Woodloch was literally a dream venue for us - every single moment was beautifully planned out & executed by our amazing coordinator Payten Riley. Payten & the entire team at Woodloch went above & beyond at every single aspect. The food was so amazing, our cake was absolutely beautiful & tasted SO delicious. Our guests agreed that Woodloch is 100% the best venue they have ever been to. The property itself is stunning but what really made it feel special to us was really the attention to detail that Payten & the entire team at Woodloch made sure to give our special day. We cannot thank them enough for making our day one of the most beautiful & best days of our life!!! We tell everyone we know about Woodloch & how special it is .. it's in our hearts forever & we will be going back!

Both of us are longtime guests at Woodloch Pines, and our wedding there was a dream come true. The natural beauty and excellent food are easy to see in pictures, but the most important element was the Woodloch team. The wedding team made planning and execution a clear, supportive process, and day-of logistics were easy as could be. But beyond the wedding team, every person at Woodloch - the front desk, servers, bartenders, people passing on the paths, everyone - made us and our guests feel at home and ready to celebrate!
Woodloch's attention to detail and transparency in pricing was also tremendously helpful during planning - and again, a testament to their team. They answered every question, found solutions, and helped us make all of our ideas come to life.

I cannot overstate how amazing our wedding experience at Woodloch was. For context, we spent our entire “wedding weekend” at Woodloch - staying on-site at Woodloch Springs (along with our family and guests), playing a round of golf, hosting our Rehearsal Dinner at the Clubhouse, having a lakeside ceremony and reception in the Lakeview Dining Room, and utilizing the catering services for our after-party and brunch. The staff are extremely responsive, professional, and clearly experienced in planning major events. We had several unique requests and they were able to accommodate most everything to make our day special. The food is incredible, the setting beautiful, and they make the planning process incredibly easy. It was so fun to be able to stay on site with our guests and make a mini-vacation out of it - the benefit of choosing a resort! We had more than one guest tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The experience was amazing - we keep saying we wish we could do it again. I can’t wait to celebrate our anniversary by going back to Woodloch for a spa weekend!

Kelly and her team did a wonderful job supporting us through the planning process to the very end of our wedding night. Any issues with vendors, questions about what to include, working with our schedule for touring the property; each outreach to the team was met with a timely and professional response. On our wedding day, Kelly and all members of the Woodloch team seemed to share in our excitement for all events and made sure that things went according to plan. I can't recommend Woodloch enough for family vacations or big events!

Woodloch’s staff were wonderful and my coordinator was attentive and supportive. Woodloch anticipated our needs prior to us needing them. The venue was gorgeous for pictures and my guests raved about the food!

Peyton and crew were absolutely fantastic. Flexible & Accommodating! Banquet/wedding food was to die for! Drinks readily available. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception, to the morning after breakfast, all we had to do was show up!

Being a bride and not having one guest complain about a single accommodation is an obstacle, but Woodloch’s team was able to obtain that.

Grounds are absolutely stunning.

My husband and I wanted a mini-destination wedding in the Poconos. We are from NYC. We found Woodloch and fell in love with the lakeside ceremony space and Woodloch Springs beautiful reception space. However, we ended up with more than we could have ever hoped for. My wedding coordinator, Michelle, was the absolute best. She helped me execute my dream wedding from start to finish. When you are married at Woodloch they truly go above and beyond to make sure your day is absolutely everything you could possibly hope for. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day if I tried. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Woodloch Resort one month ago on Sept 9, 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The Woodloch staff is extremely professional and clearly very experienced with throwing weddings. Everything went smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience. We worked with Kelly Cassazza as our coordinator and she was absolutely incredible! She was very professional, and made the entire process so easy. She also did a great job at keeping us (mainly me) calm the whole weekend.

We loved that this venue allows you to have your entire wedding experience on site! We had the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party, and morning after brunch all on the resort. The resort is also large enough that most of our events were in different locations, which we loved. Most of our guests also stayed on the resort and Woodloch offers transportation, which is extremely convenient. They also have catering, bar, staffing, and tables/chairs/linens/etc so we didn't have to work with a rental company for anything. We just brought the decor that we wanted to use, and they set everything up and broke it down.

Woodloch's spa is separate from the main resort, but I would HIGHLY recommend. I got a massage the day before my wedding, and as a stressed out bride, it was extremely needed. Getting a massage there included using the facilities an hour before and after my appointment, and it was seriously incredible. I recommend booking in advance as they book up quick.

All in all I would highly highly recommend this venue for a wedding. It was absolutely beautiful, everything ran perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are so happy we chose Woodloch for our venue, and we can't wait to bring our future kids on vacation to the resort since it's a family-friendly resort.

My family has been coming to woodloch for over 30 years so I had no doubt that my wedding day would be in good hands! The team at woodloch is top notch, and I didn’t worry at all. Everything from guest experience to accommodations, food and drinks were perfect. Cara, our venue coordinator, put in so much time to make sure we had everything we needed through the wedding process but also during our wedding weekend.

We had a dream wedding at Woodloch! Their staff are great. We mainly worked with Michelle during our preparation. She was always considerate, organized, and patient. She proactively checked in to make sure everything was on track, offered us a lot of practical advice, and addressed all my questions to the best. In particular, she was able to calm me down when I was in anxiety occasionally. The resort itself is also great. We had an intimate wedding so the ceremony was held at Woodloch Pines Lakeside and the reception was on the Woodloch Springs side. Both were beautiful, and the Lakeside especially provided the best backdrop for the ceremony. The food was great - a lot of our guests commented that it was among the top food they had at weddings. Some of our guests stayed at the Woodloch Springs vacation houses - rooms were new and clean, and the various amenities at the resort easily gave guests a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!

