The venue of our dreams
We had our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The venue itself is breathtaking — with the willow trees, sparkling lake, and stunning indoor/outdoor setup.
The team was beyond professional and attentive. They responded to every email quickly and made sure we were well taken care of in the weeks leading up to the big day and throughout the wedding itself. They thought of every detail — even making sure my husband and I had food and drinks between photos so we didn’t miss out!
The food was incredible (and honestly, one of the biggest highlights for our guests). It’s clear that the quality and service you receive here are what you’re truly paying for — and it’s worth every penny.
Windows on the Water met our budget needs and exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend this venue enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable wedding day -

The pricing for our wedding was well worth the money a million times over . Colleen and Jim made it their business to see to it that everything was in order. And the personal assistant Annette, was outstanding she attended to our every need . And Wilber took care of all the Mechanics. This place was incredible. The Guests are still talking about our wedding.
The minute we seen Frogbridge we knew we found our place. From the time you walk into that hall and peer out of the windows. We were hooked just from that alone.

Jim and Colleen are fantastic! They really make things happen and are willing to be flexible in a way that lets you make the space your own. 000000/10. Me and my wife decided to book our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge when we went to visit it during a severe thunderstorm. What we saw that day gave us instant clarification on where we would be getting married. There happened to be a wedding that day and even with such poor weather, the staff turned the whole place into a fairytale wedding. If that’s worst case scenario, give me it everytime.
When it comes to the staff they were all so helpful, kind, and considerate. Jim and Colleen were especially incredible. Everytime we would visit, Jim would make us feel welcomed and like we were at home. He has such a big heart and has a real knack for this industry. Colleen was incredibly helpful from the second we booked. Every question we had (and there was a lot), she was there with a quick response and answer. She was even more wonderful on the actual wedding day making sure every little detail was to our liking and if not she would have done anything in her power to change it.
When it comes to the grounds, it is absolutely breath taking. From the fountain when you pull in, to the beautiful view of the water, all the way to our favorite part, where we got married. The willow tree was as advertised and made our ceremony stunning. Even the various locations for photos including this beautiful private section in the woods, made our photo gallery incredible and every time we want to relive that special day.
Overall, this is the place I would suggest to anyone looking to tie the knot. They are not in it for the money or publicity. They are simply in it for YOU. They helped make our day just as special as all of our friends and family did. The rest of the staff are just as helpful and nice as Jim and Colleen are. If you want a wedding that looks like it came off the big screen, book Windows on the Water at Frogbridge. -

Our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was absolutely magical, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience! From the moment we started planning, the staff, especially Colleen, Jim, and Josh, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Colleen was always there with a friendly face and answers to any question, no matter how big or small — her kindness and expertise truly put us at ease.
The service was exceptional throughout the entire day; the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making us feel special every step of the way. The venue itself is stunning — picturesque water views, elegant decor, and a beautiful setting that made our celebration unforgettable.
Thanks to the dedicated team and the breathtaking surroundings, our special day came together flawlessly. A true hidden gem, I adore this place. I had always wanted a whimsical, tent wedding and they absolutely delivered. The grounds are beautiful, the staff expertly runs the place with passion and enthusiasm. The food was amazing, our guests were raving about it all night. Colleen, Jim, and our Maître D Josh helped run our absolute perfect day, their team is prepared for anything. The tent has air conditioning if you need it and they have a very solid and efficient rain plan if it comes down to it. We couldn’t have picked a better place for us. -

So lucky to have found this venue!!
Truly a hidden gem!! From our very first tour, we knew we were in the BEST hands at WOTW Frogsbridge! Colleen and Jim are beyond organized, answered our million questions quickly and made us feel so celebrated. They thought of things before we even realized we needed it! The day of could not have run more smoothly, thanks to them! They handled any “issues” that came up without interrupting our day!! They set up everything perfectly, and had it all organized for us to pick up after the wedding weekend. And THE FOOD😍 actually still dreaming about it!! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious it all was and how many options there were! It was an absolutely perfect venue. -

A Dream Come True!
Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was the first wedding venue we looked at. Even though we did shop around, we knew the moment we stepped on the breathtaking grounds it was the place we wanted to say "I do." What brought us back was that they were upfront with pricing, had different ceremony locations (including backup plans for inclement weather!), and most importantly the service. Jim and Colleen took us through the entire planning process, answered every question along the way, and accommodated any special details we requested. Your wedding day can be overwhelming but there was always someone there to make sure we had everything we needed. Our bridal attendant, Annette, and Maitre d' Josh were incredible! Our day was perfect and it was not just because of the incredible weather, it was the incredible team at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge that made the day extraordinary!Windows on the Water at Frogbridge's reply:

Colleen, Jim, and the rest of the staff at Windows on the Water at FrogBridge were phenomenal. They were extremely attentive and kind and made our entire planning process so easy and enjoyable. The venue is beautifully maintained and it was a gorgeous place to have our special day. The food was absolutely delicious and was remarked upon by all of our guests. The venue is stunning and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect. We had multiple attendants making sure we were well taken care of from 9 AM to 11 PM on the wedding day. In the months leading up, I was encouraged to contact Colleen any time with any questions or concerns we had. On the day of, they handled all the responsibilities so we could enjoy our day and be in the moment. On top of all of that, the food is INCREDIBLE! We love WOTW Frogbridge!
From the start of wedding planning until the end, Colleen and Jim were the absolute best. They truly felt like family throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We had never been to a wedding before at Frogbridge before our own so we were a little apprehensive at first, however, we are so grateful we chose this venue! Our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was a total dream. Our ceremony under the willow tree, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour with the most beautiful view of the lake/fountain and tented reception looked absolutely stunning! The staff offered a welcome drink of champagne and infused water while entering our ceremony - a perfect addition to a hot sunny day. All of the displays during cocktail hour were incredible, especially the raw bar/seafood tower that our guests could not stop talking about! Everyone also won't stop raving about how delicious their dinners were.
The grounds offer SO many beautiful places to take photos, with the lake, beautiful trees and landscaping. All of the staff was incredible and so responsive before and during the wedding. I am extremely indecisive and they responded so well to all of my changes even last minute ones. Colleen, Jim, bridal attendants and all of the staff were not only on top of my husband and I the entire day to make sure we had everything we needed but also making sure my family were taken care of. Everything looked and went beyond my expectations and we could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding here. 1000/10 experience!Windows on the Water at Frogbridge's reply:

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge last month (May of 2024) and the team went above and beyond at the wedding. We wanted somewhere with natural beauty rather than somewhere over the top(with both indoor and outdoor spaces), lots of trees for shade, and great service and food. On our wedding day, WOTW Coordinator, Colleen, made everything so easy- from making sure staff was at our beck and call (my wedding party and immediate family were seriously blown away), making sure our decor was perfect, and organizing on the fly when it was officially raining for the whole day (we weren’t even disappointed when Colleen reassured us and proved to us that everything would be perfect). She was awesome and we loved working with her! not only did the staff cater to us, the bride and groom - but they really made everyone in our wedding party, our families, and friends feel like they were receiving the best service. Our friends and family raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. They loved sitting in the tent looking at the beautiful lake. We highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge in June of 2023 and it went above and beyond every expectation that we had. All the NJ wedding venues that we toured before Frogbridge (6 total) were either country clubs or over the top ballrooms, and we couldn’t find a place that felt right. I wanted somewhere with natural beauty (with both indoor and outdoor spaces,) not over the top (but definitely not inelegant,) and somewhere with amazing food. My only hesitation with booking Frogbridge was that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law got married there in 2017 (before I met my husband) and I felt like I should have ‘my own venue’ since that was ‘their place’. Looking back I realize that was silly and I’m thankful that my in-laws spoke so highly of WOTW @ Frogbridge and convinced me to check it out on my own.
In November 2021, I met with Jim who gave me a tour of the Frogbridge grounds and I immediately fell in love and knew that it was the place for me. It was classy with both indoor space (which was recently renovated!) and stunning outdoor space. It was family-run, and it was the same chef from my in-laws wedding who I had heard about from my husband and in-laws for years about how amazing the food was. When I reached out a few days later to book, I didn’t have to beg for a date two years out like a lot of venues still backed up from Covid were making couples do, and when I had a problem with my church not confirming my ceremony date, they assured me that they would do whatever they could to secure a date that worked for us if we needed to change our original one. One of the things I loved was that all pricing was visible ONLINE. So many venues require you to meet in person so they can go over pricing for dates. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, are all different prices but they are all listed directly on their website so you know exactly how much you will be paying, before you even take a tour. (Tax is included in that price so you’re not doing unnecessary math like some of these other venues require you to do.) Everything was upfront and honest. We also loved that we were in charge of supplying our own alcohol. We could pick exactly what we wanted and Frogbridge worked with a local vendor who helped us pick what we needed, took care of the delivery a few days prior, and returned all unopened cans/bottles after our wedding so we were only charged for what was used.
Wedding planning can be stressful but our WOTW Coordinator, Danielle, made everything so easy- from introducing us to vendors, to helping us pick our decor, and organizing and helping us with every single question we had. She was awesome and we loved working with her!
On our reception day, not only did the staff cater to us, the bride and groom - but they really made everyone in our wedding party, our families, and friends feel like they were receiving 5-star treatment. My family and friends still tell us how amazing the food was and how they loved sitting outside looking at the beautiful lake. I genuinely hope that one day one of my family members or friends gets married there so I can experience it all over again as a guest.
There were only a few minor complaints that we heard from our guests after the wedding. The valets were getting some cars mixed up. (When we heard it, we thought it was funny and definitely not the end of the world.) There was a mushroom ravioli vegetarian option on our sit-down dinner menu, but people who ordered that were not told that that was a misprint, and were brought a meal of grilled cauliflower and some other vegetables, so a few of our guests were bummed. A desk that I had brought in to put some decor on had gone missing. (WOTW offered to replace it, which was greatly appreciated.) Air conditioning in the tent was an extra charge, but we needed it for sure during our 90 degree weather day. (I wish it had just been included in the overall price, but again, not a huge deal. And it was explained from the beginning that it would be an additional charge to turn on, so in no way was I blindsided.) Please note that I would still pick this venue a million times over and that I only included these cons to be as transparent and honest in my review as possible.
Our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was exceptional and truly one of the greatest days of our lives. Everything and everyone was so incredible throughout the entire process and we can’t recommend this venue enough! -

