My husband and I truly had the best day of our lives.
We had a 90 person wedding, with half of the guests traveling from the US.
Everyone was so happy with the service of Palau. The servers were so attentive in every aspect.
When a cup was slightly empty, the servers would come over and refill without question. They made our tables and candles look beautiful. They even served hora loca supplies, shots and other drinks right to the dance floor.
The quality of the food was absolutely delicious - I got so many comments from my family saying it was the best wedding food due to temperature and taste. It was delicious.
There was rain which we did not plan for, servers came out with umbrellas for guests and helped us along the way.
Working with Dayana as our wedding coordinator made the whole day even better. Dayana helped with every small detail we would normally not think of. She really made our day so much special.
I can’t recommend the Wink Group enough — they are so professional and have so much experience. I wish we could do it all over again 🥰
Plus the view from the venue is the best of Medellin! -

Wink fue una empresa excepcional en todo el proceso de nuestro matrimonio. Desde la preparación hasta la ejecución, el servicio fue impecable. Son flexibles, comprometidos, respetuosos y profundamente profesionales. Mi matrimonio salió tal como lo soñamos: cada minuto fluyó a la perfección.
Pude disfrutar plenamente del día porque no tuve que preocuparme por los pequeños detalles; Wink se encargó de absolutamente todo. Mi única tarea fue vivir el momento. Manu, mi wedding planner, fue increíble: organizada, cuidadosa, dedicada y con un nivel de perfeccionismo que hizo toda la diferencia.
Sarita, mi decoradora, fue espectacular. Hace todo con un cariño, una sensibilidad y una paciencia que se sienten en cada detalle. Los chefs fueron increíbles; la comida no solo fue deliciosa, sino presentada de manera impecable. Los meseros, súper educados y atentos. Mi comercial, divina y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
Todo el equipo de Wink fue excepcional. Estamos profundamente agradecidos y muy felices con su trabajo. Super recomendados. -

Look no further than Wink if you're looking to plan the destination wedding of your dreams. I was skeptical and nervous at the start because not only did I not know a thing about wedding planning, I had the added challenge of coordinating everything from a different country. The team took care of it all, from helping us find the perfect venue to helping us coordinate travel and accommodations for our guests (including tours!!), they also went above and beyond in helping us build a vision. We didn't know what we wanted but together with the help of our wedding planner Manuela and our decorator, it all came together and turned into something we could have never imagined ourselves. Their guidance and patience is something that stood out and I can go on and on about.
As for the actual execution on the day of, as you can imagine not everything went to plan but Manuela and the team didn't miss a beat and handled it all. The attentiveness from everyone working the event and the delicious food was something our guests could not stop gushing about and it was well deserved! We feel so blessed to have had wink be a part of our big day and cannot recommend them any more! -

Our experience with Wink was absolutely wonderful. Their entire team was very involved from start to finish and were always available for any questions we had. Speaking Spanish was not necessary but honestly very helpful when communicating with them as my fiancée spoke no Spanish. They were also flexible and sent documents in English as well for both of us to understand clearly. On our actual wedding day we were treated like royalty and even had our own waiters that attended only to us the entire night. The staff were beyond exceptional to the point where many of our guests still refer to them by name and speak of how they made their night more enjoyable. All of our loved ones have said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. It truly was the wedding of our dreams at a price you can’t get elsewhere. We were able to have everything we wanted and stay within budget. Last but not least, the person that made it all come together smoothly……our wedding planner Manuela! For over a year, she answered every single silly question we asked and was available at a moments notice to help us. She was patient, attentive, understanding, and really looks out for what is in your best interest as a couple. I cannot rave about Manuela enough. We absolutely adore her and owe the best day of our lives to her. Thank you!!! -

La mejor empresa para tus bodas en Medellín! Gracias Wink por ser parte de nuestra boda perfecta: el servicio, comida, flexibilidad, ubicación (y vista de la ciudad) fueron claves. Lo más importante fue el factor humano porque la wedding planner nos acomoañó durante todo el proceso ayudándonos con absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. -

Trabajar con Manu Álvarez como nuestra WP fue una gran experiencia. Recomiendo revisar muy específicamente lo que se está contratando antes de llegar a algún acuerdo pues lo que puede sonar como calidad alta media pueda no serlo. Dejando eso de lado, todo salió muy bien, Andre nuestra decoradora, Diana nuestra mesera, y Manu fueron excepcionales. Lo viviríamos nuevamente con ellas. -

Nuestro día fue absolutamente mágico y mucho mejor de lo que jamás imaginé. El equipo se encargó de absolutamente todo con una organización impecable y un trato cálido y profesional, lo que me permitió disfrutar cada momento sin ninguna preocupación.
Estaba muy nerviosa porque llovió todo el día, pero Dayana estuvo pendiente del clima en todo momento y, gracias a su dedicación y atención, pudo cambiar la ceremonia al exterior justo antes de que comenzara. ¡Fue un detalle que hizo toda la diferencia y convirtió mi sueño en realidad!
Además, se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien en cada paso del proceso y cuidaron cada detalle para que todo saliera perfecto. Incluyeron absolutamente todo lo que yo quería y superaron por completo mis expectativas.
Estoy profundamente agradecida por el esfuerzo, la dedicación y el amor que pusieron en nuestro día. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra boda en Medellín algo perfecto, inolvidable y mejor de lo que siempre soñamos!
