My husband and I got married at Wylder in May 2025 and it was everything we wished it would be! We got engaged in June 2024, but didn't tour Wylder until August. I know some may think that is a tight turnaround to plan a wedding but it was perfect for us. Since we were under a year out, we lucked out and they still had a few availabilities in late Spring/Summer that were actually discounted because of the tighter turn around. As many know during wedding planning any discount is welcomed, even if small! The best thing about working with Wylder is that we were working with real people who are trying to do their best to accommodate your wishes. We had some special menu requests, signature drink requests, etc and they managed to make it all work! I was so comfortable with them that I wasn't afraid to ask for anything and see what we could do it to make it happen. Another favorite thing about Wylder was being able to host all of our guests (a total of 160ish) on site and not have to worry about paying for or worrying about additional transportation logistics. Not to mention there is plenty to do on site and nearby to entertain guests if you don't plan on having a fully programmed wedding weekend.
For all of our events, with the exception of napkins, we did not upgrade anything from what they have in house (furniture, barware, cutlery, etc) and we thought it was all simple and beautiful. We opted to just have some personal flourishes and touches to bring together a vibe. We weren't too pressed about having an overly designed space, but if you were a lot of their range of spaces are good canvases to for people with stronger design desires to use!
We worked with Olivia, Kat, and Chris for the most part and they were so generous with their time and helped us so much especially as we approached the week of/day of, really assuring us they were experienced and that everything would work out! There was a little bit of changeover during our engagement on who we were interfacing with which briefly gave me pause, but we were ultimately very well taken care of! We had some rain threatening our Saturday and the team at Wylder really thought through our plan B's and worked seamlessly with our Day of Coordinator to hammer those details out. Luckily, we were able to just go with Plan A! We are so grateful for their help, we felt so taken care of! -

Best Weekend Ever!
The folks at Wylder Windham are the most helpful, amazing, organized, wonderful (the list goes on and on) team we have ever worked with. From the moment that we toured the venue, to our delicious wedding tasting, to the food and ambiance at the reception, to the accommodation of all the little requests made over the course of the weekend, to the hospitality they showed all of our closest friends and family, to the ease of check in and check out, they made our wedding perfect beyond words!
Every space at the resort is postcard worthy beautiful. They made it so easy to have our weekend of celebration all over the property. They let us keep the party going! The food at Wylder is mouth wateringly delicious. Our guests raved about everything, including the succulent lamb chops at cocktail hour to their famous cauliflower at the reception to our brown butter and espresso wedding cake.
We had the most amazing weekend because everyone involved in the preparations for our wedding went above and beyond at every turn. We are still getting messages from our guests about how magical the weekend was and how it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to (and we think it’s THE best!). We heard all weekend about how amazing the hotel team was and how helpful and kind the team had been.
The team is so easy to work with and helped to bring our vision to life. We are deeply appreciative of everything they have done for us. They addressed all of our questions and all of our requests with poise and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better team to help us plan and celebrate our big day. We can’t wait to visit again soon! -

We had our wedding at Wylder Windham in July 2025, and we truly can’t imagine a more perfect place. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It felt magical, like out of a fairytale, especially the ceremony spot which felt like it was out of the Shire in Lord of the Rings. The hotel itself is also stunning, with such a perfectly blue pool and such comfortable rooms (especially the Baller Suite for the bride!!). Our guests also enjoyed a lot of the amenities on the property (pool, saunas, pickle ball courts, bike rentals, etc.), as well as attractions nearby (few hikes, biking, nice cafes/restaurants in the town nearby, etc.).
Beyond the beauty of the property, all our guests praised the staff as well. Everyone was incredibly attentive and accommodating the whole weekend. The various people to help with the planning also were helpful and patient as well throughout the 6+ month planning process. They were always accommodating of our various requests and delivered a seamless experience over the wedding weekend. Special thanks to Kat and Olivia for helping us execute our dream wedding!
The buffet dinner and cake were also delicious, and we received many compliments!
The after party in the basement rec room was also a huge hit with our guests! It has something for everyone – space to dance, a bar, ping pong tables, arcade games, etc.
Lastly, we love the Babblers picnic area - we had a magical welcome party there the night before and also the cocktail hour there.
We would recommend this venue to anyone!!