We got married at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge on 9/9/23 and there are not enough words to highlight how truly wonderful this venue is! When my husband and I started looking, we knew we wanted something unique and not a ballroom. From the first time we saw it, it checked off every box and then some. The grounds are STUNNING and we really liked the different spaces for each event of the night (ceremony/cocktail hour/reception). Jim & Danielle made the entire planning process easy. They were always reachable and so accommodating! As bride, you always worry about rain, and of course it rained most of our day. But the WOTW team really came through with back up plans to make sure we had everything we needed and were able to get all the photos we wanted despite the rain. We left the rain plan for the ceremony up to them and our vendors and at the last minute made the decision we could have the ceremony outside and made all the adjustments (drying chairs, moving the arch etc) which we were so grateful for! The whole evening was absolutely AMAZING! They have a ton of staff and everything went perfect. Jim was there for the evening and kept checking in with us and our parents. He genuinely wants you to be able to enjoy your wedding night and it really shows. We always felt taken care of and our guests expressed they did as well! The food was spectacular and everyone raved about it. From cocktail hour, to dinner to dessert, it was all amazing. Amazing! 10/10
Danielle, Jim and the entire staff at Windows on the water FB outdid themselves! You can feel they genuinely care about you and your guest and prioritize every little detail! As busy as you are they helped you remain calm, cool and collective. Everything went so smooth, and EVERYTHING was beautiful. Jim kept taking the time to make sure me and my husband ate throughout the night. The food was amazing and over the top, everyone raved about it the whole time! We kept receiving compliments about the venue and how they have never been to a wedding with such an amazing set up and view. 10/10!!! -

The most AMAZING wedding venue

Dream venue
When shopping for a venue Windows on the Water really stuck out. From the moment we had our first tour to the day after our wedding the team was incredible.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier we landed on this amazing venue for our wedding! Not only are the views and various locations on the grounds picturesque but it’s staffed by some of the nicest and hardest working folks around. Jim, Danielle, and the whole team at Frogbridge were amazing to work with. They helped us figure out the best spot for our nuptials actually trying something new for the venue that we loved! Day of service was impeccable, the place was full of some of the most professional staff I’ve seen work a venue that large. The food was also AMAZING, so fresh and well seasoned. All of our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the service and food were.

