Highly Recommend

I highly recommend working with Windows on Washington. Emily was phenomenal and made the process easy and seamless. Additionally, the space is gorgeous and so naturally beautiful. As weddings seem to be getting more and more expensive, this venue was a breath of fresh air - it was affordable and beautiful, but it didn't consume our entire budget. The 8th floor has the most gorgeous vautled ceilings, too!

Wedding Reception

Amazing experience. Natural beauty. The wedding reception of our dreams. We fell in love with the exposed brick and rustic bar that required minimal decoration to create an elegant wedding reception. As an out of state couple there was no challenge creating are dream space as Emily [event coordinator] was fantastic to work with and very accommodating with scheduling! Food including the late night snack and serving staff were amazing as we have received so many compliments on those details! We highly recommend this venue for so many reasons but most importantly this space brought to life our dream celebration that will forever hold a special place in our hearts - you will never regret this decision as we simply could not have been happier with every aspect of our experience and know you will too!

Best Wedding Experience

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! This was the perfect venue for both our ceremony and reception. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Working with Emily was such a delight, she is very timely, excellent at communication, and was able to answer our very many questions we had throughout the planning process. I would recommend this place a million times over, thank you for everything WOW!

For years I said "when I get married I want to have my reception at Windows On Washington!" Luckily my husband had the same thoughts in mind. The venue is a no brainer and matched our 1920s Modern Harlem Renaissance theme perfectly, the moment you walk in you're just in awe. The packages are all inclusive, includes a champagne greeting, a parking lot and shuttle for guests. Every chance we got to view our floor we did. Our guests fell in love with the space as well, the food, open bar, and the service was amazing!!! Our wedding reception was magical. Special shout out to Emily who answered every question we had and made the process as seamless as possible :-) We are already saying for our 10 year we'll be back !!

Would do it all over again! Perfect!

Everything was perfect!!!! I literally had zero worries about how the day/night was going to go. The food was amazing and we got so many compliments on the selections. The decor was perfect and easy to select what to use. They worked well with helping meet all of our requests. The staff was helpful and friendly. Emily did an amazing job helping us plan our big day! Would recommend 100 stars!

More than amazing!!

Stunning Venue!

We had our wedding and reception at this stunning venue! Emily and the WOW staff helped us every step of the way in the process of planning our wedding. They have tons of decor you can rent (park high makes it easy) and in different styles— we chose the gold & white decor that looked beautiful with our pink and black wedding party attire and other venue accessories. It was all absolutely perfect - glam and classy - exactly what we were going for. The views of STL city in the background and the arch were a perfect backdrop in our reception photos. The exposed brick and floor to ceiling windows added that STL city vibe. We had our wedding in the 7th floor. The open bar and lovely served dinner was perfect at this venue! We and Our guests loved both of the balconies as well -perfect photo spot with the city backdrop. We are so happy we chose this as our wedding venue. Everyone is so helpful there- Emily was always accommodating with all of our questions and was always responsive and easy to work with. We loved our wedding day!

Windows was PERFECT!

Windows was perfect from start to finish! They provided everything we needed on site so we didn’t have to look elsewhere for vendors. Their coordinated, Emily was so professional and was always there to answer any questions that we had! We would recommend Windows to anyone!

Seamless Experience

If you are looking for a venue that can handle your whole affair, food, decorations, set up, clean up, this is a great place. Absolutely beautiful! We received so many compliments about the service and how gorgeous everything was. Emily was so awesome to work with and helped us be as relaxed as possible for our Big Day. Classic, elegant, romantic wedding venue

Windows on Washington was not only the perfect venue for our wedding, but also one of the dreamiest places ever that left our guests literally WOW'ed. They came up to us all night raving about the space. I'll never forget how the string lights sparkled above the dance floor or how the exposed brick and long, stunning bar looked. Windows is classic, elegant, romantic, and I could not have imagined a more perfect backdrop for our December wedding.

Emily worked with us from booking our wedding 2 years out all the way until the big day. She was always there to answer our questions and offer suggestions for other vendors we may have needed along the way. Thank you for everything, Emily and WOW Team!

We loved our wedding at WOW!

We held our ceremony & reception at WOW in August 2021 - our wedding had been postponed twice and, when rescheduling for our third date, we decided to switch venues and we are so happy we did! We had our wedding on the 7th floor which was the perfect vibe and cost for us! Working with Emily was fantastic - she was so helpful and informative and very communicative! The food was amazing and we were so happy with the package options we had - we loved the way everything looked and flowed! We also attended one of their decor shows, which I highly recommend - it was so fun, provided great inspiration, and we got some discounts from it! If you are looking for a great venue for both ceremony & reception or even just reception, we highly recommend Windows on Washington!

The BEST venue!

Windows on Washington (WOW) was the easiest wedding decision we had to make. We visited many venues, but none compared to WOW. The stunning industrial look with exposed pipes and brick was everything we wanted, not to mention the stunning downtown views. The value is absolutely amazing with packages that include space, food, beverages, tables, chairs, linens, and decor. We were blown away by the staff. Emily, our Coordinator, was absolutely amazing and stayed during our event, even though she did not have to! We highly recommend WOW.

