We absolutely loved having our wedding at Windham Manor in the fall! The property is stunning, and the views are gorgeous, especially in the early autumn. We got married in the Enchanted Forest, had cocktail hour on the lawn, and our reception in the barn. Everything flowed seamlessly and with ~110 guests, the layout was perfect.

Although Windham is a small town, it’s easy for guests to find places to stay and things to explore. We did our rehearsal dinner in town and hosted our Sunday brunch at the on-site house. Susan and Barry were wonderful, checking in with us and giving us time to settle in on Thursday. They also offered a variety of decor items such as candles, vases, runners, etc., which made setting up our reception easy and stress-free.

We stayed with our wedding party at the house onsite and this really helped make our weekend extra special. We loved having our wedding party with us to hang out and catch up, and to facilitate our after party. Our house manager, Karen, was incredible. She was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed. She checked in throughout the day with even small things like water, coffee, or food. She helped the weekend feel calm and effortless.

From the moment we first visited, we knew Windham Manor was our number one choice and it did not disappoint!

We highly recommend Windham manor, it is a stunning venue, the manor that the wedding party and parents can stay in is beautiful, and comes with two house managers that take such amazing care of us while we were there. The Barn, and understated name for such an amazingly beautiful reception area. The enchanted forest was stunning. The team at Windham manor will take care of all the details that need to be covered the entire time you are there. The house house managers took such good care of us, as MOB I didn't have to worry about a thing, they got the food out and served beautifully, they were a dream to work with. Barry the owner was a doll to give us all the details we needed to know, and was so sweet to take video and photos during the wedding and reception, we loved being able to show them off, since we didn't use our cameras, being in the moment. Thank you Windham manor for providing such an amazingly stunning venue for our daughters wedding!

Our daughter’s wedding at Windham Manor was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the owners, Barry and Susan. The entire weekend was seamless, joyful, and stress-free.

The wedding house is incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for the couple and the entire wedding party to relax and enjoy the weekend together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered.

The real star of the weekend was Karen, the house manager. She is truly extraordinary. Karen handled everything behind the scenes and anticipated every need before we even knew we had it. Her presence allowed me to relax and enjoy every single moment of my daughter’s big day—something I will forever be grateful for.

The Barn reception space is absolutely gorgeous and can be transformed in countless ways to reflect each couple’s unique vision. My daughter chose the Enchanted Forest ceremony site, which was pure magic—a serene, natural setting complete with a babbling brook and breathtaking scenery.

This was my first wedding as a mother of the bride, and thanks to Windham Manor, it was everything my daughter dreamed of and more. I truly felt like a professional planner (without doing any of the work!). The entire team made it easy to be present and soak in every second of this unforgettable celebration.

Windham Manor is the complete package! It offers multiple ceremony locations and a beautiful Victorian Manor right on site where our wedding party stayed for the weekend. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and after party right there as well.
The enchanted forest was the perfect spot for our ceremony despite it being quite chilly.

Windham Manor provides so much flexibility since you bring in all of your own vendors. They did provide a thorough list of recommendations to help you start looking for vendors.

The owners, Barry and Susan were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire planning process as well as the wedding weekend.

Karen, the house manager went above and beyond to make the weekend run smoothly. She picked up our grocery order prior to our arrival and had the house stocked and ready for us when we arrived. From setting up and cleaning up the rehearsal dinner as well as the after party, she was incredible!

Windham Manor is truly a magical place to host your wedding. We spent Thursday-Sunday on site. Our wedding party & us stayed onsite at the manor, had our ceremony outside in the Enchanted Forest, Cocktail Hour on the lawn & reception inside.
To start: I could not imagine our wedding weekend without celebrating at the house all weekend long. It gave us a safe, comfortable, and fun setting to make even more memories with our friends & family. Teri is an absolute angel & was the talk of our family at the end of the weekend. She is truly a miracle worker - from making coffee & breakfast for everyone to blow drying the boy's shirts as they sweat through them during photos - we cannot thank her enough!
The venue itself has anything and everything you need. The barn is well situated and the enchanted forest is an absolute must. The way the light comes through during the ceremony is truly - enchanting. The pictures and moments from that day around the property we will cherish for a lifetime. The team there makes the day seamless & easy to enjoy every second.

