MIRACLES. He set the room up brilliantly, the team he organized was PERFECT for the wedding, the food was unbelievable. He coordinated with my vendors seamlessly. I have a big group of party people and they ALL said this was the best, most fun wedding they have ever been to. EVERY SINGLE PERSON said this was the best wedding!! Even the DJ said it was a top 3 wedding they worked and they do like 5 events a week! Overall, this venue and Naomi and Matthew (and the valet/bellmen! LOL) are just PERFECT. I cannot complain about one single thing. The Cafe Med, where we did cocktail hour and brunch) was gorgeous, the ballroom spectacular, they were fun and amazing. I want to relive this weekend every single weekend for the rest of my life. THANK YOU Naomi, Matthew and the rest of the Wyndham team for the most incredible weekend of not only mine and my husbands lives, but I'm inclined to say many of our guests as well!

Excellent Beach Wedding Venue

We highly recommend The Wyndham at Deerfield Beach as the perfect beach wedding venue. We held our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour in the recently renovated Cafe Med overlooking the beach, and the reception in the beautiful ballroom in the hotel. Naomi helped us plan the perfect event over the course of a year, promptly answering our questions and providing helpful recommendations for vendors. The catering manager, Matthew, was absolutely fantastic. The cocktail hour and reception were perfectly set-up and the food & drinks were delicious. Matthew had so many good recommendations. If you are looking to to have a beach wedding in Florida, the Wyndham at Deerfield Beach is the place to book!

Our Wedding was EPIC!!

Let alone the location is 5 star, the service matched if not exceeded our expectations. From personal greetings from Chef Tulio, to our excellent communication and professionalism from Ashley Brown our onsite coordinator, to the room and reservation process lead by Mira, to the front desk trainee Aida whom dealt with small challenges with a smile and eagerness to assist. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect event, our family and close friends have been raving about the Wyndham Deerfield Beach. We look forward to seeing you all again for more celebrations in our lives. Happy Day #DNA4LIFE2020

Amazing! Great venue choice!

Matthew and Naomi are by far the best!! On top of everything and making sure I was happy with everything down to the last minute. We did our ceremony at the Eshlemen pavilion down the street at south inlet park and also took photos there. 10/10 would recommend

We chose the Wyndham because Deerfield Beach is our favorite Florida destination and the Wyndham is our favorite spot on that beach. It's a nice venue with a great beach front location for the wedding, and it's close to the local spots so our guests enjoyed venturing out in the area on foot. Our choice was not a mistake! We worked with Ashley Sherman-Brown who carefully and very professionally helped us plan our wedding day. Ashley is amazing! She's an incredible person and she's a true professional in the business. She was easy to work with and helped us coordinate with the vendors to make sure our destination wedding went off seamlessly. We live in PA and unfortunately did not get to meet most of our vendors before the day but Ashley backed us up and helped with every aspect of coordination. I highly recommend this venue for a great Florida beach wedding and if you have the chance - definitely work with Ashley! Two thumbs up!! :)

We chose the wyndham deerfield as the main accommodations for our guests at our destination wedding in Deerfield Beach. They were very helpful with providing a room block. They were very helpful in providing updates on rooms booked. We also had welcome bags for guests and they facilitated that project very well. We decided to book their pool area for our mixer after the wedding. The setup was very nice and the breeze from the ocean was amazing! At one point they did want us to keep the noise down because the guests from the patio bar and grill wanted to crash the party. :) They let us continue until our scheduled time with no interruption. We had a blast and everyone is talking about how they cant wait to go back! This is definitely the best hotel on deerfield beach in my opinion and a great value. The event coordinator was very flexible with our decoration ideas and always responsive. I would definitely book here again.

I couldnt have asked for a better venue to host my wedding. I was a destination bride, and was only able to see the space for a couple hours during a 2 day trip down there, and I was immediately impressed. Ashley, the catering manager, is the most incredible person. She is fun and an awesome coordinator. She was in contact with us from booking to our wedding day, she coordinated with vendors the day of for set up, helped us with rehearsal to make sure everything went smooth, and when we had an issue with our baker not bringing half of our desserts, she went out back and had the kitchen make more so that we would have enough (and the desserts they made were better than the baker's!). They closed off a section of the beach so we didnt have people in the background of our ceremony, and they had staff available to help if people were trying to disrupt our ceremony. We held our rehearsal dinner at Cafe Med, the italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was incredible. The meal sizes were giant and so delicious, and the staff was attentive. The food at our reception was equally as delicious; we were pleasantly surprised as we were not able to do a tasting. Wait staff at the reception were awesome, too. Our wedding went flawless because of the help of Ashley, the wait staff, and everyone else at the Wyndham. If I had to go back and do it all again I would pick the Wyndham in a heartbeat.

I didn't get married at the Wyndham, but did have my main room block, my getting ready suite and my welcome part here. IT WAS AMAZING, SPECIFICALLY HEDY AUGUST. Hedy was practically a wedding planner. Being a destination bride, she truly saved me. She helped me set up beach yoga, arranged my shuttles, helped me with local information, etc... I can't explain how much she did for me. She also gave us the oceanfront suite for an extra night. She made us feel so special. Additionally, the rooms were gorgeous and my welcome party was an unbeatable price and wonderful venue. We had it out on the pool deck at sunset and the size/bistro lighting was perfect. I'd suggest that any bride uses the Wyndham!

First off I don't know where to start. From Ashley working with Chrystine and I from the first day I knew this was the perfect place to have our wedding. I cant thank Ashley and the entire Wyndham team enough for making our wedding festivities and stay so PERFECT!!! Ashley's attention to detail and professionalism is exactly what we were looking for when we sought out for a beach resort. She guided us and worked with us to make sure everything we wanted became a reality! Her team, from Lisa in reservations with our room block all the way to Sam the bellman, really went above and beyond. Perfect place to stay, celebrate, and enjoy the true beauty of south Florida!! We got married Feb. 14 2016. We did every arrangement by phone or email, even tho, when we meet with Rick and Pablo before the wedding, we felt that we have know them for a long time. They were very helpful with every little detail.
Everything was right on time and the ceremony on the beach was like a dream for us. Even the public on the sidewalk cheered on us after we said "I DO" ! Thank you Grace of Seaside Weddings and your DJ (Our Wedding planner who worked together with the hotel staff to make it amazing).
The reception was beautiful, the food, the music, the wait staff went above their job to make the wedding especial, even dancing with us.

Thank you Rick DellAmico and staff for making our wedding unforgettable for us and our guests. Three months later, they are still talking about it.