Would 100% Recommend

WOW was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Emily and all of the staff were professional, easy to get ahold of, and so helpful in making our vision come to life. The space is so beautiful, and we had the freedom to make it our own while still using lots of their in house decor - which made setting up and taking down much easier. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space!

Perfection

We had a few different coordinators leading up to our wedding, however they all were well informed and knowledgeable in regards for our details. Emily and her team were very professional and helped every step along the way. When my dress needed repairs, they even found me safety pins. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The new renovations added to the ambiance os the venue. It was truly a perfect night!

Wedding Reception

If you want to have a wedding reception in downtown St. Louis, you must go to Windows on Washington. Their packages options are wonderful, flexible and a great value for money (no hidden fees, multiple package options, taxes and tipping included in pricing and it is all shown upfront). The venue itself is gorgeous, we were on the 7th floor and it was perfect! The staff is the best around. From our coordinator to every single server, we and our guest were treated so well. I will always look back on our big day with such fond memories and Windows on Washington played a huge part in making that possible. I cannot day enough great things about this venue and company!

We hosted our daughter's wedding reception at WOW 6-9-18. The whole experience was perfect. Cece our planner, was a pleasure to work with and really made it fun. The food was great, the staff were very attentive and the room was beautiful. Windows on Washington is the perfect venue for any event!!

My husband Gary and I had an excellent experience with WOW! We worked with Jennifer and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff is awesome to work with. It has a great floor plan with plenty of space for a big wedding. The 8th floor was spectacular. We were thrilled with our experience with Windows on Washington for our wedding reception and received SO many compliments from our guests on the venue, the food...everything! Throughout the planning process, we worked with Jenn, who helped keep us on track. They clearly have a process and know what they are doing--Jenn was great about asking us questions on our preferences/options that we hadn't even considered! She was extremely organized and responsive to all our questions, especially in the home stretch when I know I definitely asked repetitive questions. So thankful for her patience and friendly attitude. We had one hiccup with an external vendor (chair rental) the week before the wedding. I was very displeased with the customer service of the rental company, and explained the issues to Jenn. I did not expect her to take care of the situation since it was an outside vendor, but she was so extremely helpful. She and the owner communicated directly with the outside vendor in the few days before our wedding and it was such a relief. I recognize and truly appreciate that they went above and beyond to not only ensure our vision for the reception came true, but also that I wasn't stressing about it. Regarding late night snacks, I wanted something specific that wasn't offered by WOW, but Jenn asked her manager and was able to coordinate and have a staff member pick it up for a small cost--my guests loved it and so did I! I also loved the champagne at the entrance, and the complimentary shuttle to the downtown hotels was so helpful for our out of town guests. My only regret is that I didn't take more time to finish my dinner--the food was delicious!!!

We had our wedding at WOW at the end of September and it was perfect. When we were looking for a reception venue, we needed a place that could accommodate a fairly large group (we had 220 guests and didn't want them to feel crowded) and needed somewhere that was handicap accessible as we had family in wheelchairs/walkers. We choose the 8th floor for its higher ceilings but all the floors are beautiful. We worked with Jennifer Cornwall in the months leading up to the wedding and she was so helpful and always very responsive to all our emails. We loved that WOW had everything in house from catering to decor, they even have a shuttle to some of the nearby hotels. The food was delicious and WOW was very flexible in accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. All our guest raved about the location. Definitely hit up the Decor Show for deals on decor and food.

We could not have asked for a better reception with Windows on Washington. We had the pleasure of having Cece as our coordinator and she was amazing! She was a great communicator and made the planning process totally worry-free and super easy. The night of our reception, everything was perfect. The decor was everything we imagined, the food was just as good as it was at the tasting (if not better!) and the service staff was so professional and friendly. We had Vincent as our Party Caption and he was wonderful! He was so helpful and sweet. We had so many compliments from guests on the venue. From the moment you begin planning to the very end of your event, everyone at Windows on Washington is friendly, professional and very helpful. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone and I hope I can go back someday!

It is a tough decision deciding where you want your wedding reception to be held. Windows on Washington turned out to be the perfect place for us! We absolutely loved it. They made planning a reception very painless, and assured there were as few hiccups as possible on the day of. The layout of the eighth floor turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Also, the service was fantastic! None of our guests ever had to wait long for food or a drink. We have received many compliments from our guests saying how beautiful our reception venue was. Overall, we give this place two thumbs up! If you are in need of a reception venue in downtown St. Louis, look no further! Windows friendly staff and reasonable prices make it a very easy decision!

We loved working with Windows on Washington. Jenn Cornwall was amazing- responsive, flexible, and worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible for all the decorative elements we wanted to do. We were planning an out of town wedding so she was great in scheduling our tasting and working with us to make sure all the planning could be done in one weekend. If you have the opportunity to attend the décor show, I highly suggest it. It gave us an opportunity to try different appetizers than what we had selected for our tasting and we ended up going with two appetizers from the décor show that were different than what we had originally planned for the tasting. It also gave us an opportunity to see the rooms set up so helped us envision our decoration plans. On the wedding day, everything worked out beautifully. The catering captain, Cory, was excellent. I felt very confident that everything would run smoothly. The venue looked beautiful when we walked in and everything had been set up perfectly! Our guests raved about the appetizers and said the meal was really good too. For appetizers, we had the crab rangoon, the bourbon shrimp, the pumpernickel cheese bites, and the toasted ravioli. For dinner we served the Italian salad, the beef kabobs and the salmon. One of my big concerns was that other events would be happening at the same time. This was not an issue in any way- in fact, I didn’t even notice there was another wedding happening. I was VERY pleased with my whole experience and would highly recommend having your wedding at WOW.