The indoor and outdoor options were both breathtaking. We opted for an outdoor ceremony, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather cooperated, and the setup was flawless—the elegance. The reception space was equally stunning, with high ceilings, twinkle lights, and a cozy yet grand atmosphere. There was plenty of room for our guests to dance, mingle, and enjoy themselves.

If you are looking for the best wedding venue in the Catskills, look no further! Windham Manor is situated in the beautiful town of Windham, NY. Since it’s a ski town, they have lots of infrastructure such as hotels, restaurants etc so it is super accessible and easy for guests. You get the beauty of the Catskills without needing to sacrifice convenience! The venue is really amazing. The natural feel of the barn is breathtaking and since it is mostly a uniform wood look, you can dress it up or keep it as simple as you’d like. The outdoor wooded ceremony area is absolutely jaw dropping. The backdrop of the woods and the stream trickling by is an unmatched space to share your most intimate feelings for your significant other. My guests were floored by the absolute stunning gem that this venue is. On top of everything, the house on premises is incredible! We stayed there with the wedding party and hosted our rehearsal dinner & after party there as well. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the staff is. Teri and Karen are so sweet & extremely helpful in organizing food at the house, events and just helping with anything you need! Susan and Barry (owners) were so easy to work with. They were prompt with answering any questions throughout the process and were always there to help out. They truly have thought of everything you can think of for a wedding venue and made it the perfect place for such a special occasion. Our wedding experience at Windham Manor was absolutely incredible. Susan, Barry and the entire team at Windham Manor makes the entire wedding planning process easy, fun, budget-friendly, and they can really make any dream you have come true. Susan was extremely communicative and available throughout the entire process to recommend vendors, ideas, last minute pivots. Our day of coordinator tested positive for Covid 48 hours before our wedding and Susan had a replacement of someone trusted by the venue within a few hours of receiving the news. The property and venue are beautiful, comfortable and unique, but what really makes it special is that your wedding feels like an entire weekend of celebrating with your loved ones. The Windham Manor house was beyond convenient, cozy and extremely special, housing 25 people of our closest friends and family on the venue property. At the house, is a house manager (we had Karen & Terri, we LOVED them) who helps the entire weekend so you can enjoy and not feel like you are managing the logistics of everything. Overall, the house service, communication and accommodations were beyond expectations.

Although the forest and grounds are absolutely beautiful -do not sleep on a winter wedding here! We held our ceremony inside the barn for our ceremony in front of the fireplace and it felt extremely intimate, cozy and magical. It was also 50 degrees on December 2nd so we were able to utilize the outside patio with fire heaters for our cocktail hour. So many of our vendors, who work across multiple venues in the North East, described Windham Manor as the best wedding venue they ever worked at. Could not recommend Windham Manor more for your wedding, it is truly the best wedding venue ever!

The venue is amazing - it’s such a pretty setting nearby to Windham Mountain. Susan and Barry were great to work with and allowed our vision to come to life. Couldn’t recommend getting married at Windham Manor more!

Windham Manor was hands down the most amazing wedding venue. I cannot rave about them enough! Susan and Barry were so professional, wonderful and helpful throughout the process and they truly created a dream come true wedding venue and they end up being extended family by the end of the weekend. The house managers Teri and Karen were incredible. Their kindness and attentiveness the entire weekend leading up to the big day allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend without any worries. They really have thought of every single thing you could possible want/need for your wedding and the whole team was such a pleasure to work with.

Having our wedding at Windham Manor was the best decision we could have made. Susan, Barry, Karen, and Jenn took care of every little detail and took all the stress out of the weekend so that we and our families could just soak in the happiness knowing they had everything in check. You will not regret the wedding weekend experience at WM. Do yourself a favor and use their preferred vendor list and rent the house on the property to house your closest family and friends.