If I could give them higher than 5 stars I so would. I planned my wedding from DC/MD area via email/phone and let me just say that Mary Beth (Catering Manager) is AWESOME!!!! She responded to me faster than I could click the send button on my email...LOL! My now husband and I are not "traditional" people in the sense of all the typical things that go along with a wedding. We had an indoor brunch reception....which turned out just as I had planned! We didn't want a beach wedding but did want some of the aspects of the beach and we love the water. This place gave us the best of both worlds....literally RIGHT across the street from the beach. i counted it really is 33 footsteps as their brochure says...LOL If your looking for a wedding venue that gives you that picture perfect view; phenomenal customer service; great tasting food this is definitely the place for you. The entire staff from the front desk ladies; to valet; to the waitresses in the on-site restaurant to the executive chef to Hedy the BEST conceirge I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with....they ALL made us feel like royalty. So thank you MaryBeth, Kyle, Sara, Hedy, Pablo and Sam...if I left anyone out by name I haven't forgotten about how much you made our wedding day/stay there spectacular. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!!!

I’m sure it’s probably not often that a groom writes the reviews but I wanted to let everyone know that we absolutely could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding, not to mention our interactions with Mary Beth, Allyn and the rest of the staff there at the Deerfield Wyndham who helped us every step of the way! Needless to say planning a wedding is a very stressful time and we are sincerely thankful to Mary Beth who was/is so very enthusiastic and cheerful which helped put us at ease, I’m sure she couldn’t do it without the amazing people she has working with her there at the Wyndham Resort. I have to say for myself I knew absolutely nothing about what to do or expect but they worked with me and my now wife to make our wedding day very special. We had a lot of out of town guests who stayed there at the Wyndham and they raved about the rooms, the views (doesn’t hurt to be right by the beach) and the fact that there was plenty close by for them to enjoy (beach, restaurants, nightlife, etc.) before and after the wedding. The guest couldn’t say enough about how they enjoyed the entrée’s created by Jose the chef at the reception and their presentation. Annie and Simone did an awesome job in helping us decorate (thank you)! Allyn and Mary Beth even went above and beyond in helping coordinate our wedding ceremony. There aren’t enough superlatives to say how great they all are but I did want to reiterate how helpful the staff was, Annie even helped my aunt find her cane that went missing at one point during the evening. For the location, price and atmosphere I would recommend the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort all day long. I do have to say we plan on going back for a weekend “staycation” because we enjoyed the Wyndham and the staff that much.

My Husband and I knew we wanted a beach wedding, so we searched online for a few hotels on the beach. We had the pleasure of meeting Mary Beth on a day that she had a wedding scheduled. We stayed on the beach and observed the wedding. After the wedding, we knew we had to search no longer. From the moment we met Mary Beth it seemed like we were lifelong friends with her lovely smile and warm personality! Not to mention, she was from Pittsburgh like my husband. We felt that Mary Beth was a Blessing to us and we knew this was the place for our Big Day! While planning our wedding, we had no worries as Mary Beth was there with a quick response with any questions and/or concerns we had. As the day came closer we met with Allyn the banquet manager, Jose the chef, Jose the Event Manager and Annie one of the servers everyone was amazing. They treated us like family. The Big day arrived and Mary Beth and Allyn ensured everything started on time. While I was walking down the aisle, Allyn ensured my dress and train were flared appropriately. This made the dress show its true beauty. This may be a little gesture but, it truly matters. The kindness and warm smiles did not stop after the ceremony. We had cocktail hour inside as it was too hot by the pool, and the reception was in the ballroom. The Staff was spectacular. Thank you to our Bartender Mike and our Servers Annie, Simone, Mark and Leonie. The food was amazing! Usually at weddings the food isn't that spectacular, everyone raved about how good the food was from the appetizers to the entrees. My husband and I thought everything was delicious as well! Thank you Chef Jose! Thank you, Thank you Allyn and Mary Beth! What can we say to the two of you who made the evening all happen besides AMAZING!! We had a DREAM COME TRUE WEDDING at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach and could not have done it without this marvelous group of people. We would recommend the Wyndham to anyone and everyone!!!!

I am from Pittsburgh and really wanted to have a beach wedding so we chose the Wyndham in Deerfield Beach. We had never visited Deerfield Beach but after reading all of the amazing reviews, I called Marybeth. Immediately after speaking with her I knew I wanted to work with her! She is the best! I was very nervous to plan a destination wedding because I knew nothing about the area or which vendors would be best to use. Marybeth had given me such great recommendations and made it so easy. I planned everything either over the phone or through email. Any time I had a question I could call or email her, and she would always have an answer for me. Marybeth was so sweet and so much fun to work with, I am so happy that we made the decision to work with her. It was also so great to work with Allyn too! He did everything he could to ensure our day was nothing but the best!

The food was amazing! Usually at weddings the food isn't that spectacular, everyone raved about how good the food was from the appetizers to the entrees. My husband and I thought everything was delicious as well!

Unfortunately, the day of the wedding it did rain, so we had to move the ceremony inside which was still so beautiful. They made the room look gorgeous, and I wouldn't change one thing.

The entire staff really just made our day amazing. Thank you to everyone at the Wyndham, we can't wait to come back and visit!!

Our beach wedding was everything that we could have hoped for. We loved the fact that only one event takes place at a time so all of the staff's attention is focused on the party.

The first time my Husband and I met Mary Beth we knew she was the right match for us to have our daughter's wedding at The Wyndam Deerfield Beach FL.
We immediately told Tina she had to come down and meet this wonderful person.
Mary Beth was the the BEST. She was like a family member and still is. From the first stages of planning till the last guest left Mary Beth made sure every detail was covered.
The wedding on the beach was spectacular. She over saw each step from the first moment we arrived to the actual wedding and for days after. I think Mary Beth had alot to do with the beautiful weather also. She had quite a few people praying. The cocktail hour by the pool was beautiful. The entire staff had our guest saying how wonderful and attentive they all were. Each and everyone of the vendors that our daughter choose, and Mary Beth gave us a few to choose from were absolutely great. Especially DJ Ray who had everyone up and dancing the whole night. All of the vendors from the cake, the lighting, servers, bartenders, The hair and make up artist that came to Tina's room to get all the girls ready, photographer,flowers,chocolate fountain, the beautifullly decorated room, we could not have asked for more. We received so much more. We were treated like family from Mary Beth and Allan and the entire Wyndam family. It was a magical night for our daughter Tina and her husband Bob. We like to thank everyone again and again. We love you Mary Beth.