I seriously cannot rave enough about Windows on the Water Frogbridge. It was truly the most perfect place to have my wedding and they really helped make it a dream come true. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way time and time again to make the day special for us. When I arrived the day of, I was worried about where the ceremony site was set up, so they drove me out there to double check without a moments hesitation (it was perfect). The owner, Jim, is so welcoming and the bridal attendant, Colleen, was always right there to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, from cocktail hour all the way to dessert. And they offer so many options, we felt there was plenty for everybody to enjoy. And, of course, the venue itself! It’s gorgeous with so many scenic places for photos. Every one of our guests raved about how beautiful and unique the set up was and kept asking how we found it. With the lounge furniture out on the patio overlooking the lake, guests could get up and mingle and enjoy the night, without being stuck at their table. If you’re not into a traditional ballroom or the rustic barn look, Windows is the perfect place. The tent is really breathtaking, both during the day and all lit up at night, and also has AC! One of the main reasons we chose Windows was because their indoor ceremony set up was just as beautiful as the outdoor one, and I knew the pictures would still be perfect even if it rained on our day. Every single time my husband and I visited, I was struck by how beautiful Windows is and how kind the people who work there are. Seriously, the only downside is that I don’t get to visit anymore! -

I don’t even know where to start! Everything was so amazing! Having our “I Do Part Two” at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was the BEST decision we could have made. Due to the pandemic we couldn’t get married at our original venue in Philly, so on our original wedding day, we got married in my in-law’s backyard. We were looking forward to having our wedding celebration at the original venue in 2021, but our original venue cut off contact with us and we lost a lot of money. BUT one day we stumbled upon this beautiful gem known as Windows on the Water at Frogbridge and Scott and his team saved the day! We knew we wanted to have an outdoor wedding because we weren’t sure how restrictions would change for indoor venues. When we first toured Windows on the Water, we fell in love!! We knew WOTW was the place we should have chosen from the beginning. The grounds are absolutely stunning! There are many options as to where you can have your ceremony. Even the tent with the chandeliers was so beautiful. The bridal suite had lots of room and my husband and the groomsmen had a huge room to get ready in! The staff are the sweetest, hardest working people we’ve met! Scott acted as a wedding planner and helped me to get all my vendors, decor, details, etc. organized! Scott, Danielle, Nicole, Ashley, and Mr. Jim went out of their way to make sure the wedding was exactly what we dreamed! They really felt like family to us! And the food!!! The food is soooo good, I wish they had a separate restaurant with their recipes (and chef)! On the day of the celebration, Ashley and the team were so attentive and kept the day flowing so smoothly! Ashley packed up all my things for me at the end of the day! My dad was supposed to pull the truck around to the entrance so that we could load the stuff up, but he got stuck talking to some guests. Ashley went out of her way and wheeled my stuff over to my dads truck for us! We are so thankful to each and everyone at WOTW at Frogbridge for all your help and for every little detail! The day felt like a fairytale, it was everything we dreamt it’d be! Our guests are still talking about it. A lot of them mention how they thought cocktail hour was the main dinner since there was so much food! They were so surprised at the reception haha! If you are a future bride or groom looking to have an outdoor wedding, at least do yourself a favor and tour WOTW. Once you do, you’ll fall in love. I just feel so thankful that we were able to have such a wonderful celebration in such a beautiful place. The whole day was just SO perfect. Booking Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was by the far the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. We knew the second we walked into the beautiful tent that this would be where we get married, and two years later (thanks Covid), the day was everything we dreamed.
Scott and his team were the most supportive team I could have imagined and made you feel like family the second you walk in.
When we had to postpone due to COVID, Scott was on the phone with us everyday helping us make the best decision, all while being flexible and compassionate.
The wedding was flawless and beautiful - just as we imagined. If you're a couple looking for something unique and classy without being a typical reception-hall, this is the venue for you!
The staff, bridal attendants and maî·tre d catered to our every need. I felt sick halfway through the reception and I was immediately met with concern and glasses of water and juice.
and the FOOD! Simply the best. So many delicious options.
For anyone looking for a personal experience in a beautiful location, I would recommend them 10/10 times! Our guests are still raving about the lake and the food and asking how we found this "hidden gem." Thank you, WoW crew! -

Perfection
We visited Windows on the Water at Frogbridge after postponing our wedding date 3x due to Covid-19 restrictions on indoor venues. The moment we stepped onto the property, we felt this overwhelming feeling that this was the place that we were supposed to be married all along. Scott, Danielle, Nicole and team felt like family from the very beginning - and we somehow pulled off a beautiful wedding in less than 5 weeks. The night felt like a dream, and guests have not stopped raving about how fantastic the food was. This venue is top notch, and the grounds are so beautiful. 10/10! -