Our night was perfect. Using Windows on Washington was the right decision. They are very receptive and work with a majority of other vendors in the area. They spaced meetings and deadlines out to meet our needs. We had over a year to get ready for this day so sticking to deadlines and being flexible on when meetings could be set was huge for us. Windows on Washington has a lot of options and cool ways to personalize your event. Our coordinators (our original coordinator moved jobs and we picked up a second) were great. They did not skip a beat or miss any of our final details. The staff was pleasant and I had a hard time finding any complaints about the venue at all. Our guests loved the shuttle back to local hotels. The shuttle definitely made it easier to enjoy the night. We will recommend this event space to anyone who inquires about it. Thank you again!

Our reception was flawless!! First class party with professional and exceptional service- from the time we booked until we left the reception! Every staff- our details girl (Jennifer), our awesome party captain (Cory), and our hard working bartender, to the helpful and efficient waiters and waitresses- was hardworking, helpful, and beyond accommodating!! You only get married once. Or at least you hope to only get married once. Right away we fell in love with the space from the time we walked into the lobby. Jennifer was a fantastic coordinator and our party person Steve Jr. went above and beyond to make sure my day was a day to be remembered always. The food was great and I could eat those little appetizers forever. I recommend the smoked trout canapés ^.^

WOW! Literally from the moment I walked in to tour, I knew this was the place for our wedding!! The staff was so friendly... especially once we started working with Jenn. No question was a stupid question, and she was very responsive! The day of was PERFECT. everything was set up exactly how I wanted it and the food was amazing! Talk about service... every employee was there to wait on us hand and foot. I have never felt so special in my entire life. Well worth every single penny we spent!

Windows on Washington did a FANTASTIC job for our wedding!! We loved working with Dominique, who made everything fun and simple and took a lot of the stress off planning, because she was just so on top of things! She also seemed to be genuinely excited about our wedding, which helped make the planning feel more special. Our room (the sixth floor) was absolutely beautiful with all of the lit candles at the bar, on the table, at the windowsills and more! Our party captain and all of the bar tenders did an amazing job the night of - we had more than 220 people at the reception and the line at the bar was never long and everyone always seemed to have a drink in hand. We were also able to come in the day before to set up our decorations and wait until the next Tuesday to pick everything up - talk about convenient! I can't imagine a better place to have our wedding reception!

WOW helped to make our NYE Wedding a night to remember! Dominique and her staff worked very hard to make sure our every need was met. Dominique went above and beyond to cater to our specific ideas and was very fun to work with...making wedding planning significantly less stressful! We had a guest list at full capacity and the WOW staff were able to accommodate everyone comfortably while still carrying out every small detail according to plan. The night was perfect! I would highly recommend WOW as they provide an excellent staff, food, decor, unique reception venue, and go above and beyond to make your wedding vision a reality!

We moved our ceremony and reception 2.5 months before our wedding due to an unsatisfactory original location. I'm so glad we chose Windows on Washington! I immediately fell in love with the space, it was beautiful and perfect for our wishes. Hadley worked with us to stay in our budget and make the transition seamless, providing lots of information quickly and offering flexibility. The food was delicious! Service was wonderful. We were nervous about the location for some of our guests, but the shuttle service made all the difference. I would recommend WOW to anyone looking for a pretty, all-inclusive, friendly place to host a wedding!

WOW was the perfect reception space for our wedding. We worked with Hadley, and she was so easy to talk to, informative, and genuinely wanted you to get the best deal and have the best day you can with your budget. She was helpful and flexible when we had a lot fewer guests than anticipated and was very accommodating when we had last minute rsvps and switches. She answered all my emails and was very on top of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was great, food was served lightning fast, and our party captain fixed any problem he foresaw before anyone even showed up. WOW is amazing!

Everything about our experience with Dominique and Windows on Washington was wonderful! As the mother of the bride, I wanted my daughter to remember her day as nothing but spectacular. From the first meeting with Dominique, she felt more like a friend of Megan's than a wedding coordinator, and she walked us through each step, answering phone calls, emails, and really listening to Megan and what she wanted, and she and the staff made it happen! Dominique worked with us to make the extras we wanted affordable, and each time we met her, we felt more confident! She worked with us to accommodate some special needs, and the evening of the event, the party captain and the entire staff were perfect. The food was delicious (according to the guests - I was too busy enjoying my guests to eat much!), and when a special request I had made for dinner beverages was not being served, the staff didn't question me but took care of the situation immediately in a way that worked better than the original plan. The party captain also worked with a vendor who was unable to fulfill her commitment at the right time to set things up in a totally different way than she had been told to accommodate her needs without bothering me or my daughter - they just handled it! I highly recommend Dominique Graves and Windows on Washington for an amazing, seamless reception venue!