We had our Ceremony & Reception at the Wyndham.
The Location is amazing, The staff was nice and very helpful, And all my family had a good time.
We had 10 rooms, and came for 4 nights.
The wedding was at the second night and the whole day was magical, thanks to Mary Beth and her crew.
The most amazing thing was the actual wedding on the beach, Couldnt have asked anything more dreamy.

We choose this hotel because of the location. Right on the beach. Amazing views.
But we really like to thank Mary Beth. She took care of us from the first day we contacted her, about 2 months before the wedding, up to the last day of our stay.
Mary Beth went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding and reception was perfect!
The hotel was perfect and i would highly recommend it, For a wedding or for a vacation.

Needless to say we booked the Wyndham for Our Big Day! While planning Mary Beth was there with a quick response with any questions and/or concerns we had. As the day came closer we met with Allyn the banquet manager, Jose the chef, and Annie one of the servers everyone was kind and always had a smile on their faces!

The Big day arrived and we were welcomed with those same Big smiles and warmth! My husband had a concern about two hours before the wedding with the lounge chairs and numerous people behind the wedding arch, thinking I would freak out while walking down the aisle if I seen this, so he took his concern to Mary Beth and she quickly took care of the situation and when I took the aisle I seen nothing but the beautiful beach! Let's just say on my wedding day I had to worry about nothing cause I knew the staff at the Wyndham would take care of Everything!!!

The kindness and warm smiles did not stop after the ceremony. We had cocktail hour by the pool, and the reception in the ballroom, the staff to mention a few Bartender (Mike) Servers (Annie, Simone, Amy and Leonie) Chef (Jose) and of course Allyn and Mary Beth were all Great!! My family and friends also spoke highly of the staff, food and venue.

We had a GREAT WEDDING and would recommend the Wyndham to anyone!!!!

We had our wedding at the Wydham in Deerfield Beach in March, 2012. We booked the venue before the hotel was completely built as I felt in my heart it was going to be beautiful and it was. With the planning of any wedding you will have your ups, downs and last minute surprises so it helps to have a support team that is looking out for you every step of the way and that is exactly what you have at the Wyndam Beach Resort. OMG what a wonderful event. Destination wedding from Colorado. Given all of the things that could have gone wrong with a destination wedding, this experience was magnificent. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. The actual ceremony was on the beach at 7:00 pm. The weather was in our favor. The hotel is fabulous - just across a brick road from this gorgeous beach. Mary Beth and Allyn, the event hotel reps, could not have been more helpful. Our only problem was with my daughter's bustle on her gown. Allyn to the rescue with his sewing kit. All of the suggested vendors on their list were perfect. Everything went off without a hitch and was so absolutely enjoyable. Allyn and Mary Beth continually reassured me that everything would be great. They were there on a Sunday to make sure the event went smoothly. The food "to die for". The price incredibly reasonable. The staff - can't say enough. Mary Beth is lovely, funny and completely accommodating. Her communication skills and direction were incredibly helpful, immediate and thorough. Loved her. Also, they don't "nickel and dime you to death" for every little thing. Very generous with reception and wedding needs. Cocktail reception by pool before ballroom reception was wonderful. The food and drinks were lovely. The ballroom was beautiful. They thought of every detail and Allyn gave it his personal oversight. It was stunning. Very flexible with anything that we wanted to do or needed. Great experience. All of the wedding guests were equally satisfied. The food at the restaurants in the hotel was also delicious. Very festive place. I will be going back just do visit this spectacular venue. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

They created the perfect touching memory that can not be forgotten the food was exquisite, the staff members were pleasant, and Mary Beth and her team really turned a fairly tale into reality.

The Wyndham Deerfield Beach provided exceptional service from start to finish. Mary Beth, Allyn, and the rest of the staff are first class professionals. Mary Beth and her staff did an unbelievable job with our wedding. I was in contact with Mary Beth since July before our wedding and her responses always came back in a very timely fashion. Coming from South Dakota for our wedding we knew nothing of what Florida had to offer or what we could do and she walked us step by step through what we wanted and needed to do to have the perfect day. Her organization and assertiveness was second to none. We also made a late change and added a brunch to the ceremony and she did not skip a beat in being able to set that up for us and make sure it was ready.
If anyone is looking to have a beach ceremony for their special day you will not find a better group of people to work with or a better location than the Wyndham Resort at Deerfield Beach.

I met my husband at JB's on Deerfield Beach. We were engaged on the beach, just north of Deerfield. We got married in Boca Raton, yet we knew we wanted this beach to be a part of our weekend. The Wyndham is beautiful and is the most perfect location for any event. It has a "wow" factor as soon as you arrive. I met with Mary Beth who is an absolute gem. She's welcoming, extremely helpful and so happy, it's impossible not to smile in her presence. I immediately booked our room block for our guests and the suite (with stunning views) for my husband and I. I also booked our "farewell breakfast" for the day after the wedding. Hedy arranged all of the day-of transportation for myself and my groom as well as the bridal party and guests. Hedy took so much off my wedding planning plate and was so patient throughout the many changes I encountered. She even came in on her day off to make sure everything would be taken care of! The entire staff from the front desk, to the catering staff made my family and I feel like a part of their family. The breakfast was perfect, the food was incredible and everyone had an amazing experience throughout the entire weekend... no one wanted to leave! I would absolutely recommend The Wyndham Deerfield to anyone... and I will definitely be working with Mary Beth and Hedy again on future events!

We were married at a venue near the Wyndham in Deerfield Beach and reserved a room block for our guests at the Wyndham. Most of our out of town guests ended up staying there and it was perfect! The hotel and the rooms were very nice & clean, the service was excellent and you can't beat the location! There is a lot to do around the hotel for guests who don't have cars and the kids that came along loved the beach! Margie was extremely helpful with the room block and the concierge and the rest of the staff treated us like special guests for our special weekend!

The Wyndham at Deerfield Beach is a wonderful place for a vacation or an event like a wedding. Our stay there was extraordinary. Mary Beth was a joy to work with helping to plan our wedding. Ours was a destination wedding which is understandably difficult to coordinate across states, but with the help of Mary Beth we were able to have our big day go off without a hitch.