We had the wedding of our DREAMS at Wylder!! We chose it because we loved the location nestled at the base of the mountains and because it was the perfect size to house all of our guests. We decided to block the whole hotel, and having all of our guests onsite all weekend enjoying everything that the hotel had to offer was amazing. Everyone was making their own memories outside of just attending our wedding, which made us so happy!
The bridal party got ready in the living room of the Evergreen Inn, and it was so spacious and comfortable, such a nice and relaxed way to spend the day not feeling like we were holed up in a hotel room getting hair and makeup done. The staff set up breakfast and we ordered in lunch, and we could watch all the guests roaming around through the windows, going to the pool/saunas, bike rides, out for a hike, or just to walk their dogs. Having this space was such a perk that I didn't think a ton about before the wedding day, but ended up being one of the best parts of the property!
We also loved having our rehearsal dinner in the Pines Inn and then heading over to our welcome party at Babbler's Killside. Having so many different options for each event made our weekend feel so personal and intimate, and all the spaces are so beautiful!
Our guests also could not stop talking about our after party in the basement of the main building. We kept the dancing going down there for hours!
All the food all weekend was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the area is so beautiful.
We cant wait to go back for a visit and relive our amazing memories! -

We got married at Wylder Hotel Windham in April 2025, and if we could give them more than 10 stars, we absolutely would. Everything about our wedding weekend was beyond perfect. The Catskills gifted us their first snowfall of the season on our wedding day, and the scenery was straight-up magical — snow-dusted mountains, quiet pines, and that cozy alpine charm you dream of when planning a mountain wedding. It felt like we were inside a postcard.
We chose the weekend wedding package, and it was hands-down the best decision we made. Being able to settle in, relax, and celebrate with our family and friends for multiple days made the entire experience feel intimate, intentional, and unforgettable. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing.
From day one, their communication was top-notch — quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. Brides know how stressful planning can be, but Wylder made every step feel easy. They were organized, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful in all the ways that matter most during the planning process.
They brought every single one of our visions to life. Every request, every detail, every moment — they nailed it. They bent over backwards to make sure our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of and more.
Even the planning moments that normally feel like “tasks” became memories we treasure. Our tasting felt like a special date night, and our walkthrough was treated like an experience in itself — not just a checklist. They truly understand how to make couples feel celebrated throughout the entire journey, not just on the wedding day.

Our wedding weekend at Wylder was, in every sense, a dream come true. I don’t think words can fully capture the beauty, emotion, and connection that filled those days — but I’ll try, because this venue and the people behind it deserve every ounce of praise.
From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in a sense of peace and belonging. Wylder isn’t just stunning — it’s soulful. The property itself is breathtaking — the way the light moves through the trees in the morning, the mountain air, the water, the charming architecture — it all feels like it’s straight out of a storybook. Every corner is photo-worthy, yet somehow it never feels staged. It’s effortlessly beautiful, the kind of place that feels alive and deeply personal.
The staff at Wylder are truly what make it unlike anywhere else. They didn’t just host our wedding; they became part of it. Every single person on the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our weekend perfect. It never felt transactional — it felt like they were cheering us on, celebrating right alongside us. By the end of the weekend, they felt like part of our tribe.
And the food — I still think about it months later. Every meal was exceptional, from the rehearsal dinner to the late-night snacks and the beautiful reception dinner. Our wedding at Wylder Hotel on June 14, 2025 was nothing short of magical. From the moment we began planning, the team was responsive, flexible, and incredibly kind—especially Olivia, who went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. We wanted a day that felt uniquely us, and Wylder helped us create exactly that.
We hosted our welcome party, ceremony, and reception all on-site, and every detail flowed seamlessly. Even when the weather had other plans, the staff handled everything with such grace and flexibility that I never once felt stressed. Our guests stayed at the hotel, turning the weekend into a full celebration rather than just a single day. It truly felt like a destination wedding—without ever having to leave the property.
The food was abundant, delicious, and beautifully presented, and every single guest raved about it. People are still telling us that it was “one of the most fun weddings” they’ve ever attended! The mountain views, the cozy yet elegant atmosphere, and the attentive staff created an experience that felt intimate, joyful, and timeless.
Wylder is the definition of a one-stop-shop wedding venue, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. It’s rare to find a place that combines breathtaking scenery, heartwarming hospitality, and effortless coordination all in one—but Wylder Hotel does it all and more.

