The WLWC team did such an amazing job on my wedding day. From overseeing all the setup, to sending my parents home with extra cake, they handled everything!
Hiring a coordinator with WLWC will be the BEST decision you make and will save you lots of time and energy leading up to your wedding.
It felt so good to hand off all of my planning to a capable team that took care of the final details and wrapped it all together for me.
We are sooo grateful for this team! -

Booking with love wedding co was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made. Kerry is my hero. She was amazing and I’m so glad she was our coordinator. She has an infectious positive personality. Having her magically calmed my nerves and I trusted her. She executed everything I needed and perfectly. She took care of me, my decor, and everything annd annything else I needed. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so kind but she also gets the job done! -

WLWC Made Our Day Perfect!
I could not have done this day without the WLWC team! They made everything so seamless. It was so nice to just be able to focus on getting married while they took care of the rest. They set everything up for me while I got ready & had it all packed up within minutes of send off. Gracie was our lead planner & we got to have Addi there day of to help. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started wedding planning and knew we couldnt afford a wedding planner. My florist recommended with love wedding co for day of coordination. She said it was essential to hire someone like WLWC to ensure things run smoothly. SHE WAS RIGHT!! if you think you dont need this, YOU ABSOLUTELY DO. Addi (our coordinator) was insanely detail oriented and asked questions about things i had never even considered. She was so responsive and so on top of everything. My wedding was absolutely perfect. This service is worth every penny!! I will recommend WLWC to everyone! Truly one of the best vendors we hired. They did everything from our timeline and floor plan to turning on all 80 of our light up cowboy hats. They're the best! -

Ashlee was an integral part of our wedding. She stepped in just under a year in advance, and was a helpful guide through the planning process. As a day of coordinator, she and her assistant Kerry made the whole day the most enjoyable day possible. They swiftly and expertly make magic from the chaos they were handed (it was a backyard, self planned wedding, okay?!) We got nothing but smiles, laughs, easy chats, and mega support on those little decisions that catch up to you when planning your big day. Their presence at the wedding was not only helpful, but welcomed as they added a loving and pampering atmosphere for not only me, but my husband and both of our families. I can’t say enough good things!!! BOOK THEM!! -

Kerry was absolutely amazing and helped so much throughout the day. She made the day so much easier for me and allowed me to breath and enjoy the day. She was so kind and supportive and helpful all throughout the day. I loved working with them and would use them over and over again. -

I cannot even begin to express how amazing With Love Wedding Co. was on our wedding day and all of the weeks leading up to it. Emily and Gracie went above and beyond for our wedding details!!! Emily was extremely helpful and remembered every single detail that went into our wedding and she knew exactly what everyone was supposed to be doing, what time they should be there, what equipment to bring etc, I was not asked not even one question regarding details about the wedding on my wedding day and I was able to enjoy the day, my mom as well, completely stress free!!!!! As Emily and I discussed what was most important about the day my goal was to not feel stressed or have anyone in my family overwhelmed on our wedding day and she did exactly that. I seriously do not know what we would have done without her!!!! Both Emily and Gracie brought such a peaceful, kind and patient presence to our wedding day and it was an honor to have them there walking everyone through the steps of our day. Not only all of these things but they carried themselves with such grace and beauty and the love of the Lord. Their heart for others blew me away. I cannot thank them enough. We love you all so much thank you for all the hard work you put into our day and everything that you do!!!! We are so grateful!! -

WLWC made everything about wedding planning so easy! We hired them for 6 weeks out from the wedding, but I loved the updates and information that I received via email after we hired them up until the wedding. Once Emily's time started, we had planned & unplanned phone calls and texts. Each time, Emily was prepared and SO kind and such a problem solver. At the 6 week mark, we had a lot planned out but absolutely needed her for scheduling, reviewing contracts, communicating with all of the vendors, asking questions we didn't think of, sooo many things. I loved working with Emily & so did my MIL. We wish we were having a second wedding just to work with her again!! We spent a little extra on her to be at our rehearsal dinner & my MIL was so appreciative. Thank you!!! -

My husband and I were SO excited about getting married but know we needed someone to help us with all the wedding planning that came with it. I come from a large Latin family and Jake’s come from a more intimate Texas family background. I wanted to create a space where everyone felt welcome, loved and most of all motivated to get on the dance floor! Kerry helped us every step of the way, brought together a team that was truly incredible (and bilingual yay), and helped create the most beautiful day!! We truly couldn’t have imagined anything more picture perfect. Thank you Kerry and team for all the emails, calls, check ins and love! Your servant heart will always be appreciated!! -

Oh my goodness, our money was WELL spent! If you are considering hiring a coordinator, do it! Emily was the coordinator for our wedding and from the very first meeting to the last minute of the wedding, she was calm, collected, professional, organized, patient, and so incredibly kind! I definitely recommend WLWC to anyone considering it! -

Ashley helped us 6 weeks out and couldn't have arrived at a better time! Whoa... wedding planning is stressful and even when you think you have it all figured out, Ashley comes along and finds all the holes in your plans! haha Which is EXACTLY what I needed and this is why you hire the pros.