The views and scenery were one of the best parts of the stay. We chose this hotel for many reasons, one being that it is directly on the beach. That way when we did our processional for the beach ceremony, Joelle didn't have to drag her dress across a road like A1A. The ball room was well decorated and the food was excellent. The staff made the entire experience wonderful. The bar staff at the ocean view restaurant was courteous and remembered our names and treated us like locals. The only complaint that we had was that we didn't get any of our cake besides the cake topper. This may have a bit to do with how much fun we were having on the dance floor, but we did wish the staff had kept some of our cake for us.

Overall, the Wyndham is a wonderful place to host a wedding, whether it is a destination wedding or a local one. The staff made all the difference, especially Mary Beth and the extra effort she put forth in planning this event. We would definitely recommend the Wyndham to anyone looking for an excellent beach wedding.

Our daughter and her fiancé wanted a beach destination wedding in December and since we all live in Indiana that was not an option anywhere near us . After a lot of internet searching and reading of reviews, our focus was on the W yndham Deerfield Beach. I reached out for information and Mary Beth was quick to reply and answered all of our questions and was so personable. We had never been at the hotel or in area of Deerfield Beach prior to finding them on the internet but felt a peace in booking after talking to Mary Beth and reading every review I could get my fingers on. I am so happy to report that our daughter's wedding occured on Dec 28 and was perfect in every single way! Given the chance to go back in time and change things, I wouldn't change one thing! Just before 5p the clouds rolled in. Since all guests had arrived, Allyn made the call to start the wedding a little early to beat the rain. We were so grateful - a beach wedding they wanted - a beach wedding they got! It was absolutely gorgeous! Just a few drops fell and an umbrella instantly appeared over the bride's head (impressive) - the sun came out just as fast as it had left! The cocktail reception was held inside instead of poolside since the wind picked up and it was great. The fruit and cheese trays were perfect. The hors d'oeuvres served were so good! All the servers were so nice and attentive. The food (grouper and filet mignon) was fantastic! The built in sound system in the ballroom ensured the dance floor was full all night long! So fun!! It was so nice that the day of the wedding I was actually able to sit and sip wine and not stress one bit. Mary Beth, Jose and Allyn had everything in total control - we were very well taken care of. They all went above and beyond to ensure the wedding and reception were a hit! We had friends and family travel from California to New York and between. A FANTASTIC time had by all! So happy we picked Wyndham Deerfield - A perfect choice.

My new husband and I wanted a wedding on the beach, we looked and looked and were so thankful after finding Mary Beth and the Wyndham.

Our day could not have been any better from the ceremony on the beach to our pool/beach side reception, our servers Annie, Bonnie and Leonnie made sure everyone was accommodated and were always visible during the reception, the bartender Murat made sure the the drinks were flowing and everyone was happy.

Hats off to chef Jose, everyone commented on how tasty the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course everything was so good!

Allyn the banquet manager was spectacular, he is so caring and compassionate and made me feel like a queen, he paid attention to every detail and even made a quick decision on displaying my cake when the stand was delivered broken, no stress, he truly made sure everything was done right.

Mary Beth is a goddess, she worked with us within our budget and made sure every detail was taken care of, she assisted us with the menus, the decorations, the room accommodations, any questions I had she always had an answer, she is a true wedding planner!

The entire Wyndham staff did a fabulous job, the hotel is beautiful, our day was spectacular and I would not hesitate in looking anywhere else to plan your special occasion.

I don't even know where to begin my review for the Wyndham. My husband and I are so grateful for every service they provided for us.

Firstly, Mary Beth was a saint. She had an answer and solution for everything I could ever ask! She was our main point of contact and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. I would call her all all hours with questions that kept me up at night and her solutions were brilliant! The majority of my vendors were chosen through her recommendation and I know we really did get the best of the best.

Allyn was a star. He handled the event on the day of and it was flawless. The last thing I wanted to think about on my big day was making sure everything was going well- he made sure I was where I needed to be, people knew what was going on, the food gets served, the timeline is followed, etc. I didn't have one worry for the entire evening!!

The rooms that we had for the weekend were superb. All my guests were talking about how nice they beds are and how breathtaking the view is. We had the large suites on the NE 7th and 8th floors- I highly recommend them! What a view!

The food was beyond delicious! We did a tasting before the event and the chef was so personable and creative. They did special dishes of filet mignon for me and my husband and it was one of the best filets I've ever had! Everyone raved about the crab cakes and even the presentation of the displays.

The servers were exceptional. They made sure that they visited me and my husband throughout the meal and made sure we had champagne, wine, and plenty of water. Despite being so attentive, they slipped into the background flawlessly and made the entire experience feeling very luxe- it felt like we all had personal staff.

The concierge was another highlight- they can handle anything! I got an amazing massage scheduled by the Wyndham in my room overlooking the ocean.

Overall, I cannot thank every person at the Wyndham enough. I felt like a goddess the entire day!

What an incredible weekend! Everything about the Wyndham - from the beautiful rooms, the beach front, the accommodating staff was great! Mary Beth and Allyn were perfect wedding planners!! They made the job of the "mother-of-the-bride so easy. We had searched for a venue and nothing came close to the price range that was offered at the Wyndham. Annie and the rest of the wait staff were also amazing......Everything was fabulous on Oct 13, 2013 - the weather, the ceremony, the poolside cocktail hour and the FOOD- all our guest loved the Grilled Salmon and Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin - hats off to the chef! My husband and I chose the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort as our wedding venue, and we could not have been happier with our experience. From the first time we met with Mary Beth, we knew we had made the right decision; she was so helpful right from the start. Some of my planning with her was done while I was still living abroad and even then I was sure everything would turn out perfect for our wedding day.

The location of the hotel is beyond beautiful, and that was very important to us as we had a beach ceremony, followed by cocktail hour by the pool, and a reception in the ball room. Everything was set up beautifully, and the staff is so friendly and did an amazing job. Even our guests had so many kind words to say to us about the staff during the reception.

The Wyndham did an amazing job with our wedding, and we could not have imagined it any other way. We are so happy with how every detail turned out and we have so many great memories. I can assure you that you will be so pleased with your choice of the Wyndham for your wedding.

My 50th vow renewal sunrise ceremony was beyond what I had anticipated. The hotel staff and catering manager made my event memorable with their professional expertise and affordable. My whole family stayed at the hotel and had beautiful ocean view rooms and very accessible to the beach for my ceremony. The delicious breakfast was held at hotel and enjoyed by all. We had looked at many, many venues for our wedding. Before almost "settling" on a venue that had a lot of the things we wanted, we found ourselves looking at the Wyndham. Thank goodness for this, as we got everything we were looking for in a venue. We were in the middle of writing a very nice review, but I guess we are limited in the number of words because we got cut off less than half way through, so we will keep it short.