After being burned by our first wedding venue when we had to reschedule for the second time because of Covid, we were looking for a venue that treated us like people and not just $$. We were trying to find a venue in the Pocono Mountains area, and I had visited the spa at Woodloch a few years prior. We went to tour the property and Cara could not have been kinder. We talked to her about what happened at our old venue, how we lost money, and she was so accommodating and assured us if something happened with Covid that prevented us from having our wedding, they would work with us to ensure we wouldn't go through that same experience again.

Throughout the planning process, Cara could not have been more helpful. She was always responsive to emails and willing to get on the phone to talk things out if necessary. After waiting for 1300+ days, we were ready to have a fun-filled weekend with our family and friends, and she helped us plan every detail!

Having our wedding at Woodloch was so special, and once we arrived, we knew that we and our guests would all be taken care of. All guests stayed on property in houses, which was so fun! We hosted a catered welcome barbecue at one of the houses, and Woodloch worked with us to bring in catering and set up all the tables and chairs. Our guests enjoyed all of the amenities Woodloch had to offer too!

The staff at Woodloch could not have been nicer—everyone was so lovely and so organized. This place is seriously such a well-oiled machine!!

Once I got picked up for our first look, I felt like I could just relax because I knew the rest of the day would be taken care of—and it was. We got everything we wanted and more. The food was amazing as well, for all of our events!!

We can't wait to visit Woodloch again someday with friends and family. It really is such a special place!

I’ve been coming to Woodloch since I was a little girl and I always wanted a Woodloch Wedding. Woodloch made my dreams come through. Cara, the coordinator, was so helpful and incredible- she made my entire day run smoothly and was there for me 24/7 during the planning process to ensure I got everything I wanted for my special day. All my guests keep raving about the food and location saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!!!

Our coordinator Cara was absolutely amazing! We had everything we wanted. The venue is gorgeous!! Our ceremony on the lake was unreal. They were so accommodating and really made our day so special. We’ve been going to woodloch since I was little and this experience makes this place that much more special. Will be coming back to woodloch forever!

Our wedding at Woodloch was more than I could have ever asked for. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the whole experience was. The venue itself is breathtaking but the service provided was more than I could have ever expected. We were lucky enough to have Amanda as our coordinator and she was absolutely perfect through everything. She was so organized and responsive. She was by my husband and my side through everything beginning to end. I had no stress with planning my wedding because Amanda was there through it all.
The wedding itself was not just one night. We were able to plan a whole weekend experience for everyone. All of our guests traveled (the closest person was 1.5 hours away) and the guesthouses provided a great place for everyone to gather and be together. Our wedding started Friday with the wedding party having a go-cart competition which was a great way to start the weekend for us!! After that, we were able to all meet at the clubhouse and get together for a couple drinks. While at the clubhouse Friday night, the owner even came up to myself and my husband to introduce himself and thank us for being there. It really meant a lot to us that he would take that time for us. Saturday morning (the day of the wedding) everyone was able to go and do their own thing. People went golfing, horseback riding, hiking, or anything they could think of. At the wedding everyone was just blown away by the venue. The food was better than I could have ever imagined, and the cake was probably the best cake I've ever had at a wedding, and it came with ice cream!!!
I would highly recommend Woodloch to anyone that asks. My wedding was the best night of my life and I am so thankful to Amanda and the whole staff at Woodloch for making it a night I will always remember.

Amanda helped us to plan our wedding in less than 7 weeks. She was great with communication and very accommodating. She was able to make our visions come to life.

We found Woodloch via google search, and once we saw the Lakeview in the Fall with the changing of the leaves we knew that was one. Having a wedding coordinator like Amanda made the entire event effortless she is the best. She also provided us with their resident DJ Luis who combined with Jenny the Officiant, and Utopia Salon Cindy along with Micheal from House of Flowers they all worked seamlessly together. Woodloch exceeded our expectations in everything they did from start to finish. The food was amazing, and the events they have keep the guests entertained during your stay. We will definitely pass your info along, and see you again on our 1 year anniversary.

Recently had my wedding at the inn at woodloch and it was so beautiful from start to finish! My wedding coordinator was Cara and she was incredibly responsive and helpful! The pricing was very fair and the staff made my wedding day a fairy tale! I could not have asked for a better outcome! My Woodloch wedding was a dream come true! My family and friends are still talking about my wedding. Amanda our wedding coordinator went above and beyond my expectations! Woodloch is a dream wedding venue! I've been vacationing with my family at Woodloch for over 35 years and knew I wanted to have my wedding there when the day came. The exceptional service, warm hospitality from ALL the staff and the most beautiful grounds makes it the perfect spot for your special day. Cara and Amanda are the best wedding coordinators and are always professional, super friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating, and they do everything they can to make your day as perfect as can be. I couldn't have asked for a better overall expereince. Our guests were super impressed and still can't stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how much fun they had. If you are looking for the perfect package - Woodloch it is. And if you're looking for the perfect vacation spot, look no further. Once you go once, you'll be back!!!

