  My son and his fiancé were married at the Windsor Mansion Inn in August. I cant say enough of how pleased we were with truly everything. Gayle, the manager/innkeeper was our contact person for the Rehearsal Dinner as she and her husband John run the Inn. Gayle was so warm and helpful. I liked her right away. She was very clear about everything and wanted to make it a great weekend for our family and friends. The Inn and the surrounding patio and garden areas were gorgeous and the views were stunning.   My son and his fiancé were married at the Windsor Mansion Inn in August. I cant say enough of how pleased we were with truly everything. Gayle, the manager/innkeeper was our contact person for the Rehearsal Dinner as she and her husband John run the Inn. Gayle was so warm and helpful. I liked her right away. She was very clear about everything and wanted to make it a great weekend for our family and friends. The Inn and the surrounding patio and garden areas were gorgeous and the views were stunning. We were extremely happy with the service and the beautiful surroundings. The Mansion itself is lovely with each guest room tastefully decorated with all of them a bit different than the next. I saw 5 different rooms and they were all charming, crisp and clean. We chose to have the Rehearsal Dinner party at the Inn as well as the wedding. We enjoyed excellent Salmon, Chicken and Lobster Ravioli. Because they are a B and B they don't handle wedding size crowds so the wedding was catered. But, they were able to easily handle our rehearsal dinner party of 28 guests for dinner . We had the entire Inn to ourselves as our guests were staying at the Inn. It is on top of a hill all by itself so it is entirely private. They had a bar available during non-wedding times and available for the after party as well. The wedding reception for 100 people was held on a huge tented trex deck adjoining the Inn and the beautiful patio. It was so convenient and accessible to everything. The bride scheduled a yoga session on the patio on the morning of the wedding as the sun came up. I can't say enough about the Windsor Mansion. Gayle and John were wonderful and felt like friends by the end. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue experience. It would be a great spot for a family or friend reunion since it has about 18 guest rooms. We found there was lots to do nearby.

  It's very hard to express how wonderful having my wedding at the Windsor Mansion Inn was. Gayle and Jon were fantastic to work with, very friendly, and treated my husband and I and our guests like family. The food provided by the Inn was fantastic (shout out to Chelsea!) the view from the Inn over Lake Runnemede was gorgeous (the pictures online truly do not do it justice) and the interior of the Inn along with the grounds were both charming and elegant. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!

  The Windsor Mansion Inn is a stunning Inn and wedding venue that is run by Gayle and her incredible team! Upon first visiting the Inn we knew it was the spot we wanted to get married...the grounds are stunning and the view, incredible. We had wedding party guest and family fill the Inn which is a wonderful experience having no one else you don't know around for such a special weekend.

  We cannot express strongly enough how WONDERFUL every aspect of our wedding was. From the earliest planning to the wrap-up, Gayle & her team were with us every step of the way. Gayle was always available by email & phone, responding quickly & clearly to all of our questions. We’ve never planned a wedding before, but Gayle is a pro! In fact, we decided to let our wedding planner go because Gayle & her team had everything so together, a planner wasn’t needed. If you get married here, you won’t need one! Gayle was always available by email & phone, responding quickly & clearly to all of our questions. We’ve never planned a wedding before, but Gayle is a pro! In fact, we decided to let our wedding planner go because Gayle & her team had everything so together, a planner wasn’t needed. If you get married here, you won’t need one! Gayle hosted us twice prior to our wedding in order to finalize details. She thought of things that we forgot to even consider. We especially want to give Gayle & John kudos for the incredible transformation of the grounds. The Inn was freshly painted & landscaped for our wedding, a stone fire pit was built for our guests to enjoy smores, and the garden...wow! As far as the eye can see and gorgeous beyond belief! If you haven’t been to the Windsor Mansion Inn in the past 6 months, you need to see it. The chandeliers in the Great Room, the restored hardwood floors, and the spectacular mountain views make this the most elegant wedding venue we could possibly imagine. We looked at venues all over the Upper Valley and knew from the moment we walked in and met Gayle that this was our place and these were our people. One the best aspects of the WMI also makes it unique as a wedding venue – it is entirely private. No one else stays at the Inn except for your guests. It is so private and lovely to spend time with all the special people in your life. Gayle and her team did everything in their power to make sure our day was the most amazing day ever. During the rehearsal, Gayle might have even shed a few tears because she loves weddings that much – and it shows! If you are lucky enough to snag a wedding date at the Windsor, you will be in for an incredible, amazing, wonderful, caring, joyful, personal experience. The WMI is the best wedding venue in the Upper Valley!