The location is beautiful. We had a lot of out of town guests, and you wont beat the location (beautiful beaches, 10 different places to eat, good nightlife, all within a short walking distance).

The staff was awesome. Mary-Beth is the planner. She was great to work with and took very good care of us. The service staff (Annie, Simone, Amy and Bonnie) were great and fun. we actually got comments on the service staff, which we were very happy about. The banquet manager, Allyn, was great. He was with me the second we got there, carrying my dress and helping me with whatever we needed. Chef Jose is a great chef. From our food tasting to the actual reception, the food and hor d' oeuvres were awesome. And they weren't you average food items (no Swedish meatballs or mini-hot dogs), it was gorgonzola stuffed mushrooms, a tomato "waterfall" salad (as my husband called it), and skirt steak, just to name a few. The entire process, from the first time we sat with Mary-Beth until the end of the reception, we just felt that the entire staff had everything under control, and they did. Nothing went wrong and we were just able to enjoy our wedding day.

The wedding night turned out to be a success, which we were very proud of as we were both very involved and did a lot of things on our own, and of course with the help of the Wyndham hotel. We highly recommend this venue and can assure you that you will not be disappointed!!

My daughter was married on the beach! This was made possible because the staff at the Wyndham waited until the last minute to give an ALL clear-It had been raining all afternoon, and they knew how important it was to the bride and groom to be married on the beach. Mary Beth, the Catering and Sales Manager worked very closely with the beach vendor to make sure this would happen. Mary Beth and Allyn, the Banquet Manager were so involved to the smallest detail, which made for a very enjoyable wedding and reception. Allyn even helped carry the train of the wedding dress across the street! The waitress; Annie, Simons and Bonnie were wonderful. Mike the bartender was very professional and ready to help with anything.

During our week stay at the Wyndham, our families had several special requests; early check ins, late check outs, etc, Pam at the front desk was so helpful and always "made it happen"!

One very special person is Nedy, the concierge. The day of the wedding we realized the Bride did not have a garter. Nedy called around the stores in Deerfield Beach, find the right color and picked up the garter and hand delivered to the bride. The convenience and the willingness that Nedy showed was very heart warming.

We would highly recommend the Wyndham at Deerfield Beach, this was a great destination wedding location. A few emails, phones calls and one meeting at the end, guaranteed us of a wonderful memorable wedding.

Dear Brides-To-Be looking for a "Beach" wedding in Southern Florida. As a Palm Beach resident, I searched EVERY hotel in Palm Beach County for a "Beach" wedding and was unsuccessful. The Wyndham is a perfect piece of paradise if you want to have your toes in the sand at your nuptials. I knew that it was Kismet when I learned that Mary Beth Gualtieri was from my home town and we had both escaped the cold winters of the Northeast.

We were having a small, intimate Jewish wedding and most of our guests were traveling from out of town. Mary Beth made making all of our out of town guests feel comfortable a snap. The weather had been inclement for weeks prior to our wedding, but we were blessed with the perfect morning for a beach wedding.

Mary Beth is a consummate professional. She has relationships with many vendors. Because of Mary Beth, I had the most amazing women for my hair and make-up.

All and all, if you want to have a beach wedding, weather permitting, THIS is the place to go ladies!

Our wedding was so perfect, thanks to Mary Beth and everyone at the Wyndham!!!! We received so many compliments, our guests were very pleased with the food, the place and specially the crew. Everyone keeps telling me how polite the crew was and how much they enjoyed our party. Big thanks to Allyn for handling everything so well and taking care of every little detail for us :)

The Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort was the most amazing place and easiest place and professional people to work with. We arranged our wedding in 30 days where everybody else laughed at us. Working with Mary Beth Guaulieri and Alan took all the stress off of us. (they were fantastic). Chef Jose prepared great food and Annie and bonnie made sure if was npresented properly and hot. And Murat at the bar kept everybody drinking. And lets not forget the locatation on the beach. I would recommend the Wyngham at Deerfied beach to everyone and anyone. Best place in South Florida for a wedding!

Our daughter was recently married on the beach at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort. Needless to say, Mary Beth and Allyn made it an event beyond the bride & groom’s, and our dreams! Since most of our guests were from out of town, our daughter and, now, son-in-law wanted one location for their wedding ceremony and reception. Mary Beth was exceptional in handling all the details involved in planning a destination wedding. Her hugs and smiles helped allay our fears. She kept us laughing the day of the wedding, assuring us that everything was taken care of--which it most certainly was! She even took some great photos of the wedding with her phone! Nobody can surpass Allyn in taking care of every detail of the wedding day, from coordinating the beach ceremony, to assisting the bridal party, or to insuring the presentation and set-up of the poolside cocktail party and reception. The taste and presentation of the food was exceptional! We can’t say enough about the entire staff at the Wyndham, from Mario, who helped us when we arrived with our luggage; Jose, who was tremendous with all the guests’ reservation details; and, all the wait staff, both at the reception and at the Patio Bar--extra thanks go to Debbie, Annie and Denise, who made us feel special our entire stay. Special kudos goes to Hedy, the concierge, who worked with us in coordinating many of the details during our stay. She is the best concierge you could possibly ask for! Even our cake vendor told us that Mary Beth and the Wyndham were fantastic and they loved working with them. The beds and the view were superb too! We could continue, but we think you get the picture! If you are considering a resort wedding, your only stop should be at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach, because you will not find a better place in south Florida!

I highly recommend the Wyndham Resort for your beach wedding! Alan, Mary Beth, and Annie are the real deal! My wedding was amazing because of their hard work and efforts. The day of was smooth and they took care of every detail - it was perfect! Mary Beth was a gem and made us feel like family from the moment we met her. They never said no to any of my request, they made it happen no matter what. The beach ceremony was beautiful, cocktail hour was by the pool and reception in the ballroom. The food was delish too! I don't even know where to start. The Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort was just PERFECT. The staff, prices, ALL of the food, rooms and the quality of service were high above expectation. Mary Beth Gualtieri and Allyn Swalley were extremely helpful with everything. They responded swiftly to our questions and did everything to please us and make sure things went perfectly. Working with Mary Beth for several months up to our wedding was a great experience. She's great to work with and has many wonderful recommendations along the way. Both Mary Beth and Allyn gave use a piece of mind and made our day stress free. The staff that worked the event were so personable and had awesome peronalities. Annie, Bonnie, Simone and Denise served our amazing food. We had a few vegetarians at our wedding and they even went above and beyond with Portabella Towers for their meals. Besides the amazing taste of the food, the portions and presentation of the meals were astounding. The suite we had on our wedding night was immaculate and fantastic. We were welcomed with champagne, two pieces of our wedding cake and two entrees to go. Everyone at the Wyndham, especially Mary Beth, gave their all into our special and unforgettable day! The Wyndham Deerfield Beach was a fantastic venue for my wife and my wedding. We looked at many venues in the Broward-Palm Beach area and the Wyndham was the only one that 'felt' right. We had perfect weather for the day of our beach wedding and Allyn and Mary Beth went out of their way to make sure that our wedding was a success. The whole wedding experience was definitely worth more than the sum of its parts and I couldn't have been happier with how things turned out.