Dominique and the rest of the staff at Windows always treated us with the utmost respect and flexibility. We used a Bid on Stl auction for our wedding, but they treated us as if we had walked in and paid full price. The staff did everything we asked for and more. I cannot say enough to my friends and family how wonderful of an experience it was getting married and having our reception there. On top of how wonderful the staff are, the place is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone is pampered and treated professionally from the time they pull onto the parking lot until the moment they leave!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Windows on Washington and absolutely loved it! Dominique, our event coordinator, was so sweet and lovely to work with! We met up with her to get a tour and had a lot of fun chatting with her and seeing the different floors and options. Getting all the paperwork together was pretty straight forward, and they set us up with a payment plan to get everything paid off before the wedding. We had a lovely time tasting food and choosing wines. Dominique did an awesome job helping us figure out all the little details that go into a reception. I really liked the way they handled organizing the seating chart with boosters/high chairs and specialty meals. I can't say enough about how wonderful and fun it was to work with Dominique!

My husband and I still can't believe how amazing that day was. It seriously went over without a hitch! We had our ceremony elsewhere, so guests arrived at 6pm to champagne and h'ordeuvres. We didn't do many pictures at all with our bridal party, so they got there around 6:15 to enjoy the open bar and food. We arrived around 6:30 after some pictures downtown and I was famished, so my maid of honor asked a server for some food for the bride and groom and they gave her a whole tray! The Party Captain came over to make sure we had something to eat and introduce himself to us. He was extremely nice and professional. Right after we were announced and dinner and sat down, he came up to us to get us any drinks we wanted, as well as dropped off another tray of appetizers. We really appreciated how he took care of us, and our party captain went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

Dinner was lovely, everyone loved their food, and the night went over perfectly. My wedding day was the most fun I have ever had in my whole life! Many of my guests have contacted me after the fact to tell me how much fun they had and what a great space it was. I highly recommend Windows on Washington!

Highly recommended. Have been to many receptions here and knew I wanted to have my wedding celebration here! I love the feel, not stuffy like a ball room but an elegant loft feel (beautiful brick and wood). The building itself is so full of history. From the champagne my guest received as they came for cocktail hour to the wonder food, and the friendly service our night went smoothly! Our guests loved the open bar of course and the selection available.There is room for all your guests and a large space for dancing. I love that we did not have to worry about a thing the day of! They took care of everything.

I was so happy that we had our wedding at WOW! We got many compliments on the venue. When we started in the planning process with WOW we had Adela as our coordinator. When she left the company, Jodi took over. Jodi was amazing. I was worried about working with another person after working so closely with Adela, but Jodi never missed a beat. Her attention to detail is fantastic. The day of our rehearsal there wasn't an area set up for us as there was some miscommunication, but the WOW staff was very flexible and within minutes sent us to another floor to hold our rehearsal. The day of the wedding the staff was so attentive and was always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. Not only is WOW a beautiful venue, but the staff is awesome!

The Windows on Washington staff were extremely attentive to all the guests at my daughter’s reception. They were very flexible in some last minute changes that we requested. The food was very good and we received only compliments. The staff timed the meal very well and kept everything moving. The facility was setup so it looked beautiful. They helped make the reception all that my daughter desired.

My husband and I fell in love with windows the first time we saw it. The architecture of the building sets the tone. There was so much room for all if our guests, and everyone had a great time. Our wedding coordinator was amazing and ran everything so smoothly.

Windows on Washington was amazing to work with! My wedding was on the 6th floor, and Adela was our coordinator. She was extremely responsive, replying to my emails or phone calls within minutes, and being patient with me throughout the planning process! Windows on Washington worked within my budget and made the planning process easy and fun. The event itself was better than we had ever imagined! We had the 6th floor for our wedding reception and I couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect. Our party captain met us as we entered the floor and told us he would take care of everything and we didn't need to worry about anything and boy was he right. Our food was served so fast and no body was waiting to be served as they brought out everyone's plates at once which was really nice. Everyone was so professional and so polite it was amazing.

Everyone I have talked to that was at the wedding said it was the best wedding they had been too, which made me feel very happy. If I had to do it all over again I would still pick Windows on Washington for our reception site it was amazing. I will be telling everyone to pick Windows on Washington.

Colleen was our event planner and she was fantastic. She was very responsive to emails and calls and gave great advice along the way from menu selection, room set up to event time line, or any other random questions I had!
Our event captain for the evening was absolutely wonderful and made sure my family and I were taken care of. We had a lot of out of town guests and I'm still hearing compliments on how great the venue was. I have no complaints about Windows.

Windows ON Washington was incredible! I was thrilled with my experience from the first consultation to the last dance at the reception. Colleen was our contact there, and she was just a joy to work with. I prefer email communication, and she is on top of it! I always had a response within an hour. Their attention to detail with planning took a lot of the pressure off of me, and each detail was executed perfectly the day of. The food was fantastic, we got lots of compliments. The staff was very professional and attentive. The party captain was wonderful, even tracked down safety pins when my flower girl's strap of her dress broke. My aunt complimented that the waitress brought a small plate of diced up fruit to keep the kids busy before their dinner came out, and how thoughtful that was. Working with WOW was one of the best decisions we made, worth every penny!