As long time guests of Woodloch Pines resort, we knew our Woodloch wedding would be an amazing experience but I could not imagine how truly perfect it would be!
My family has been visiting Woodloch since the late 80s but my fiancé was only introduced to Woodloch when I suggested having our wedding there. After his first visit he was hooked! We met with Cara who is head of the Woodloch weddings team and she discussed all the possible wedding venues they have to offer.
From the first meeting to our weddings end, Cara was extremely helpful in all things Woodloch related. From vendors, food, drinks, decorations, hotel and house bookings, she helped plan EVERYTHING and anything possible. Since we were planing from Long Island and not always able to meet in person Cara was always prompt with emails and always accommodating.
Speaking of accommodating; Cara and the Woodloch team were able to accommodate every request we made. Here are a few that were included in our wedding weekend:
Block of tables at night club for Horse races, Go carts, family feud, shuttle services, canoe bar, multiple BBQs and so much more!!!
We can’t forget to mention the Woodloch hospitality. Anyone who has ever been to Woodloch knows that the Woodloch staff pride themselves on hospitality. But I can not explain what it felt like to be on the receiving end of this hospitality when you’re getting married at Woodloch! Every single staff member we encountered that weekend made our family and friends smile, laugh, and enjoy everything! Everyone was so excited for us as if they were getting married there (which we have come to learn that many staff members do get married at Woodloch :) which shows how wonderful it really is).
Housing: our guests stayed 2 or 3 nights in the Woodloch Springs Guest Homes. We pretty much took over The Springs and everyone was okay with that! We hosted 2 BBQs with music, dancing, s’mores and much more! This is where I need to thank Linda from catering. All I can say is WOW! Linda and her team were on top of all of our catering and BBQ needs! They set up early and stayed late to clean up after our crazy nights of partying.
Each Springs home is perfect for family and friends to spread out and enjoy their stay.
The venue: main room at the Inn. It was simply beautiful!! It was supposed to rain the day of our wedding but somehow the Woodloch magic pulled though and the sun was shining. We started our ceremony on the lawn then moved into the downstairs for cocktail hour. After everyone headed upstairs to the main dining room. Cara was on top of ever detail of the day and we were able to enjoy our time with friends and family without a worry in the world.
I could go on forever about how perfect our weekend was! My husband and I wanted a wedding that was a vacation for our family and friends. There’s nothing better then a family vacation with 170 of your favorites. Our guests enjoyed using ALL of Woodlochs facilities from the pool to the lake, go carts to water skiing. I’ve never seen so many adults enjoy a water slide! It was truly a dreamy weekend!

Our wedding at Woodloch was absolutely perfect. Cara was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered all our questions promptly. The food and service during the wedding couldn’t have been better. My husbands family has been going to Woodloch for years so we didn’t expect anything less. We had a “welcome BBQ” Friday night and the bonfire and s’mores along with sliders catered to the house Saturday after the wedding. All of those add-ons were all executed perfectly. The entire weekend was a dream come true and I am SO happy we chose Woodloch to have our special weekend.

My husband and I are so happy we made the decision to get married at Woodloch! We chose Woodloch based on reviews and put a deposit down before even visiting the venue, and we are so happy we did! We planned our wedding from Florida and Woodloch made it so easy and stress free to plan from out of town. Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was wonderful! She was so sweet and professional and accommodated all of our requests, even up to the last minute! With the help of Woodloch and Amanda, our wedding went perfectly and we had such a blast! Our guests have been telling us it’s the best wedding they have ever been to! It did not just feel like a wedding, it felt like a vacation! We cannot wait to go back to Woodloch for our anniversary! I decided to go with Woodloch because I wanted some one on my side during that process. I wanted the food, decorations, set up, take down, cake, everything taken care of so we could enjoy our day. We got that and more! Not only was our planner Amanda, the best person on the planet, they were so accommodating. Everything was perfect and although it rained last minute, they took care of everything. I would not have wanted to get married anywhere else!

My husband and I got married at Woodloch in June, 2019. To say it was the best day ever may sound cliché, but it truly was. Aside from the incredible job Woodloch did, our wedding weekend also happened to be the first weekend in months without rain. That’s simply because Woodloch is magical. Whether or not you are a guest at the resort or a guest at a wedding, you will always leave Woodloch feeling like you had THE BEST DAY EVER. It’s natural beauty and peacefulness makes you feel like you never want to leave. Having our ceremony down by the lakefront was breathtaking.
Our pictures almost look fake! We will forever cherish the memories we made on our special day and Woodloch will forever hold a special place in our hearts. ­



I’m originally from the Boston area and my husband’s family is from Long Island, so both families have very high expectations for weddings. With our budget, we knew we needed an affordable, yet stunning wedding venue that would meet ours and our family’s expectations. Woodloch allowed us to have a GLAMOROUS and PERFECT wedding here in northeastern PA, for an affordable price.



The staff was amazing! They worked so hard setting up the room exactly the way I asked. Cara and Amanda were the dream wedding team. Planning a large wedding can be extremely stressful, but Cara and Amanda were so willing and able to help solve all the problems that came up. They were so great that I rarely felt stressed. The day of our wedding was flawless. There were no issues (that I knew of) because we had the best wedding planners in the world. Not only are they extremely talented in what they do, but they are also wonderful people. Many of our guests raved about how kind and attentive they both were to everyone’s needs. After the planning is over you will wish they were your girl-friends so you could hang out all the time.



The food exceeded our expectations! The kitchen and waitstaff did a phenomenal job. I had many guests with diet restrictions and allergies and the staff made it a point to speak with those guests directly to make them feel safe with their meal choices. We still have friends and family telling us “the food at your wedding was the best food we’ve ever had at any wedding!”

That means a lot considering most of them are from big cities!



We owe a huge thank you to the bakery for not only making us a stunning wedding cake but making us TWO! The gold foil I purchased barely covered the cake and did not come out the way I wanted so the bakery baked an entirely new cake. The cake ended up being more beautiful than I had imagined or planned. We were so touched by their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond.



All of our guests that stayed in guest homes said they had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return one day. On top of it all, the bride and groom get to spend a night for free, which was a really nice touch.



We are so glad we made the decision to have our wedding at Woodloch and would not change one thing about our entire experience.