My sister Paulette & George had a beautiful wedding at the Wyndham in Deerfield Beach Thanksgiving Weekend 2012! Everything was perfect it was a magical day! Marybeth the wedding coordinator was awesome she provided excellent service from the start to finish. Marybeth was so accommodating in every way she made my sister Paulette feel so comfortable. How can I put into words how perfect my wedding was at the Wyndham??? Well to start, Mary Beth is the absolute best! She was so helpful and was more than happy to answer any and all questions. Mary Beth also made sure that my beach ceremoney was as special as she made me feel. Everything ran smoothly and was more than I could ever had imagined until.........I walked into the ballroom before the guest arrived. It was so perfect, Allyn and Mary Beth did exactly what i asked and i could not have been any more pleased. I also have to say the wait staff, Annie, Denise, Simone and Bonnie did a superb job. We had the steak and chicken francese, and I asked if they would put extra sauce on the tables for everyones chicken and geeze they jumped to it and my guest were loving their meals, thanks JOSE! Now ,my husband and I have families that LOVE to drink and I was afraid that they would run Murat into the ground but nope he did a fantastic job keeping the cocktails flowing!! After all was said and done this wedding was perfect and all the guest had a great time. If you want a beautiful place with great people and service, than the Wyndham at Deerfield Beach is where you should go. Congrats to all who book their weddings with Mary Beth cause I know your gonna!!!!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding block at the Wyndham in Deerfield Beach since our wedding was in a nearby venue. We were put in contact with Marybeth for the block and she was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to discuss the details of the block and she even set us up with a wonderful post wedding brunch the day after our ceremony. Our guests raved about the accommodations and we could not be happier with our choice of hotel. All of the staff, including and foremost, Marybeth and Jose, were always professional, kind and helpful. And the night my husband and I returned to our room the hotel staff had provided us with a wonderful room with surprises to return to. We highly recommend anyone staying in the area or having a wedding in the area to contact the Wyndham. You will not be disappointed.

We booked our 9/29/12 wedding back in January and Mary Beth and team at the Wyndham were more than helpful from day 1 on. The food was excellent, the rooms were amazing, the value was great, the ceremony on the beach went off without a hitch. 80 of our guests came from out of town (up north) and stayed here for multiple days. Everyone has been raving about the hotel , the food, the beds, the service, everything. I would book here again and again and again. They were more than flexible with a few unique situations I had and I will say- I am one picky bride!! It was amazing. We had the skirt steak and chicken francaise. Mary Beth was my first point of contact at the Wyndham. She was insightful, organized, kind, warm, and professional. She has a great personality, and gives great advice without being pushy. Since my husband and I live in New York, we relied on her experience and advice to steer us in the right direction on many issues, including using outside for vendors for services she did not provide. We met with her 2 days before our wedding: I showed her how we wanted to decorate our reception tables, and she immediately jumped in and offered additional decoration ideas and items courtesy of the hotel. We were wowed at how she and her staff decorated our reception, making it beautiful and memorable, as many of our guests told us over and over. She also made it possible for us to stay in a complimentary ocean view room the night of our wedding -- complete with chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne! It was fantastic.

We met Allyn on the day of our wedding. From the moments as we waited for the ceremony to start, throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, he was very attentive, thoughtful and professional. He accompanied my father and I across the street to our beach ceremony, carefully took off my shoes, and then offered me a straw mat to stand on on that hot beach sand. He checked on both myself and my husband during our cocktail hour, and came to us regarding any issues at the beginning of our reception. He was always available and willing to help us, without being obtrusive at all, and made us feel at ease because he took care of things as we requested.

To Annie, our server at the cocktail and reception, we would like to give special thanks: she offered to get us refreshments several times, checked to see that we received our meals and helped us with anything we requested. She is a warm, attentive and professional staff member, as we as well as many of our guests remarked. The next morning, she warmly greeted us at breakfast and seated us immediately in a quiet outdoor area.

Many of our relatives have since told us that they wish they had taken a longer vacation and stayed at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort for a longer time.... my husband and I do, too!!! I have already recommended Mary Beth and her staff at the Wyndham for relatives who are looking for their wedding venue, so we will all be returning quite soon!

Our beach ceremony with the "starfish" arch at your location was breath taking and beautiful. The cocktail and reception rooms were exquisitely prepared, even beyond our expectations. The decorations (i.e. shells, sea glass, centerpieces, sandbox for the place cards), even the colorful turquoise napkins were perfect for our theme. By the way, the mahogany chairs were a great idea and added style and elegance. Additionally, please thank the entire friendly staff working our event including Annie, one of the servers, the bartender, and all others. Please don't forget to give a special thank you to Pasquale, the Executive Chef, who made sure the food was delicious.

I had my destination wedding at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort. We searched and searched the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area to find something that was elegant but also within our budget, finally we found the Wyndham! We could not have been happier with our selection. The staff was so professional and personable, helping me with anything and everything we needed. I met Mary Beth and Allyn the day before my wedding and they were so nice and professional. They explained their policy on when they have to make the determination to have the wedding on the beach or inside. Although it was a disappointment to have my beach wedding inside, it was the right decision that was made with input from both Allyn and my family. I was still able to take pictures on the beach before the downpour so that helped! The ballrooms at the Wyndham are newly renovated, with gorgeous modern chandeliers. Mary Beth and Allyn make a great team, coming from huge hotels they have the experience needed, but at the Wyndham it is an intimate location. They only do one wedding a day, and they make you feel like the star of the show. I can't say enough about the staff at the Wyndham! It's a great location, the beach is gorgeous, everything is new and renovated!

