Short notice
My wedding was very short notice and a very stressful moment with planning , Stephanie came and she relieved me from all the stress. From staying up late to make sure everything was in order and organized. You’d never know that this wedding was planned in 2 months. I had the best time of my life and I owe it all to With Love , Event services. No matter what event you are throwing leave it up to Stephanie and her team to make your visions become a reality. 😍

Amazing!!!!
I highly recommend With Love, Event Services. Stephanie have the best personality period. We are extremely happy with her services. She went above and beyond for our little girl when we had days to get a venue. She is very professional, available, and Flexible. She was willing to work with us on everything. If you have the option to choose your event Planner, hands down choose With Love Event Services. -

She was always a quick text or call away and she got everything down from just a basic explanation of what we wanted. I would recommend her to everyone and definitely use her again.

She exceeded our expectations with the decor! She is very creative and really brought our vision to life. For our arch the flowers were positioned perfectly! Very attentive to detail. -

Lisa Sent on 12/04/2025Stephane is a horrible wedding planner
Our experience with the event planner Stephane Dormeus was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend her services to anyone. The issues started a month before the wedding and continued all the way through our wedding day. Here are some of the things that she failed on.
The aisle runner was cheap and not secured, causing the groom and bridal party to trip.
The draped stage we were promised never happened.
She did not meet us when we arrived at the venue, as promised.
The backdrop was poor quality — cardboard and vinyl and we paid $800+ for it.
My bouquet contained dead flowers, which was heartbreaking.
The bartender had almost no liquor, and we found out through a venue staff member, not through our planner Stephane. Her bartender recommendation (Ashley- tipsy pouring) was terrible from the start. Do not hire her as your bartender.
We did not receive the special to-go plate we were promised.
The wedding did not feel coordinated at all — guests repeatedly asked us questions because nothing was directed or managed.
We were rarely checked on. She wasn’t there for us throughout the night and didn’t even see us out when we left.
As the wedding approached, communication from her declined drastically. We had to chase her for updates and kept learning new information just days before the wedding — including unexpected fees we were never told about.
My family was not served cake, which is basic reception coordination.
Instead of using her own team, she started recruiting our guests to help with tasks.
She was scattered, unavailable, and unreliable the entire day.
After being paid in full early on, she became passive-aggressive and acted as if she were doing us a favor, despite failing to deliver what we paid for.
Lastly, a few weeks after the wedding. we realized we hadn't heard from her with a follow up or anything. I ended up texting her and she EMAIL's us saying "As a business rooted in the love of Christ, we strive to operate in an atmosphere of mutual kindness and respect. After reflecting on the event, I recognize that the environment was not aligned with the spirit and values by which we serve. For this reason, I will be closing this chapter and will not be hosting a post-event consultation." This was her sorry excuse because she knows she failed us tremendously, she did not want to take accountability for her failure.
Our wedding day should have been smooth, joyful, and stress-free. Instead, we spent most of it confused, frustrated, and fixing problems that our planner was supposed to handle. Hiring her was one of our biggest regrets, and future couples deserve to know the truth.