Colleen was my planner and she did an AMAZING job! Every detail was perfect. She made the planning meetings feel like I was talking to my best friend. She truly cared about us as a couple. She always asked how we were doing and how was rest of the wedding plans were coming together. Yes, the shuttles did take some time to get back to the hotels, but they are FREE for the guests and they are not just for your wedding. It’s such a great service, and if people wanted a faster way to get back to their hotel they could of called a cab.

I HIGHLY recommend Windows On Washington and make sure you ask for Colleen Philips!

We worked with Jodi for a year while planning. While she was on maternity leave, all the other people there (Anna, Colleen) were VERY helpful! We were pleased with our wonderful food, the atmosphere, and the ease with with setting things up. We were able to set up our reception the Friday before since there was no event scheduled that night. We are still getting tons of compliments on our food, service staff, and great atmosphere. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out and it resulted in guests from all 3 weddings (each floor) waiting to get upstairs. But no one seemed to mind having plenty of glasses of complimentary champagne while waiting!

Windows on Washington was fantastic. They worked with us to get the best impact for our budget and were very accommodating for all our requests. The food was very good and we had a lot of compliments about how professional and attentive our servers were. WoW is in a great location downtown, which our guests enjoyed. The venue is really beautiful, too, and so are the views!

The day of the wedding, our party captain did a great job of keeping everything flowing smoothly and was great communicating with us. The only "con" was that. we heard from guests that the shuttle driver didn't know how to get to one of the hotels that was on their preferred hotels list. One item of note is that we had three different event planners in the course of our planning phase - but there was nearly no gap in communication from one to the next. Overall, WoW did a great job of making sure our event ran smoothly.

My go to person name was Mark and he was wonderful. He made sure I got the bang for my buck. The entire staff was very professional and made sure all of my needs were met. Mark made sure he responded to every email that I sent him and every request about the budget. The night of the reception the staff and head coordinator was wonderful as well. He made sure that things went according to my plan. The area was setup exactly how I wanted. The food tasted better then it did on the day we tested it. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would definitely have another party here again.

It was a great Reception! They were very attentive to whatever I needed/asked for. Everything went really smoothly. The shuttle to downtown hotels was very convenient and the guests appreciated it! I chose floor 6th because of the bar - it had lots of candles. The food was awesome! They had so many choices! You can really make your reception your own by choosing what plan you want and then you can add whatever you want to your plan. I loved it! Overall - awesome choice and awesome reception place!

WOW was just that WOW! Our reception was perfect! We got so many compliments on the reception and wedding as a whole. Everyone loved the balcony and the view in the North Room. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We got to have everything we wanted and it all fit perfectly into the room. Our guests loved the champaigne greeting at the door. No complaints about parking or shuttle service. Never felt pressured into getting anything extra. They were wonderful to work with. Always returned my emails and calls.

We did two half and half entrees and people loved the food. We chose half and half because it was more expensive if we gave guests the choice of an entree. It was cooked perfectly, served on time and delicious.
We also upgraded our bar service so that guests could enjoy greater quality of alcohol. It was a great decision and the service was excellent.

We were going for an urban, traditional, modern, chic feel and we totally got it, and the cool thing is that you could easily tailor the space to your color, theme, etc. We dealt with Joe and received top notch service. Everyone we met there was great, but Joe, in particular, WOWed us. ; ) He responded to phone calls and e-mail prompty and thoroughly. He was always super friendly and approachable. He worked with us to see that we had everything we needed and wanted. The room was gorgeous! We booked the 8th floor. It was so nice to have the entire floor (bathrooms too!) to ourselves. Couldn't have been happier!

I already knew it was a great venue from attending other events and they lived up to everything on our big day. Our guests really enjoyed our reception at WOW because of the great food and service and of course the beautiful room. My parents, my husband and I picked WOW for our reception because of all that and the fact that they give huge discounts for winter events (almost all wedding-related things are cheaper in the winter!) putting the nice venue with open bar and sit-down dinner within our price range. We worked with Nina and she was a great help in the planning process - they have it down to a science.

We booked with Windows on Washington as part of a deal we got on Bid on STL. Knowing that we were getting a deep discount compared to their normal booking fees I was a little nervous that we might get written off when it came to service but I was so happy to find that it wasn't true. I was a little nervous when Jodi went on maternity leave in the interval between when we booked and when our wedding was but she came back from maternity leave in February and hit the ground running. They delivered on everything they promised. We booked the 6th floor and the view of the City Museum and the city skyline was gorgeous. The food was really good, and it was difficult to choose which entree we liked more. Our vegetarian friends said the mushroom ravioli was good and I felt good knowing they were taken care of. They were also very accommodating of a food allergy we had. The champagne on arrival is such a nice touch that really sets the tone for the evening. I also appreciated that they were flexible in allowing last minute changes (within our pre-approved numbers) down to the day before the wedding. They kept the drinks flowing at the bar and everyone had a great time. The only thing I will say is that there is only one shuttle serving the whole building so you should be prepared to wait a little while if you're looking for a ride at the end of the night. We ended up just catching an Uber back to the hotel.