We were incredibly fortunate to have such nice weather for our wedding ceremony (outdoors, by the lake). Very photogenic location. My family and in-laws were very impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and how delicious the food was - overall, an excellent value.

We just got married on June 22nd 2019 at Woodloch. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was amazing. Amanda G, our wedding coordinator was phenomenal. Everything was exactly how we pictured it.

Our son was married June 15 in an outdoor ceremony at the Inn at Woodloch.
The wedding planner, Amanda, handled every detail and responded to every question and request quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently.

We also hosted a BBQ and bonfire with s’mores for the rehearsal dinner in the home at Woodloch Springs we were staying at and a post wedding breakfast in the Vista dining room at the golf club in Woodloch Springs.
All three events over the course of the weekend ran smoothly thanks to their professional, friendly, and accommodating staff.
The food was excellent and well received by all our guests and the settings were beautiful both indoors as well as outdoors.

Woodloch really worked with us to create the wedding weekend of our dreams. We had a dedicated coordinator assigned by the venue who helped to plan and manage our rehearsal, welcome party, the wedding day, and post-wedding brunch. Our guests all stayed in 2-5 bedroom homes near one another and had an absolute blast. It was like adult sleep away camp. Most even had a chance to do activities on the property the morning of our wedding making for an unforgettable weekend. There were very few blips the entire weekend and when any issue arose (no matter how big or small), the staff at Woodloch took care of it right away. Our guests also raved about the phenomenal service and food. If you are looking for a weekend destination wedding in the mountains, this venue is the right choice for you. And the price point may not be as steep as you'd expect for everything you are getting. Highly recommend.

The best possible thing that could of happened to me for our wedding was having Cara, the wedding planner. We planned an entire wedding in about 3 months. From the moment I met Cara she was cool, calm and collected and put me at ease. I didn't know where to start but she helped me the whole way through. Anytime I had a question she responded through email immediately. I had so many personal problems with this wedding but she helped anyway she could! Then came the big day and you got to see her really shine!! She made sure everything just ran like a well oiled machine. She was there for me for whatever I needed whether it be calming me down, getting whatever I wanted or making sure I was happy she handled it all. The biggest thing was when no one could remember how to bustle my dress. I was in a panic almost in tears in the locker room but in came Cara and she figured it out! Talk about saving the day, she saved my wedding day!!!! I honestly would of been lost without her!! She is a MAJOR asset to Woodloch and regardless of how beautiful the place is, how great the food is or how perfect my wedding was, I couldn't of seen that day being as amazing as it was if Cara was not a part of it!!

We loved working with the woodloch staff and our coordinator amanda was amazing and answered all the questions that we had for everything. Then even at the end of our wedding I had some guest take the woodloch wedding packet it was truly the most amazing day thanks to woodloch

Best wedding weekend ever thanks to Amanda!!

We could not be happier choosing Woodloch for our daughter's wedding. Every detail was top notch. All of the employees do their very best because they all live what they do! I would recommend Woodloch to any and everyone!!

My fiancé and I were Married at Woodloch September 2018. Our wedding night was one of the best nights of our lives and we have Woodloch and all of our vendors to thank for that! We decided to get married in a church and went to the Inn for our reception. We had 180 guests and it was the perfect fit. We used MCR productions and Michaels house of flowers for our decor and between them both our reception looked like something out of a dream. Our wedding. Coordinators did a perfect job of setting everything up, we didn’t have to worry about a thing!!! UUU band provided fantastic entertainment for my guests to dance the night away and Kindred souls photography captured every moment of the night. The Woodloch staff was outstanding. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the service! They couldn’t get over the fact that they didn’t have to go up to the bar to get a drink! We chose to have a sit down reception and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff even wrapped food up for us at the end of the night which was a nice treat seeing how it’s almost impossible to eat! We even got to have some of the flat breads from our late night flat bread station. Both of our families are from out of state so most of our guests traveled and stayed in the guest homes. Everyone raved about the accommodations and enjoyed their time on the resort. It was such a great feeling having everyone together and being able to hop from house to house to say hi. Jim and I were so excited we decided to get married at Woodloch, mainly for the memories it holds for me and my family. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the planning process, and the day of our wedding. The weekend was just perfect from the incredible house we rented at the Springs for our Welcome Party. We could not have planned a more perfect weekend.

We love vacationing in Woodloch so figured why not get married there. Being almost 3 hours away though was a bit nerve wracking but Amanda and her team made the process so smooth and made sure not only our wedding day but our whole weekend was a success. Our friends and family are still raving about what a great time it was. Thanks again to Amanda and all the staff at Woodloch!!!!

I loved my wedding at Woodloch! The venue was gorgeous, the food was excellent and the house party afterwards was a blast.

We had a day wedding, which is cheaper and is definitely worth considering if Woodloch is out of your budget. The best part about Woodloch is that there are many options for what to do after the wedding. If you stay over night at the houses you have the option to go to a dance party, you can put on a fire pit and s’mores or you can pay for bar games. We chose a fire pit and s’mores ($300) and had a house(s) party. So our reception was over at 4, and at 7:30 there was pizza and sandwiches and s’mores.

The guests stay at the Woodloch springs houses. Our guests were in a cul-de-sac and all faced each other. The price of the overnight stays vary based on when you chose your wedding date. We chose to get married in early May so the guests have to pay $157/night.

The people are fantastic to work with. My wedding planner was Amanda, who was amazing. She responded quickly to email and phone calls and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She was also very calm and reassuring. Leading up to the wedding, there are just a ton of things to keep track of and panic about and I can’t stress enough how having someone as detail oriented, fast to respond, professional as Amanda is to having a worry free wedding morning.