There’s really not anything I could write that would tell you just how amazing Windham Manor is. My husband and I looked at two venues, and even though Windham Manor was the first venue we saw on our wedding journey, we knew it was the one! The barn is an absolutely stunning place for a great wedding reception that is a perfect canvas for whatever your vision may be. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and each ceremony space highlights different aspects of its beauty, though we are totally partial to the enchanted forest (which we were able to use the first weekend of November)! Susan and Barry are some of the most welcoming, helpful, and attentive people you will ever meet. From our first visit all the way through our wedding day, I had no doubt that they were there to make our wedding absolutely perfect with their suggestions, recommendations, and joy of sharing their space. While there is so much about the Manor that makes it incredible, the ability to turn our wedding into a whole weekend full of friends, family, and joy is what really made it the perfect venue for us. It was so fun to stay in the manor with our bridal party and since we were able to host our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after party, and brunch at the house, every element of our wedding was like a personal gathering we were hosting for our loved ones. Teri was absolutely instrumental to the fun of our wedding weekend! She was everyone’s mom: cleaning up, cooking, chatting, and ensuring that every single thing went smoothly. There is no way I could even convey her kindness, energy, and ability to emulate complete calm amidst chaos. Just know that if you are booking Windham Manor, be sure you book Teri, too! Karen did everything from lugging ice for our kegs to acting as bartender at our rehearsal dinner. Jen helped us gather everything we needed from the shed and turn the barn into an absolute vision. Every single person we worked with at Windham Manor went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives. If you are even considering this venue, make it happen! Your wedding will be a dream come true.

Not only are they the nicest people, but they truly care and were there for us every step of the way. They go above and beyond for each couple, every weekend, and I really don't know how they do it! In addition to the amazing Barn and Enchanted Forest, there is a house on the property that we all stayed at for the weekend, and it was such a unique component - everyone loved it. We had a house manager, TERI!!!, for the weekend who did everything for us, cooked, cleaned, (helped me with my dress and get everywhere the day of the wedding!), she did it all and she is simply the best. We had our rehearsal at the house and Karen was there to help as well and she was so amazing too. People often say that your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye and to take it all in because it goes so fast, and I can now confidently say that is not the case at Windham Manor. We got married on October 1st at Windham Manor and spent four days immersed in the love of our family and friends. I would do the weekend all over again a million times if I could. This venue gave us the perfect format to spend time with our immediate families, visit with grandparents, party with our bridal party, visit with guests from near and far and overall have an unforgettable wedding. Our families and friends have not stopped talking about it and have done nothing but rave about Windham Manor, the house, the barn, the staff and the all-around attention to detail and spectacular setup that Susan and Barry have created.

When I say they thought of it all, they truly thought of it all, and then some! Susan and Barry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy from the second we stepped foot on the property to the second we left (in tears because we didn’t want it to end). Don’t even get me started on the enchanted forest ceremony site. It is truly a fairytale to walk down the aisle in that setting. It felt like we stepped into another world and were solely in that moment. The house where our entire bridal party stayed for the weekend is incredible, so much space for everyone, well equipped, immaculate, and updated. Teri the house manager who we now like to refer to as our house mom, is a one-of-a-kind human being. Teri thought of things before we even knew we needed them. She was exceptional!

Wow I don’t have the words to describe how incredible this venue is. Our wedding was like something out of a dream. We stayed with our entire bridal party in the manor house and it could not have been a more amazing weekend. The woods made our ceremony unique and beautiful and the barn speaks for itself. Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding. Susan and Barry are an absolute pleasure to work with and our house managers Teri and Karen went above and beyond to ensure our weekend was flawless.

Our experience working with Windham Manor was so seamless. We worked with our day-of coordinator, Kristin Hannay, who works closely with the Windham Manor team and I would highly recommend this venue and booking Kristin! The house on the property is also a must - it made for a stress-free weekend. The owners make no stone is left unturned for you and your special day!

As a wedding videographer this is a dream location!! Between the amazing natural lighting in the mansion for the couple to get ready in, huge reception barn, gorgeous views, landscaping, water fountain pond, drone friendly... it was everything we could ask for as vendors. We also could not have asked for a better staff or owners. They were SO personable and accommodating. Multiple times throughout the day they asked us if we needed anything. To be honest, at most venues we kind of go unnoticed so it was a breath of fresh air being so well taken care. I would absolutely keep recommending this location for everyone's weddings! Venue and service was 100%!