A dream venue
I envisioned my wedding when I was a little girl. I'm very detailed oriented and I knew exactly what I wanted when we started looking for a wedding venue. As I'm sure many people experienced, costumer service when visiting venues is very poor. We felt like a business transaction.
EVERYTHING changed when we visited Windows on the water at frogbridge. We were told that same day that we would become part of the family and that has been true since day one. I cannot express enough how important it is to have a good team working with you. Wedding planning is stressful (especially during a pandemic) and the staff has acted as my personal planners, being on top of everything.
I have called Scott at random times during the weekends and he never failed to answer my phone calls. He assumed me throughout the process that everything would be taken care of. He understood everything that I wanted and somehow made it even better. It has been an honor to work with such a wonderful person.
I also worked with Nicole who is just so wonderful!! She was on top of everything detail and followed me around on the wedding day to make sure everything was just perfect.
I had guests text me over the over the top service from every single staff member. They made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable while providing outstanding service.
If you want amazing wedding pictures, the grounds at the venue are just spectacular. We were on site since the morning getting ready and it was just such a unique experience. We chose to have our ceremony there since it is such a romantic place.
I cannot say enough about the food. You will want to be the chefs best friend... just like everyone else, he will make you feel at home. He checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were happy. The food is EXCELLENT. Guests are still talking about it.
The reception space is just a dream. I booked the venue before even seeing the tent in person. I always wanted a tented wedding, but you honestly can convert the space into any style you want because the tent is just incredibly beautiful. Yet again, everyone who attended was in awe with how beautiful everything was. Sitting on the sweetheart table by the lake... with guests in the patio...and the amazing lighting throughout is truly amazing.
I wish I could do it all over again. Windows on the water at frogbridge truly gave me the wedding of my dreams... and I know they will continue to provide excellent service to every future bride. -

We can’t say enough good things about this venue! When we first started looking at venues, we knew we wanted an outdoor tented venue and WOTW provided everything we were looking for plus more. We saw a lot of other outdoor tented venues and they didn’t compare to WOTW in regards to the quality and price range. As soon as we met Scott, we instantly felt like we were in good hands and we were right. Given the current circumstances with the pandemic, Scott was there to assist, provide feedback, and walk us through every step of the way. He was extremely professional, helpful, and compassionate throughout this whole process. He even helped guide us to move our wedding back a month due to the pandemic which ended up being the best decision we could have made. Nicole was amazing as well as she helped me with all the little details to ensure my vision for the big day was exactly how I imagined. She also was on top of everything the day of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry. Scott, Nicole, and the rest of the crew at WOTW went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day and we can’t thank them enough. A lot of people we know had to limit their wedding guest list to 50 or so people and we didn’t want to be limited. Due to the unique outdoor setting this venue provides, we were able to have 160+ people at our wedding and still provide a safe environment for our guests. Not only is the venue and grounds beautiful, but the food at the venue is outstanding. Our family and friends still can’t stop talking about how amazing all the food options were. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out and we can’t thank WOTW enough for helping us have the best day of our lives! -

I had an amazing wedding at Windows on the water at frogbridge! The place is beautiful with a gorgeous, natural backdrop. The staff was amazing! They were professional, accommodating and absolutely a delight to deal with! Nicole and Scott were absolutely amazing from anticipating our needs the day of to managing and organizing dates for us prior to our big day. Incredible, tasty food made by an amazing chef! My husband and I are beyond grateful we chose this venue! -

Take it from my guests: “This was the best wedding we’ve ever been to!” We heard that from so many people, and since our wedding took place during a pandemic, we think their words really speak volumes about how special this venue is. We found WotW after our original venue cancelled on us a few months out from our wedding and we still look at that cancellation as our biggest blessing in disguise because it brought us to this place!
Scott, Nicole, and Ashley are a true dream team. Scott is classy, professional, and will really help you relax in the days and weeks leading up to your event. He’s got it all under control! Nicole is an outstanding addition. She supported me with all the big and little details leading up to the big day, and set up all the décor exactly the way we discussed, making my pinterest board come to life! Ashley is the cherry on top. She helped us coordinate the ceremony walk, problem solve the timeline, and all the other little things you’d never think of yourself. Overall, the three of them went above and beyond every step along the way to make our dreams a reality (and with such short notice!). I will say that because of covid, we kept things much smaller and simpler than they're used to as a venue, and we really appreciated their flexibility in that regard. All of them graciously put up with my anxious emails and texts and micromanaging, and with a smile. And don’t get me started on the food! Our guests are still talking about all the choices and how delicious everything was, and we’re three weeks out at this point.
I could go on and on but I’ll end by saying that if you’re looking for a beautiful, romantic, elegant setting to get married in, backed by a group of talented, professional, and supportive cheerleaders to get you through the evening, you MUST get married here. It will be your biggest and best decision. -