We chose to use the Woodloch lodge for hair and makeup and that was also incredibly easy and smooth. They have a fantastic team of hairstylists and makeup artists that come to the houses (super super early for a day wedding) and its incredibly easy to set up. I also had a trial run with Dani, and she could not be more professional, nice and great at her job.

We had a slight hiccup with the houses - I thought the newlywed couple got to stay in the lodge the night of their wedding. Instead, you get either a free room in the pines (hotel-like) or the springs (houses). We chose the springs, so we didn’t have to leave.

Words cannot describe how amazing my wedding was at Woodloch resort. I had an Indian wedding, BBQ, and an American/nondenominational wedding over 3 days. My then fiancé and I couldn't have picked a better venue for all our events! Everyone that we talked to at Woodloch was extremely friendly and very professional. My day of coordinator Amanda was THE BEST! I don't know how she put up with us and stayed sooooo sweet because we were very needy - we had tons of phone calls, emails, parents calling her, multiple site visits (including her taking us and family members to see the guest homes and our wedding locations). She always responded to us immediately - more or less within a couple of hours sometimes even minutes unless it was her day off. She is a HUGE asset to Woodloch and they are lucky to have her! Linda, who was responsible for setting up and serving/bartending during my BBQ - was also great! She worked so hard to make our BBQ perfect - even calling one of the Woodloch chefs to carve our roasted pig even without us requesting this!!!

As for the food at the reception - it was incredible! We did the buffet option and it was a hit with my guests. The cake which comes included was also so moist and delicious!

The guest homes was also a hit with all of our friends and family. My wedding was a reunion for the majority of people coming so they enjoyed staying in the same house and also being no more than a few minutes walk from everyone. A woodloch wedding is definitely so unique and fun. I'm so glad I choose this venue for my wedding!!

If you want a first class wedding for you and your friends/family that they will remember and talk about for years to come...you want to get married at Woodloch. I have been a guest at Woodloch for now 26 years and ever since I was little girl and saw my very first wedding there, I knew this was where I was going to get married. The beautiful scenery during any season is the best backdrop for pictures and for memories. We made a whole weekend of our destination wedding (as we live 7 hours from the resort and my husband's family is 9 hours). We kept our wedding guest busy with a welcome dinner and "That's Entertainment Game" at the resort, the wedding and after party, and then a farewell breakfast complete with Woodloch's famous crumbcake and Scandinavian pancakes. Our wedding guest turned it into a vacation of their own and enjoyed all the amenities of the resort. What's nice about having your wedding here too is that everything is included (cocktail hour, delicious dinner, open bar, tips, servers, wedding cake, basic linen, and ceremony set up and clean up). But what sets this place apart from any place you will look to get married at, is the staff. Cara and the whole wedding staff did an amazing job at accommodating all my request. Even though I was 7 hours away I never had to worry about something not being handled because Cara was right on top of everything and was so patient with all my questions and concerns. It was also amazing because as I am not from the area, they provided us with a list of suggested vendors that we selected from and I couldn't be happier with all of them. For the bridal party, the Lodge at Woodloch glam squad is all you need. They came right to our bridal house to do our hair and make-up and everyone loved their look! When people ask me about my wedding I always say I had my dream wedding, with my dream man, at my DREAM LOCATION. I highly highly recommend a wedding at Woodloch!!!

From start to finish, we had an EXCELLENT experience which absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food, the setting and the service were better than we could have imagined. Our lakeside ceremony was absolutely picture perfect. Cara, our wedding coordinator, was amazing to work with. From the early planning stages to the day-of, she paid attention to detail, responded quickly, and was so poised - she made our day completely stress-free. The accommodations for our guests were seamless. Many commented on how happy and impressed they were with the overall experience. I visited multiple times before getting married and the view by the lake is perfect for a wedding ceremony! My family and friends who joined us at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about the Woodloch, with both the venue itself and the staff. After getting married here, I would definitely recommend the Woodloch to anyone looking to get married and will be back up for many more visits with my new husband and family!

Woodloch was the perfect place to have our wedding! We got engaged and booked our wedding there within a month. The wedding was in 4 months! Our coordinator Amanda was amazing! I do not have enough great things to say about our Woodloch Wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Kaila, was fantastic! She was attentive and answered all of my questions. We had a small intimate wedding and Kaila helped with every detail. Even though it rained all day and we were unable to have our outside wedding, the indoor ceremony space was still a great fit. Our guests loved the food and said it was the best they've had. I chose to have hair and make-up done by the ladies of the Spa at Woodloch. They came to our rented houses the day of and made getting ready stress-free. I would recommend a Woodloch Wedding to anyone!

Woodloch is a fantastic venue for having a wedding weekend. From our wedding coordinator Cara's -- who was responsive and never forgot an item on our to-do list, to the Spa -- who had talented hair and make-up artists and made me feel so comfortable; to the Woodloch crew who set up our bonfires and tables for rehearsal dinner and after party...EVERYONE was nice. EVERYONE was helpful and it made our guests so comfortable. Many of them will be back on their own, I'm sure.

Woodloch was everything we could have imagined and more! Every detail and request we had was attentively taken care of with professionalism and care. Woodloch is an amazing place to get married! Our wedding corrdinator Amanda was so sweet, caring, and welcoming. She was outstanding and we couldn't have gotten through the wedding planning with out her! She helped us make our Disney fair tail wedding come true right here in PA! The resort is beautiful so much to do and the food is AMAZING! All home made nothing compares to their food and service! The pricing of their wedding are very reasonably priced! They offer a horse and carriage that is provided by another vender I would deffinatly do that we had it for our wedding and he did a great job and it's something my husband and I and all our guest will always remember! If your looking for a place with outstanding wedding corrdinator, beautiful resort, a fairy tail wedding with a beautiful lake in the background look no farther! O and amazing food! My guest's to this day still talk about our wedding alot say it's the best and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and they can't stop talking about the food and bar! There bar tenders are great and the service is outstanding! Once you get married there it will be like a second home you will want to keep going back to!