My husband and I held our wedding at Wylder Windham over a weekend in June of 2024. It was incredible - we had the most amazing wedding we could have hoped for. The staff at Wylder is wonderful. At every step along the way, we really felt cared for by their team of kind, professional, and talented folks who truly wanted us and our guests to have a spectacular experience. From Andrea and Faith who helped us through the planning process, to Chris and his team in food and beverage, to everyone on staff, we felt that we were in such good hands and could just relax and enjoy our big day.
The venue is gorgeous - all of our guests stayed onsite and enjoyed the pool, Babblers restaurant, pickleball courts, sauna and the beautiful surroundings. The food at both our welcome BBQ and reception was fantastic. Our friends and family are still raving about the whole experience many weeks later.
We will forever be grateful to the whole team at Wylder for working so hard to help us have the most amazing wedding and we can’t wait to return for years to come! -

My fiancé and I found the Wylder while they were in the midst of construction and after our first visit with Andrea and the team, we knew this was the perfect location for our wedding and booked immediately. Throughout the quick planning process the Wylder team went above and beyond in helping us plan the perfect wedding weekend. They hosted my family and friends Friday night for an outdoor BBQ welcome dinner (our guests are still raving about the food!), Saturday a beautiful outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and reception held in the event space and closed out the weekend with brunch at Babblers. No detail is overlooked in the accommodations, property, and amenities. If you are looking for a weekend wedding with resort like amenities in the mountains this is the place! Everyone has not stopped talking about the Wylder and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend for the perfect wedding. -

Incredible Intimate Wedding Experience
We had the incredible opportunity to be the first wedding hosted at Wylder Windham and I cannot say enough good things about the venue and staff. Andrea and the rest of the Wylder staff were incredible and helped us pull off our wedding in only 4 months with the utmost professionalism and kindness. For being the first wedding hosted here we expected a couple hiccups as they were getting up and running, but the entire weekend was so smooth and perfect. The communication, food, accommodations, and experiences were all amazing and all of our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. We can't thank this team enough for helping us create the most perfect wedding weekend. Would 1000% recommend Wylder Windham to any couple looking to get married - expect to have the ultimate VIP experience if you choose this venue! -

Wonderful Wylder Wedding
We had an amazing wedding at Wylder. The venue is beautiful and all conveniently located right on the property. All of our guests were able to stay the weekend with us there and couldn’t stop talking about all the amazing amenities they were able to enjoy.
The staff was great to work with and very accommodating with our requests for the weekend. They worked well with our day of coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly and we were able to relax and truly enjoy the day.
We did have some issues with our room block but they did what they could to fix it and even went above and beyond to make up for their mistakes.
Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend having your wedding here.

We had the privilege of hosting our Welcome Party and Sunday Brunch during our wedding weekend at Wylder. They were responsive, easy to work with, and transparent. We worked with Andrea and Faith on room blocks and booking our two events. They were responsive and helpful with decisions.
Our friends and family loved the welcome party in their ballroom where we had a bar setup and passed apps. It was beautiful and didn't require more than a few flowers to really make the space feel special. Our Sunday Brunch was in the same room. The food was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. Our friends and family were raving about the food and loved the eggs, specifically. We had a bottomless mimosa and bloody mary bar which was also fantastic.
Thank you for a wonderful event! Definitely recommend celebrating any special event with them! -

The Best of the Catskills
We got married at Wylder in May 2023 and could not have had a better experience. The team at Wylder was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive while guiding us through large (and small) decisions. They took care of every detail and made us feel calm throughout the entire planning process. We look back on our wedding day with so much joy. Our guests continue to praise the beautiful environment, delicious food (not kidding, we continue to hear about it from friends), and unique touches that only Wylder could provide. We are so grateful we found this gem of the Catskills and would pick them over and over again. -

We had the most wonderful wedding at Wylder this summer! When we were looking for venues, we got so excited about the idea of all of our loved ones being able to spend the whole weekend on the same "campus" together — and Wylder was the perfect spot.
In terms of planning, Wylder was fairly responsive throughout the process, even when our point of contact changed a few times. I will note that I found some of our communications a little confusing; we definitely had to project manage some of the details on our end, but we are also two very type A people who project manager for a living. ;) Wylder answered a zillion questions for us, were patient as we explored different vendors and options for how the day would flow, and were flexible in letting us tweak the menu relatively late in the game as we ironed out details. Another massive pro for Wylder: they took care of so many details that would have massively time consuming and expensive to figure out ourselves — from linens and furniture, to staffing, to catering. Plus, the range of spaces meant that we didn't have to think too hard about a rain plan; even though we were crossing our fingers for sunshine, all of their indoor spaces would have been a fine alternative if needed.
As for the weekend itself. it was a dream! On Friday, we fulfilled our dreams of playing pickleball with our families and lounging by the pool. Saturday went smooth as can be; we lucked out with the most sunshine-y day of the summer (miraculously not too hot for August either).