Jennifer Sent on 10/03/2018I was so lucky to stumble upon the beautiful venue that is Windows on the Water! WOTW is one of the places you walk into and look at your significant other and say "YES!"
Reasons why you're not going to regret your decision: 1) Scott 2) Ashley 3) Will. These 3 human beings had it down to a science. I'm a Type-A person and Scott would finish my thoughts before I could speak them. He was accessible 24/7 and - to be honest - didn't need to be because he made sure that every idea, plan, forward thinking situation was covered. Ashley, my bridal attendant, was an angel sent from heaven. When you have a bunch of women (and child!) in a bridal suite, it's raining all day (don't worry brides, it's really good luck) and you're about to participate in the biggest moment of your life - Ashley is the one you want by your side. She fed me mimosas before I could ask for one. She answered all of my questions at any given moment and handled any issues that were thrown our way. She made sure I ate every food that the guests had. YES - we ate at our own wedding! Finally, Chef Will. People are STILL talking about how amazing our food was. The cocktail hour was out of the world. The creative dishes (you'll get to sample the menu if you can attend the tasting) are so spot on. And what Chef actually comes out to your reception and introduces himself to each guest? Absolutely amazing!!
This is just a glimpse of the fabulous place WOTW is, and I've only touched upon the people. The grounds are simply breathtaking, and trust me even in the pouring rain, you will have the time of your life here. Amanda Sent on 09/23/2018On 9/15/18 we had the most perfect wedding any couple could dream of at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge. If it weren’t for Scott my dreams of my perfect wedding wouldn’t have came true. I feel I am quite simple, so when I went to Scott and told him what I wanted, he was able to expand on my ideas and create the perfect wedding. I wanted didnt want a sit down dinner, so we came up with stations, but guests were still served a salad at their seats. This made a buffet option sound more appealing. The food was out of this world! My guests have not stopped talking about the mini sliders and the pasta stations and the mini cheesecake and S’more bites at the end of the night. I have NEVER been to a wedding where I enjoyed my entire meal from cocktail to dessert, and this wedding proved every venue wrong. Every wedding I have been to I always go home hungry or complain about the dinner, and I have never complimented a couple the following day on how good the food was, but for our wedding, two weeks later and people are still calling me raving about the food.
The venue itself is just beautiful. I am waiting on my pictures from my photographer, but every picture has such a beautiful background. The tent looked amazing. Scott and my bridal attendant, Ashley, made sure the day went smoothly. Anytime they had to make any changes or do something that a guest asked of them, they would run it by my husband and I to make sure it was okay with us. They made sure our drinks were full and we were eating. They packed up leftovers (thank god, we were eating them for 2 days) and packed up slices of cake (ontop of the cake topper, so we were able to enjoy the cake the next day without cutting into the topper). The chef came out several times to introduce himself to family and friends, and at one point one of the tables broke out in a clap for the chef (something I have never witnessed at a wedding, let alone any food establishment. From the first time we toured the venue to our big day and beyond, everyone there made us feel like family. Thank you, Scott, our event planner who answered every phone call and email a minute later making our planning so easy. Chef Will with the best food and making sure we were always full! All our guests were raving about how awesome the food was! Chef you can come over and cook for us anytimeeeee! Ashley, our bridal attendant, by our side the whole day, keeping me calm, making sure we were comfortable. Thank you!!! You all played a huge part in making our wedding so special! Everything about Windows on the Water was perfect. Steve and I always talked about getting married at an outdoor ceremony surrounded by beautiful trees and water. For any couples looking for that beautiful white tent venue this is your place. The grounds and venue are absolutely gorgeous.. The staff made the day go so smoothly I could not possibly recommend this place more.