I arranged a vow renewal ceremony for my in-laws for their 35th wedding anniversary from out of state. This day turned into such a magical and memorable day for our entire family! I highly recommend the Wyndham Deerfield Beach resort for any type of function. We had the renewals take place on the beach and it was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I worked with was fantastic! Mary Beth covered every detail with me all through emails and phone calls since I was out of state. She is such a professional and had the nicest most genuine personality who truly wanted to make our event spectacular and that she did. She became someone I could count on and knew the job was going to get done perfectly. Allyn was with me for the entire event making sure every detail and need was covered even watching over the beach for me to keep everything just right. I can not forget to mention our wonderful server Annie who had the best personality and service we could have asked for. The chefs made us the most delicious meal and the bartender was terrific. They even made us my mother-in-laws special dessert by request. There were no flaws on this day and it was truly perfect! Mary Beth and Allyn even followed up with us the day after the function. 5 stars across the board!!! This is a day our family will always cherish and will never forget! We were truly blessed to have found the Wyndham through a simple Google search and are we thankful!!!

Hello all you Beautiful Brides-To-Be,

Just wanted to add my 2 cents for what they are worth. Since all of our family and friends are so spread out we decided to have a destination wedding. After weeks of intensely searching I found the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort-GOD SENT!!! I choose them because our wedding was small and intimate and most of the resorts were completely unrealistic with their food and beverage minimums. MaryBeth Gualtieri was my first point of contact. She is so warm, detail oriented and genuinely cares. Because of her confidence I felt absolutely no need to stress. She had a timeline, list of vendors and tips to help me with the planning process. We corresponded via email and phone calls and she was always quick to respond.
Upon arriving at the hotel she set up a meeting with her and the catering manager-Alan and their assistant Eric. These 3 individuals are nothing but professional. The day of the meeting Mary Beth greeted us with a hug and a big smile...incredibly warm! She introduced us to Alan and Eric both of which are amazing. The meeting was super easy, they knew exactly what they were doing.
It was scheduled to be a beach wedding but mother nature at times does not cooperate. Both Alan and MaryBeth were amazing in redirecting the entire event indoors. They worked fanastically with all our vendors. The ceremony and reception areas looked absolutely beautiful. I used the hotel's centerpieces and they were so elegant. The chair covers and sashes added such a great look! Their wedding package is outstanding and the service is incredible. All of our family and friends were so impressed. Even the servers took the time to talk to us and were so incredibly accomodating. The food was amazing and all the guests agreed!
Alan was so attentive the entire evening. I did not have to stress at all because he had it all covered. Just an amazing group of professionals to work with. We are so thankful to MaryBeth, Eric, Alan and all the servers, chefs for making our special day truly amazing!!! P.S. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful as well!

My husband, parents, guests and I were very happy with my ceremony and reception at the Wyndham Beach Deerfield Beach.
I had never stayed at this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I liked it better than our honeymoon spot. The staff from the bell boy, to Kelly the concierge, to Mary Beth and Allyn were wonderful. My wedding went off without a hitch, and it was a wonderful experience. I planned it from afar and Mary Beth helped me with my vendors and planning (who needs a wedding planner when you have Mary Beth!) If you are shopping for a fun beach venue that is comfortable for your guests, while also offering them the sense of location, nightlife and vacation in South Florida at an affordable price. This is your place!

I am a first time wed older bride. I wanted to feel like a princess and my fiance wanted a beach wedding. After looking at many venues and not finding that "special one", we happened to drive by the Wyndham and went in without an appointment. We walked out an hour later with a venue and a signed contract. Why? We met Mary Beth Gualtieri, event planner for the hotel. She listened, discussed what would best fit our budget, and without even knowing what we really wanted, instinctively guided us towards what would be my dream wedding. Mary Beth is real. I wasn't talking to a sales person but rather someone who wanted my dream to come true. No matter how many questions I had, she was always available to answer them by email or phone. She was never too busy. If she felt that an idea I had may not be the best, she would listen then explain why but always let it be my decision. She recommended vendors and I used most of them. They all provided the same high level of professionalism that she did. I also worked with the catering manager Allyn. What a team they made. My wedding took place on May 19, 2012. It rained buckets. We could not get married on the beach but the inside room was set up beautifully. The cocktail hour was supposed to be by the pool but they set it up inside and it was flawless. After waiting almost 60 years, yes I was disappointed with Mother Nature but Mary Beth and Allyn were in touch with me, assuring me that it would be perfect and they did not lie. Chef Jose created dishes that were amazing. We had a fish and chicken entree. I did not have one complaint. The food was incredible. My guests complimented the appetizers. They were hot, tasty and the presentation was great. The room was set up as I requested. Both Allyn and Mary Beth made sure that everything was flawless. Allyn was a gracious host as well as managing a very pleasant staff. The servers were wonderful. Having been in the hotel a few days, the banquet servers also worked in the hotel during the day. They knew our names, the names of my guests. They made them feel welcomed and special. Everyone had a wonderful time. Any requests we had were honored, highchairs, special meals for allergies etc. I wish I had one negative thing to say about the event, but I don't. We had a breakfast for our guests the next morning. The room was just as beautiful the next day. The breakfast food was delicious. I think you get the point.
If you are looking for a venue with a breathtaking view of the ocean, an event planner (Mary Beth) who will devote themselves to your special day, a catering manager (Allyn) who will provide service beyond your expectations and servers (Ann and Lorraine to name a few) who will make your guests feel that it was worth every minute to come to your affair and food that is phenomenal (thank you Chef Jose) then please call Mary Beth and talk to her about your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

As the clergy performing the wedding, I would say the entire staff was excellent to work with. Mary Beth was an outstanding professional who understands the importance of the event and does a superior job of keeping things "light." EVERY employee from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the events department, to the hotel restaurant/bar was courteous, willing to help, and schooled in good old fashion customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone interested in having a memorable event they can be proud of. I was also father to the groom which made for an extraordinary event...Mary Beth and her crew were aware of this unique situation and I felt went the extra mile to insure I had everything I would need.

The wedding packages at Wyndham are very reasonable compared to other venues. They have one of the best locations with the beach right at your fingertips and their prices are unbeatable for what you get.
The rooms and the ocean view are breath taking. We couldn’t go on a honeymoon so the 2 night stay at the Wyndham felt like we were in paradise.
So we got the best of both worlds. Good prices and an awesome honeymoon

Chef Jose is a great chef. We had Chicken Francaise and New York Strip Steak for our guests and Jose made a separate Entree for me and my husband. I had the Salmon and my husband had the Churrasco Skirt Steak. YUMMY !!! (My husband is very picky with his food and he really enjoyed his Steak).
All my guests were impressed with the food. They kept saying how fresh and warm the food was compared to other weddings they’ve attended where food is usually cold and disgusting.
The hors d' oeuvres were of the chart too.