Gorgeous venue with delicious food and reliable and efficient staff!

We had such a great experience having our wedding at WOW, on the 7th floor! We had both our ceremony and the reception on the same floor, with about 200 guests attending. In the year that we worked with WOW staff leading up to the wedding, we did see a couple of personnel changes early on, but for the last several months we worked with Emily and she was fantastic! They worked with us to make sure we had planned out every detail and that we felt comfortable going in to the wedding day. We did have a few hiccups with the set up when we arrived an hour and a half before the ceremony (there were not enough chairs set up in the ceremony space), but we let the event captain know and he quickly fixed the problem. The staff was attentive to us throughout the entire evening, making sure we had everything we need. Plus, the space is absolutely beautiful! It's hard to envision what it will look like at night when you typically only visit during the day prior to the wedding, but it is darling. I highly suggest adding 3 sections of garden lights over the dance floor and head table - it just really adds to the glow of the room! Oh, and the food was SO GOOD! I had heard good reviews about it, but I was blown away when we did our food tasting, and if anything, the four cheese chicken entree we chose was even better the night of the wedding. Everyone talked about how good it was. I can't tell you how many people came up to me throughout the night and told me this was the most beautiful wedding venue they'd ever seen. We certainly loved it!

My husband and I had our reception on the 7th floor in October and were very pleased with the entire experience. Jenn, our event coordinator, was great — from the initial tour to the final walkthrough, our event was thoroughly planned. She was responded to emails and calls quickly and with helpful information. We attended an open house after signing the contract and were able to sample many of the appetizers and see options for decor set up which was very helpful.

WOW accommodated all of our decor requests, specialty meal needs, and their staff the night of the event worked efficiently and effectively. There were 2 other events in the building that night, but there was no issue with that.

WOW was a major part of making our entire wedding experience so very special. We would highly recommend WOW to anyone looking for an all-in-one event space — from the food to the finishing touches, it is definitely a great value for the price!

WOW, it has been over a month since our daughter's NYE wedding at Windows on Washington and we still are receiving the highest compliments from our guests, young and old! When a guest tells you that his teenage daughter's told him they want their weddings to be exactly like our daughter's and when grandma says she hasn't danced that much and stayed up that late in a long, long time.....then you know you hit a home run! Dominique was the ultimate wedding coordinator. We had a million questions but somehow she anticipated every one. Her and her staff accommodated our every need, and the service was prompt and flawless! As the mother of the bride, it was most comforting to know that I didn't have a worry in the world because Dominique had everything taken care of.....for us and our 400 guests! Thanks again Dominique and WOW!!!

The wedding reception was perfect. I loved that they took care of the drinks, food, cake cutting, and decorating. The only outside vendor we needed was a DJ. Everything went perfectly the day of. Beautiful spot. Perfect location.

The wedding coordinator (Jodi) was absolutely amazing. She is the reason I chose this venue. She made everything super simple for us and responded to all of our random questions promptly. I literally didn't have to hire a day of coordinator because she took control of everything and everyone. She had us planned and prepared for every 10 minutes of the reception-- which is super helpful and necessary. She went over and beyond to tweak things to our liking (food choices, decor, pricing). I highly recommend this venue. Great location, view, ambiance, and staff.

We had my daughter's reception at WOW. We had some confusion with the arrangements in the beginning but our coordinator, Dominique, made everything right. She was the key to having the reception my daughter wanted. The place was beautiful, the staff was very attentive, the food was great, and we would recommend them for future events.

This venue was beautiful and romantic. We had a wedding of over 300 and the facility accommodated wonderfully. The food was delicious and efficiently catered to our seated guests. The venue is very conscious of the historical building. We had a small issue with a vendor and they were not able to provide a service. Be concours of your vendors and insurance policies. Overall WOW created a wonderful venue, beautifully decorated, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Working with WOW was one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. They have the reception business down to a science; Everything was taken care of. While it is a little pricey, the extra costs were worth it because we had to do very few things ourselves. Also a big plus, they are very up-front about prices, and what we saw was what we got (there were no "hidden fees" that popped up during the planning process- tax and gratuity was included in our original quote).

We had our wedding reception there. They were very flexible with planning, letting us modify the bar set-up, set the room how we wanted, and honored our requests. The room looked beautiful that night and the service was excellent. The food was great too. Windows is a much better place to have a wedding reception then nearly everywhere else we looked. It provided an interesting venue (not a banquet hall), moderate pricing, an in-house kitchen (very important if something isn't right with the food), and flexibility to help us achieve the wedding reception we envisioned.

Windows on Washington made our "day of" such a breeze. We had our guests arrive before us for a cocktail hour, and when the wedding party arrived - our part planner, Corey, made sure everything was good to go (guests seated, party lined up, DJ coordinated with announcements). Definitely a no stress venue - they help plan and set up everything from the catering, bar, tables, and even the decor (though we did a lot of our own). I didn't live in St. Louis, so having their experience and personal hand on everything made my life so much easier.