Perfection is the only word that comes to mind when we think about the food, views, drinks, and people to work with! Throughout the entire planning process, Scott and his team were there to answer any questions we had and help with decisions. Even though we lived a few hours away, Scott always made accommodations to meet us and it led to a stress free process. Every person who works here is professional, talented, and extremely thoughtful. From the moment we arrived for our first look, we had nothing but smiles on our faces! We had food and drinks waiting, golf carts to take the entire bridal party around, a comfortable bridal and groomsmen suite, a ceremony view of the lake, cocktail hour with tons of options, and a reception that was in a beautiful tent! We can honestly say that we had the best day of our lives and we are positive that it wouldn't have been the same anywhere else. All of our guests have said nothing but wonderful things and we would recommend this venue in a heartbeat. A big thank you to Scott, Ashley, Chef Will, and the entire Windows on the Water team! You are all so special to us.

The wedding planning process was made so easy and stress free because of Scott and his team. Scott answered all of our questions via phone calls, emails, and texts very quickly. Scott and I even had a secret from my husband for months… the cigar and whiskey bar! The day of was perfect! From the moment we stepped off the shuttle, Ashley was there waiting. Ashley is every brides dream! She was there every step of the way and provided us with everything we needed. In the bridal suite and grooms room, food and drinks on ice were waiting for us upon our arrival. We did not go hungry! The boys ate so much before the wedding even started! Ashley made sure the entire bridal party, parents, and my husband were waiting at the EXACT spot we requested for our first look. Before they brought me over in the golf cart (yes, they have golf carts so you can have access of the full 86 acres for pictures!), Ashley came in, calmed my nerves, and made sure I looked perfect before seeing my husband for the first time. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The willow trees, open grass areas, and lake make for AMAZING photos! Once our ceremony was over, our guests and bridal party moved to cocktail hour while Ashley took us away back to the bridal suite where she ensured my husband and I ate food right from the cocktail hour! We were so thankful for those 10 minutes alone to talk, take pictures, and eat and drink. The tent during the reception was absolutely gorgeous! During the entire night, Ashley made sure our drinks were full and that we ate! The food was remarkable! Chef Will is wonderful and even came out to make sure we ate and enjoyed the food. My husband and I even watched Chef Will make his way to some guests and our parents! Where else do you see that?! Our guests still haven’t stopped calling to tell us how great the food was! When time to actually look for our wedding venue I called and Scott the general manager was very helpful and informative. I always dreamed of an outdoor ceremony surrounded by beautiful trees and a draped covered room or tent, and WOW had all of this. From the first meeting to the day after our wedding, Scott treated us like royalty, making sure everything we wanted to make our day perfect was done. There was not one request he did not try to meet. WOW is a hidden GEM!! The grounds are breathtaking and the FOOD, everyone told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Meeting Will the head chef several times, made the experience completely different. Being able to speak with him ad create the perfect menu, was like nothing I ever heard of before. The day of, Ashley our bridal attendant was AMAZING. We got ready in the bridal suite and the attention from Ashley and Will making sure we were fed and getting us whatever we needed made the day so stress free and perfect! WOW is an unbelievable venue, the grounds, the space, the service the food, perfection!

As a newly engaged bride to be, and a very picky one at that, I lost countless nights of sleep searching for my dream location and coming up short every time. For years I'd been envisioning a beautiful outdoor fall wedding, but if you're born and raised in New Jersey, you can understand just how difficult it is when the weather can be so unpredictable. After many failed visits to outdoor venues all over the state, I was ready to give up on my dream. That was, of course, until I came across Windows on the Water at Frogbridge. I enlisted a bridesmaid to visit with me, as I was expecting to be disappointed like I'd been so many times before. Within minutes of arriving, I knew it was the one. We were greeted by Scott, the general manager, who I immediately clicked with. He took us on a walk through of the property, which consists of a beautiful cocktail hour room flooding with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and a gorgeously draped outdoor reception tent, both of which overlook a beautiful lake surrounded on all sides by tall trees and lush greenery. The entire process, from booking all the way down to the final touches was seamless. The incomparable Chef Bill puts together a menu that is bold, unique, delicious and simply impossible to forget. Almost 7 months later, our guests are still raving about how perfect everything was. I cant thank Scott and the wonderful staff at Windows on the Water enough, for making my dream wedding a reality. If you've been considering this location for your wedding, look no further! -

I had a two year engagement and we went to every single bridal show they had in that time period plus our wedding - now that the wedding is over I miss them! lol. Not only is Windows on the Water an absolutely beautiful venue - the service is THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE! People contacted me for weeks after the wedding to compliment how attentive the staff was, as well as the food. I still have people raving about our cocktail hour two months later! Not to mention the fact that our Maître d' drove all the way to the hotel we were staying at to drop off additional cards people had left behind. Windows on the Water is simply the best!