Annie and the rest of the team were also amazing. Annie made sure at the end of the night all of our gifts were delivered in our room and made sure I didn’t forget anything.
Also, I wanted my sashes tied a certain way and Allyn took a video of it while I was tying the sash on the chair and made sure the whole team knew how to tie them on the day of my wedding. They did an awesome job.

It was a really long day for us since not only we had our Wedding we also had our daughters Christening on the same day.
Mary Beth went above and beyond to satisfy us. Right after we had our 2 hour long church wedding and Christening, Mary Beth made sure we had hors d' oeuvres and champagne in our room before the pictures so we wouldn’t be hungry.

We had an amazing time and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

As the mother of a hard working bride, I got the task of finding a place to have my daughter's dream destination wedding which meant Beach wedding. Because of guests arriving from international destinations we had to choose a place within close proximity to Miami International and places Southwest Airlines goes. So I started looking at all the hotels thru Goggle Earth and started calling to find a reception venue which in Florida is no small task, especially since I have never been to any Florida beach. I called a ton of hotels, but once I spoke with Mary Beth Gualtieri I knew I had found the right place. I had a small budget pp and she was able to work with my numbers and get the price exactly where I felt comfortable. Very affordable!!! No reason to pay $80 pp when the Wyndham is doing the reception. We had appitizers, 4 hour open bar, 2 choices of entree's (Chicken Marsella and Steak Chimmichuri), champagne toast, dance floor for 32 people on a Friday night. AMAZING!!! Because they are NOT a big impersonal hotel, they served delicious fresh tasting food. The Bride and Groom are Foodies and they loved it! The hotel was also an affordable option for my guests at a wonderful beach front hotel that sat right on the Atlantic Ocean by the pier. I planned the entire wedding thru emails and phone calls. The whole Wyndham Staff was very professional, but very friendly and personable. Met MaryBeth for the first time the day before the wedding and felt so comfortable and relaxed because they had everything under control! You don't need to pay a wedding planner $3,000 when you have MaryBeth and Allan. They will supply you with their trusted vendors but you can hire other vendors if you want - I hired many that were not on their list. No problem. Bottom Line...If you are having a smallish destination wedding and you want a beautiful beach location, Deerfield Beach Wyndham is a fabulous choice! You won't be dissappointed!

We had a wedding on the beach in front of the Wyndham and then reception inside the ballroom. Allyn, the Catering Director, was excellent. He accomodated all of our needs and his wait staff was amazing. They were all so sweet and gave my partner and I hugs. I really felt that we were more than just customers for them. Allyn was excellent in working with us for the open bar changes and all meal changes. We mainly worked with Mary Beth who helped us from the beginning. From looking at a variety of places she helped us decide on the Wyndham. She was excellent and gave us lots of ideas. Overall we had very little stress in the planning with their help. Unlike most venues, the Wyndham was able to help us pick a package ala carte that worked best for us with food and alcohol.

Finally, we had many out of town guests that stayed at the hotel as well as ourselves for a few days and everything was great. The front desk staff is amazing and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Wyndham and look forward to going back there for our 1st anniversary.

hotel arranged large block of good priced rooms for our over 40 guests .bridal suite was roomy and accommodating. Has adjoining room for larger parties. We used the catering for a fabulous brunch on sunday. staff was helpful and responsive. Guests loved the location and convenience of not needing a car. Restaurant was friendly and food was good. Concierge service was warm and helpful for any issue. Beautiful settings for photos.

To all furture brides-to-be, I highly recommend the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort for your reception venue. We held our wedding reception there on April 14, 2012 and everything was perfect! It was a pleasure working with Mary Beth from the beginning. She was attentive to our wants and needs and we believed in her because of her experience that she would help us make our wedding day perfect and it was! The day I met Allyn, all my worries were at rest. He gave me a sense of confidence that all the events for the day of the wedding would run smoothly, and he exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately it was too windy to hold our cocktail hour poolside, but the staff did an amazing job turning the pre-function area into our cocktail hour!
In speaking with some of our family and friends, we have heard nothing but wonderful things about the food including all appetizers and entrees. The wait/bartending staff, including Annie, Bonnie, Simone, Margaret, Denise, John, and Murat, were all wonderful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed at all times.
I cannot thank everyone at the Wyndham enough for everything they did for us! I would definitely recommend your venue to others and will consider it for future events as well!

The Wyndham Deerfield was a great location for our wedding and Mary Beth was the amazing! The Wyndham Staff were accomodating and all around flawless. The food served during the wedding (we had NY Strip and Mahi Mahi) was tasty and not your normal over cooked bland wedding food. Everything is made then and there so the food is not sitting under a hot light for any amount of time. It was definitely the BEST wedding food I've ever had...it was also a nice touch that the chef came out from behind the kitchen and personally served us our food!

The venue itself (reception area) is just standard/average so to spruce it up, we ordered "up lighting" from Eddie B & Co and we were very happy with the way that looked. It is great that the hotel is beachfront and the ocean view rooms are a real treat. If the weather cooperates, you will be luckier than us however I like that Mary Beth and the Wyndham had a back up plan all ready to go when it started raining.

The pricing is very reasonable for what you get and I highly recommend this Hotel and Mary Beth!

Mary Beth was very nice and loved her from the moment I met her. It rained right before our ceremony and she did everything to fulfill our wishes to have our wedding on the beach. The only thing was I spent a lot of money on our sand ceremony set and due to the rain our table was blown over and the top was lost to our vase. We have never received it. We also lost other items, but the topper was important to me, because I had our names engraved and now were left without a topper. Also, the sand was all wet and we didn't know it until after we poured the sand, but there was more sand put away under the table, which was dry. We also did not like the fact that two days after the wedding she came to find us on the beach to take payment again, because they made a mistake and did not charge for gratuity. This was our time to relax and I felt like it should have been taken care of prior to the wedding. With all that being said we loved the Wyndham hotel and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice. Although, could be crowded with all the luggage and decorations we brought. We stayed a week and that was probably too long. Alan was also wonderful and I loved him also. He was always there when I needed something and the reception turned out great because of him. The food was exceptional at the reception and cafe. We ate downstairs every morning. Overall, we had a great trip. :))

The venue was great, it was everything we wanted and more. Mary Beth was very helpful and was always willing to work with us and our budget.