Windows On Washington was FANTASTIC! They gave us a very generous discount because of the fact that the wedding was on a Friday, then maintained an unbelievable level of professionalism throughout our 10-month engagement. We ended up with three different reps, but had no problems whatsoever transitioning to each one. There were a couple of blips the night of the wedding, but they did everything they could to rectify each situation. I really did feel as if they truly wanted us to enjoy the event, so I was able to relax (finally). Would highly, highly recommend WOW. Gorgeous views, too!

The Perfect Venue

My husband and I had our wedding on December 30th, 2022. Windows on Washington made our wedding absolutely perfect! We had about 275 people and everything went off without a hitch. The staff was great, our planner, Emily, was super helpful in every aspect, and we have been receiving compliments on the delicious food and beautiful venue ever since. The elegant yet simple decor of the 7th floor was exactly what I pictured and I am so thankful we chose this venue!

Everything went better than expected!

We Booked Windows on Washington about a year and a half early.. I will say that they had some turnover which made me extremely nervous but my wedding was absolutely perfect! Rachel jumped in and took control a few months before the wedding and was there every step of the way. We had a little issue with our signature cocktail and she solved it within minutes! Our captain the day of was also amazing! I believe his name was Steve! The food was phenomenal and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it including the Hors d'oeuvre! The venue itself is beautiful. Very unique and great views! if I could do it all over again, I would 100% same place and same people!

Windows on Washington is a fantastic place for a wedding reception or ceremony. We got some great deals by bidding on a package and a package enhancement at an auction and by ordering our decor at their decor show. We worked with Dominique to plan our wedding and she was great. She is truly a professional with a good idea of what works and what doesn't. She was very accommodating, and gave great advice when asked! The wedding itself was BEAUTIFUL. All my guests were commenting on how beautiful the space looked, "elegant" was the word I heard most. We were on the 6th floor with the WOW candelabras and very few floral arrangements. We did a cocktail hour first with yummy passed appetizers, then a quick ceremony on a stage they set up (which was complimentary), while our guests were seated at their tables. Toasts, a blessing and dinner immediately followed the ceremony. The staff was great the whole night, making sure my husband and I were served immediately and telling us when it was time to cut the cake and packing up the leftover cake with our serving pieces. Our guests all reported loving the unconventional format. The only thing we were not completely pleased with was a timing communication issue. We found out only a couple weeks before the wedding (and only because we actively asked) that we would not be allowed in the space until noon the day of our wedding because an event was booked on our floor on Friday night. This timing meant we had to scramble to figure out who would set up our personalized decorations at the reception and ceremony space (WOW does the majority of the work, but will not handle picture frames, guestbooks, escort cards, etc.). Luckily we were able to find a family member to do this because a wedding planner would have cost thousands. We wish they would have told us about this timing issue when it came up rather than let us panic at the last minute. Overall, we recommend.

WoW was wonderful, very professional and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't allow you to bring in ANY outside food/drink... but I guess that's standard.

Wedding dates on non-Saturdays or in the off-season make GREAT catering prices.

The WOW Factor

Wedding date: September 2020 (Covid-19 wedding) Guest count: 60-70 What we cared most about for our reception: Great photos & an open bar. What we loved about WOW: -They take care of ALL the details for your reception:--food, bevs, linens, tableware, venue decorations, table décor, table numbers--EVERYTHING! Their selection for colors / themes is great. Neither my husband nor I prioritized these details, so skipping the a-la-carte shop & rent process was AWESOME. (If you have a very particular vision in mind for your décor, keep that in mind). -Location!: WOW is located in a great spot, is close to so many hotels, and has their late-night shuttle. -Customer service: We worked with Emily, who was 1) incredibly prompt in answering emails & helping us plan; 2) very transparent about pricing / feasibility 3) awesome at helping us make decisions and guiding us through some parts of the process. -WOW Factor: The building and its décor are fabulous. The ONLY "ehh" factor for us has to do with the fact that we held our wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we didn't feel that WOW was 100% committed to guest safety; while they mandated masks in the lobby, elevator, and non-reception parts of the venue, and while their staff were all masked, they didn't mandate that guests wear masks while dancing / congregating. Okay. That's fine. There are probably a lot of bridezillas who would push back against that. The thing that got me is that our ceremony venue asked for a list of guests names & phone numbers to have a proactive contact-tracing list available, which was zero hassle for us and a great move. WOW, on the other hand, seemed unfamiliar with the contact tracing process or the need to conduct contact tracing in the event that our reception caused COVID spread. When we asked our coordinator if we'd be notified if the staff at our event had tested positive after-the-fact, she responded along the lines of, "Umm, no, not really, if you got sick at a restaurant, would you call the restaurant and tell them?" If "got sick" is Covid and it ocurred in 2020, then, yes, I definitely would! The caveat to this point is that (hopefully) Covid-19 will not be thwarting safe social gatherings forever, so this comment is somewhat dated

My daughter was married 11-11-17 and the wedding reception was held at Windows on Washington. WOW is a great venue with views of the Arch. Jenn Cornwall and her team are fabulous -- easy to work with and very responsive; the food was delicious and our guests are still talking about the venue! During the year, WOW offers events for tasting and touring and those were really nice. It's hard to take it all in on wedding day, so the tastings and tour pre-wedding was a great way to build confidence that reception day would be all that you hoped for. The tasting a few weeks before the recepiton was also very well organized and helpful. The food was delicious! Overall experience was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the planning process. WOW has a certain way of doing things, so change is hard. We received some push back and/or additional charges to hang lights in a certain pattern or bring in specialty St Louis snacks. They weren't able to suspend the florals as we had planned. They are very strict about set up and take down and the rental companies added additional charges in order to accommodate them. I was a little disappointed when the crew started dismantling the room when the clock struck 12! With that being said, I would still choose WOW and I am still very happy and very pleased they were our venue.