A Woodloch Springs wedding in January was the perfect choice for our daughter on her special day.

Woodloch was the absolute perfect venue for my autumn wedding. The staff is incredibly professional, resourceful and accommodating. Our wedding coordinator, Cara, was off the charts amazing. She listened to every request I had, whether big or small, and figured out a way to make it work. She responded to all my of my emails almost immediately and was always willing to work with me to ensure that my vision of the day was perfectly executed. Our ceremony was right on the beautiful lake and was a truly magical experience. The reception, which was held just up the hill from the ceremony was a blast. Many of my guests commented on how wonderful the waitstaff was and how delicious all of our food tasted. There are so many things you can do at Woodloch to make your wedding unique, all you have to do is ask! We had a weekend full of fabulous and elegant events that I know my guests will be talking about for many years to come. I could not have been happier with my wedding weekend at Woodloch - it is definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I booked a rather last minute elopement package. We had 10 guests including ourselves and the woodloch was perfect. They worked with us every step of the way and helped to guide us in the right direction. I would highly recommend a small wedding there, it's much less stressful.

Woodloch was my dream-come-true wedding. My husband and I are from New York but I've been to Woodloch many times during my childhood and knew there would be no better place for the perfect wedding. We got married on October 29th, with the fall foliage at its peak, with the most beautiful sunset behind us. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. None of it would have been possible without Cara, the most outstanding wedding coordinator anyone could ask for. Cara was there for us every single step of the way, and she never once missed a beat. Any question or concern we had was answered immediately. Having a destination wedding would be hard one would imagine, but not with Cara and the amazing staff at Woodloch. We met with Cara several times from choosing Woodloch as our venue to the months leading up to the wedding for our tasting, my trial, etc. She was so accommodating and helpful that we never once felt overwhelmed or confused. Woodloch has been a family tradition of mine since my childhood and choosing it as our wedding place was the best decision we made. I cannot say enough good things. Our guests were raving about our perfect wedding weekend from the moment they arrived. Cara helped us create a weekend timeline which was so much fun to gather all of our family and friends! We began with a welcome bonfire in front of our guest home on Friday, followed by the ceremony and reception on Saturday, and ending the perfect weekend with a beautiful farewell brunch on Sunday. Cara even came to say goodbye to us at the brunch. No place is more accommodating or more beautiful to get married than in the tucked-away serenity of the Pocono Mountains than Woodloch. We got married at the Inn at sunset right in front of the beautiful lake. There was not a cloud in the sky, just a sunny warm breeze and we were surrounded by our families and closest friends. Thank you again for giving us the most beautiful and memorable day of our lives. We can't wait to come back for our anniversary!

I just had my wedding at woodloch resort with Amanda as our wedding coordinator on 10/22 and I could not be happier with how our day turned out! Amanda was truly amazing throughout the whole process-- she responded to me in a timely manner and did absolutely everything to accommodate what I wanted! The reception could not have gone any better and she made our room and experience truly amazing! Amanda really went above and beyond-- while taking pictures and it was raining she provided the whole bridal party with umbrellas and when I hadn't had any opportunity to eat she brought me something from the kitchen! My husband and I would like to take a moment to thank your resort for our amazing wedding weekend. We were so impressed with your staff, especially with our wonderful experience with your wedding coordinator, Kaila Cruz. We had always heard good things about Woodloch Pines, and our experience planning our wedding confirmed it. At the initial tour, Kaila greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we entered the Inn. She showed us around the reception and ceremony site, and answered our numerous questions thoroughly and clearly. She even gave us a tour of the Woodloch Springs houses and property where our guests could stay for the wedding. By the end of the tour, my parents and then fiancé knew Woodloch was the place for our dream wedding.
Over the next 10 months, Kaila was available to answer any question big or small. She was prompt with replies and reassuring with explanations. Kaila took away much of the stress of planning long distance from Michigan. Kaila and Cara provided an excellent experience at the tasting. Karen Worzel provided us updates and information needed to ensure our housing arrangements made our guests comfortable. The stylist from The Lodge at Woodloch Springs, Tania, provided excellent hair and makeup services for our big day. At the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Kaila was calm and kept to our timeline perfectly. The after party and bonfire back at the Woodloch Springs was enjoyed by all our guests. We have received many compliments about the food, service and beauty of our ceremony/reception at Woodloch Pines Resort. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so memorable. Everything about my wedding at Woodloch was wonderful and I can't recommend it enough! My now husband and I both have Celiac disease and Woodloch went above and beyond to make sure everything was gluten free for us. They even found a gluten free bakery for our wedding cake and had gluten free graham crackers at our s'mores after party! Everyone at Woodloch was warm and so incredibly helpful. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Woodloch works hard to make your life easier!

Everything about my wedding at Woodloch was amazing. Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing in every way, from answering my insane amount of emails to dealing with our families the day of the wedding. We had a mix up with the shuttles the morning of the wedding and Amanda was so apologetic about it and gave us a complimentary bonfire and s'mores at the guest homes. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as possible thanks to Amanda and everyone at Woodloch that helped set everything up. This venue was awesome! They had no problems making last minute changes as I asked for them. As the bride, planning the wedding can be super stressful Amanda and her whole team did A fabulous job accommodating everything I asked for with no questions asked. During the reception we were waited on hand and foot. They did everything for us that they possibly could have. This included Amanda, the bar staff, wait staff, any woodloch staff. They even put all of our center pieces together! We just have them a sample and they did the rest! They made it as easy as they could have for us. We also got a complimentary room in the resort from them. Not to mention the beautiful location of this venue. :-D

Everyone at woodloch was very helpful. My daughters wedding was absolutely wonderful thanks to the woodloch staff, especially Amanda the wedding coordinator. The food was fantastic. I would highly recommend them or any function.

Having someone who can give you a list of what you need to remember to do is incredibly useful. My wedding planner was able to list off at least 20 things I had never even thought about. I felt at ease knowing all I had to do was present her with my information and she would take it from there. The day went off without a hitch and I couldn't be more thankful!

We want to do it all over again!! We had the best time and our family was blown again as always with Woodloch's charm and services. We decided to book a somewhat last minute wedding about 4 months ahead of time at Woodloch. We worked with Kaila whom we loved. She got back to us right away and was so helpful and a pleasure to email and speak to. We decided to do a very small wedding with just our immediate family booked hotel suites for everyone to enjoy the weekend. We did the ceremony outside in front of the tea dock and then had dinner and our meals in the separate Liberty room. Kaila had pointed out that it was quieter and we could hear our guests which would be better than having it in the main dining room. She couldn't have been more right, it was perfect and so great to speak to everyone without having to shout and it felt much more like a wedding. The fall foliage was amazing at Woodloch and gave our photographer a lot of different options. We decided to go with an occasion cake for our wedding of lemon cake with raspberry mousse filling, I would go back for this cake alone, it was amazing. Kaila dealt with my numerous emails, questions, etc. and the day went off great. She also gave us a vendor list which was very helpful! I wasn't too specific about how I wanted things to be and she really guided me along. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received and would highly recommend them. They can do amazingly big weddings but also a more intimate weddings like the one that we had.

My husband and I decided on a destination wedding in the Poconos but we're having a hard time finding a quality venue that would accommodate our intimate wedding without requiring the premiums of a larger wedding. We found Woodloch on Google and that's all she wrote.

From the moment I spoke to a wedding coordinator to the moment we were hitched, we had a phenomenal experience at Woodloch. Since we discovered Woodloch last fall we have been three times. It's such a friendly and welcoming place for families. All of the staff are more than accommodating and professional.

Our wedding coordinator, Kaila, was phenomenal. She was able to keep me on track and keep me calm even in the midst of it all. She was always more than willing to go above and beyond. She must've answered over 100 emails from me in 9 months. Each time she was as welcoming and friendly as the first. She assisted me with all of my requests and accommodations needed for our wedding. She even provided her expertise when I wasn't sure what should be done next.

One week before the wedding Kaila had a phone consult with me to verify that everything was good-to-go. On rehearsal day she kept things moving smoothly and informed me of everything I would need for the next day. On wedding day she was attentive, timely and kept everything running seamlessly.

Kaila and all of the staff at our reception were like family. They were such a huge reason why we had what seemed like a perfect wedding. The bakery did an outstanding job on the cake. The hors d'oeuvres were fresh. Everyone raved about the food. The bar was full service and all drinks served were excellent. The rehearsal dinner food we had catered was fabulous as well. The six bedroom house we rented far exceeded our expectations. The lunch platter we ordered for the bridal party was devoured and raved about all afternoon. The whole wedding was seamless and amazing.

Woodloch now has returning vacationers for LIFE!

I cannot say enough good things about Woodloch Resort and all the staff that helped for our wedding day. My husband and I currently live in Arizona so we knew planning a wedding from across the country was going to be difficult. However, Cara, our wedding planner, helped us with everything. She was so well organized, professional, patient, and prompt with emailing me back whenever I had a question or concern. On the day of my wedding I didn't have to do a thing. Cara took care of anything and everything for me without even thinking about it. Our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful day without any hiccups. Thank you to any Woodloch staff that helped make our day so special!

I had to schedule my wedding with a two month countdown and the girls at woodloch were there for me and gave me a beautiful wedding. Our wedding was the same if not better than a wedding that was planned for over a year.

If you want to have an incredibly amazing, beautiful, stress free, unique, semi (for us) destination wedding - Woodloch is the place. Any rave reviews you’ve read about this place are all true. It certainly lives up to all of the acclaim. I will begin with the best person ever - Cara. She is the lead wedding coordinator at Woodloch and is extremely talented. Cara is knowledgeable, patient, flexible, calming, kind, accommodating, and genuine. I was so grateful for her throughout the entire planning process. She answered my bazillion questions in a timely fashion, met with our families numerous times, kept detailed notes of our likes/dislikes, showed us the many set up options, took a special trip to the guest homes with us, hosted our taste testing like we were in her own home… and countless other things! She is so sharp - she remembered the little details I only mentioned once. She set up the decorations with such care - as if it was her own wedding. She was professional, focused, and calm throughout the rehearsal and the big event. Honestly, I feel this review doesn’t even do her justice. SHE made the wedding absolutely amazing. The entire Woodloch staff is just incredible. Karen, the accommodations specialist, was so helpful and easy going. Many of my guests had such nice things to say about her. She truly set the tone for the Woodloch experience. We visited numerous times before the wedding and were always treated with the utmost hospitality by all. When we mentioned we were getting married there, every staff member - the dining room staff, our waitress at The Grille, the lifeguards at the pool, the boat drivers, the check in staff - jumped with joy for us! Everyone there created such a festive, good feeling about our wedding and they didn’t even know who we were! During the weekend of the wedding, the staff took special care of us and our guests. Everything was executed perfectly and with ease.