I LOVED the location and everyone had an amazing time! The food and drinks were great! The only complaint I have is that we were able to decorate the day before, but not all of the extra tables I asked for were set up for us. The morning of my wedding a few of my bridesmaids went over to check on the room and the tables still weren't there. They had to demand a few tables and in the end not all of the ones I asked (guestbook table, etc) were there. Bummer...

-Great all inclusive packages including linens, place settings, centerpieces, table numbers. Which was great since I was an out of town bride.
-Includes a wedding coordinator and an reception captain for the night of which is quite the cost saver.
-Great rooms with high ceilings, open bricks, and unique bar set ups. A very unique venue in downtown St. Louis

We worked with Colleen at Windows on Washington, and she was great! Very helpful, patient and flexible! She really worked with us in selecting the foods we wanted, making sure everything in our contract was carried out, and allowing us to come in early to decorate the day before. All of the staff at WOW seemed very friendly. There was some confusion when the bridal party arrived as we were told to leave our belongings in the entrance of the building and that staff would bring them up. However, that never happened. That very minor thing though is nothing in comparison to how beautiful the venue is and how helpful the staff were in assisting us in the planning process and on the day of the event.

Our experience with this vendor was excellent - our reception was beautiful and I think our guests really enjoyed the open space for the reception. There was plenty of room for dinner and dancing. One of our favorite aspects of the space was that the space was not separated into different areas (i.e. the bar was in the same space as the dance floor) so all our guests were in the same area during the entire reception. We got excellent feedback from our guests on the food and service as well. Great venue!!

First off, wonderful venue for weddings. The hall can fit a wide range of guests, the layout was superb, the bar and the dance floor are huge. The patios/views are magnificent. It had everything we envisioned for our reception. The food choices are wonderful and the staff were quick with transitions. The pricing is higher than other places, but if you are wanting a traditional and functional venue for your reception, WOW is well worth the money. We worked with Hadley, she was excellent on customer service and timeliness, and flexible when it came to making choices. WOW worked with all of our vendors, and our vendors had no concerns because they are familiar with WOW.

There were two issues that came up during our reception. We were assigned a wedding coordinator, she introduced herself before everything began. We were supposed to have guest salads served as speeches were going on, but WOW and the DJ decided to wait until after speeches, which got dinner and dances started later than we had hoped. That was only a minor bump, but I felt bad for our hungry guests. The major bump was that the bar only had one bartender at times, and when we went to complain to the reception coordinator, she was nowhere to be found. Her presence was hardly felt for the duration of the reception, and then finally, my wife's Dad found her back in the kitchen. He had to bring it to her attention that there was a huge line and the bartender was getting overworked. I understand there are other weddings going on at WOW, but it seems like there could have been a few more bartenders, especially for the price you pay. There could be better leadership and communication from their reception coordinator, and it would be nice to meet him or her before the big day.

Overall, we were very happy with the way it went. Thank you WOW for providing the party we envisioned for our special day.

I loved the venue. It was such a beautiful spot and all of our guests loved it. The final product was great, but at times it was difficult to get a response. They went through some turnover while I was planning (I had 3 different coordinators during the process). However, everything worked out and I couldn't have been more happy. I would definitely recommend them.

WoW was fantastic and "catered" to our every need and wish. The room was beautiful and set up just how we wanted it and they adapted our package to meet our wants exactly.
My only critique is that they could have been a little more flexible with other vendors and services.
Overall, RAVE reviews for WoW and would definitely recommend this venue.

Beautiful space in a great location! Our guests loved the complimentary champagne as soon as they walked in, as well as the space overall. They advertize the 8th floor for about 250 people, easily fits 330 people dinner style. I was a little underwhelmed by the pre-wedding planning - make sure you spell out every detail in the contract because they tended to surprise me at the last minute with things i wasn't expecting - but as long as you are a savvy bride (unlike me), this is a wonderful space!

We received excellent service before the day. We worked with Joe who was wonderful and helpful at every turn. He was always very responsive to my emails, phone calls, etc. He was willing to meet with us to discuss any detail and was always more than kind and very professional.
However, the service we received on the day of our wedding just put a bad end to a great relationship. He was not there that day and the person we had for our "party captain" who was supposed to oversee the party was awful. She was just not an assertive type of personality and therefore did not get things done that needed to be done at the wedding. I had random waiters coming up to me asking me questions during the reception! The candles we paid 75 cents each for were blown out halfway through the night and the box of top shelf liquor I ordered as a surprise for my husband was gone before we even got to the party! We feel like we could have been a lot happier with the service that we received that day especially for the ridiculous price we paid!