Our wedding was at Woodloch less then 3 weeks ago. It was the greatest night of our lives. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was special. Even 6 months pregnant, she made it throughout the night and made sure everything was perfect. If we picked our heads up and needed something, she was there. If you are looking to have your special day at a great venue, Woodloch is the place!!!

Woodloch is amazing! For anyone looking for a very nice, as well as formal, location and venue while also having a "home" and comfort feeling, Woodloch will be perfect for you! All of the staff are welcoming and friendly, as well as very professional and responsive! Woodloch comes with a wedding planner to help coordinate all of the details for the day, which makes a huge difference and is one of the reasons why we chose Woodloch! The outside location for the ceremony is aboslutely beautiful - right in front of the lake! The venue and food (and cake) are fabulous! Such a great place for a wedding to join in celebration with family and friends! We look forward to actually being able to have fun at our wedding and be part of the party because of what Woodloch offers! Amazing venue!

We had an amazing time at our wedding! Cara was extremely helpful and made everything go very smoothly on our big day. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

We just recently had our wedding at Woodloch on March 7, 2015 and it was absolutely perfect! We worked with Amanda Gallo, who was very nice, responsive and VERY helpful with all of my millions of questions! Her and the other Woodloch staff were really great in making sure our day was perfect and everything was how we wanted it to be.

We had our ceremony indoors in front of the fireplace in their Mt. Laurel room. Then our reception was downstairs in the Lakeview room. The decorations looked amazing both in the ceremony & reception locations. We "upgraded" the ceremony chairs to have chair covers & bow sashes like the reception chairs and also "upgraded" the reception to have the chandelier. Both rooms looked absolutely amazing!

The food was wonderful. We chose the smorgasbord package, which had so many choices for our guests. And of course, we opted for a chocolate fountain that everyone loved!

Woodloch was awesome and they accommodated us wanting cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. We did two different flavors, with two different icing colors (one with white icing, one with purple icing). We had our own server for our table who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire time. The food and bar service was simply fantastic!

Overall, our day was perfect. Woodloch is a beautiful resort, inside and out. They have guest accommodations (the rooms are beautiful!) and fantastic amenities for children and adults. We highly recommend Woodloch to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding (or a nice vacation)!!! :)

Sooooo excited to have picked Woodloch resort for our upcoming wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous, the pictures online were gorgeous but honestly didn't do it justice. Cara has been an incredible help so far!

We chose Woodloch because of the picturesque lake view for the ceremony and we got that and much more on our wedding day. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the planning phase was very smooth thanks to the Woodloch wedding planner Cara Stokowski. Cara was responsive, thoughtful, cooperative, cheerful, and very kind. She made the whole process enjoyable and tried very hard to give us everything we wanted in a tight budget. We could not have asked for a better planner. Moreover, on the day of, the food was excellent, and the service staff were very pleasant and hard-working. If we were to marry (each other:) again, we would pick Woodloch in a breeze!

I sit back thinking of anything that may be negative regarding the planning process and the day of, and absolutely NOTHING comes to mind. Every moment of working with the team at Woodloch and especially Cara, as our wedding coordinator, was absolutely fantastic.

Every email and phone call was answered, regardless of the silliness or redundancy of the questions.

We planned our wedding to take place at the Inn at Woodloch Pines. The option for an outdoor ceremony was PERFECT, and we got incredibly lucky to have an unusually beautiful October day. The indoor option, was equally as fantastic and we wouldn't have been heartbroken if the weather turned out to be less than ideal.

Our cocktail hour was perfect, and Cara was able to help us make sure every guests preferences were met all while keeping the cost within budget.

The reception was done perfectly. Cara worked closely with our florist to make sure that the reception decor was exactly what we wanted. It was prefect, from beginning to end. We ended our night with a bonfire and s'mores for the guests who stayed at the guest homes. We luckily had our wedding party and guests in the same vicinity, making it easy to continue the party after the wedding.

Our guests were also then abel to enjoy the spa, lake, mini golf, 18-hole golf, go carts etc! They used the wedding as an excuse to make it a mini vacation. We are truly lucky to have found Woodloch.

The only down side, I wish we could do it again!!

I worked with Amanda Gallo at Woodloch Pines Resort. I got married on May 8th, 2015 and my wedding weekend was PERFECT! I loved working with Amanda, who made it very easy and relaxing on my wedding day. She was very responsive and caring in her emails and even made suggestions that helped make my wedding day extra special. Overall the staff at Woodloch was very helpful and accomodating. I got married on a Friday and had many events planned throughout the weekend after the wedding. The staff never stopped making sure my wedding guests had the most relaxing stay possible. I would highly recommend having a wedding at Woodloch Pines Resort and working with Amanda as your planner.

Cara is AWESOME! She is very patient, kind, helpful, and so sweet! My family has been coming to Woodloch for 42 years, it was the perfect place to get married! Everything you could ever want or need is right here!

Our wedding planner Cara made everything easy and smooth. Our out of town family members loved the venue and are thinking of taking a vacation to Woodloch next year.

Our wedding at the Woodloch was unbelievable. Cara went far out of our way to make the experience as easy as possible. The location was unbelievable. The staff was responsive. Cara even worked with the chef to make sure there were a number of delicious vegan options. We had a large wedding and a large wedding party, and everyone at the Woodloch worked hard to make sure our experience was perfect. 10/10, couldn't have asked for more.

We started our planning in 2013 with Connie Macleary and she really went above and beyond to ensure that there was nothing left unturned. The venue is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and Connie was simply wonderful. Connie was responsive, organized, and brought all my visions to reality. There wasn't a guest in the place who wasn't impressed with the whole event!