Perfection is the only word I can use to describe my sons wedding. From the moment we arrived to our last goodbyes, everything exceeded our expectations. We will never get over how amazing our wedding weekend was at the Windham Manor. Initially what drew us in was the house. We are always hosting our friends at our home and wanted to find a place where we could all stay together for the weekend. The house offers so much - tons of rooms and space, hiking trails, beautiful yard and views, fire pits, etc. Since it is right next to the barn, it made unpacking wedding decor/details, our rehearsal, and clean up one less logistical thing we had to think about. The house manager, Terri, was everything we didn't know we needed - she coordinated our rehearsal dinner set up, drop catering arrivals, cleaned up, set back up in the morning, took the best care of us all weekend long, and the list goes on. Aside from her unforgettable help, we also really enjoyed having her around as an honorary friend and were so sad to leave her! Our time spent at the house with our friends and family will be remembered as just as special as our wedding day. We visited the property before the barn was even complete, and even then knew it was going to be unbelievable. Susan and Barry are true visionaries and you can tell that their hearts are poured into every detail of the barn. When they told us all of the additional details they would have completed by the time of our wedding (a pond, second ceremony space, landscaping, waterfalls, etc.) we didn't think it was possible - but they delivered and then some! The barn will truly blow you away. Susan and Barry will blow you away. They are incredible people with an incredible space who genuinely love what they are doing. We know they will just keep making it better and better somehow. Some noteworthy specifics from our experience: The weather anticipated torrential rain only in the exact window our ceremony was supposed to take place, so we had to make the call in the early afternoon to set up inside instead of outside. What we thought was an unfortunate situation actually ended up being our favorite part of the day. The indoor ceremony was stunning and romantic and felt so intimate, even with 210 guests. We might have missed out on the guests' big reveal of the space, but having everyone cozied in during the storm made for a really personal feeling that we will always be grateful for- long, sappy story short: it was the best plan B for our ceremony we could have asked for and we wished it were plan A from the beginning. Another thing we were very grateful for was how flexible Susan and Barry were with our needs and timing. They allowed us and our decor vendor to set up on Thursday instead of Saturday morning which elevated a lot of stress. We were able to know that everything was just how we envisioned and could enjoy the weekend. Extras: There are tons of hotels and airbnbs close by for out of town guests. Lots local catering options for weekend-long hosting. The views in Windham are unmatched for the Catskills. The town is adorable. You won't want to leave. Overall, our experience with the Windham Manor was a dream. We hope to return as much as possible and wish only the best for Susan and Barry and their family.

Where do we even begin? As a DJ company traveling all throughout the tri-state area, we come across venues of all shapes, sizes, and qualities! From the moment you arrive at Windham Manor, quite simply, it's magical. From the breathtaking grounds in the area, to the incredible Ceremony area down by the creek, tying it all together inside their INSANE Barn, the detail and magic is amazing. Just from the moment you step in the barn, you can sense how different that feel is.

From a vendor's perspective, we often work alongside many different teams and leadership at each venue. One thing I can tell you wholeheartedly is that you are getting one of the most genuine crews around headed up by Barry their owner. To tell you he greeted us with a smile from start to finish, he worked alongside us, and made our jobs as easy as possible, I can truly say we have not worked alongside a more kind and accommodating venue.

While I can go on and on about all of the wonderful things Windham Manor has to offer, I'll keep it simple. Stop your search and book them. In a very competitive venue environment, you have found a hidden gem in Windham, NY. Barry, his team, and everything else about Windham will help make your dream wedding a reality. We got married at Windham Manor in August and it was everything we’d hoped for. I really wanted a full weekend experience and Susan and Barry delivered! The whole bridal party was able to stay in the house on-site (it’s incredibly beautiful; everyone was blown away) which made the rehearsal dinner and wedding day way less stressful. Terri, the house manager, was also absolutely fantastic getting things ready for the rehearsal dinner at the house, cleaning up, and helping us the morning of. The barn itself is also stunning. We could have done no decorations whatsoever and it still would have looked amazing because the building is just that beautiful. I would highly recommend!

My sister recently had her wedding at Windham Manor and it was a dream come true. Not only was the venue absolutely breathtaking, but the owners were a delight to work with. The very first time I came to Windham Manor I was warmly welcomed. It is not just another barn wedding venue. As it said many times: it is all about people.
Yes! The venue is new and shiny.
Yes! There is beautiful romantic ceremony spot in the forest
Yes! There is plenty of outdoor space and if that is not enough the barn can fit more then 200 guest.

But people… oh my.. the owners and the stuff are one of the most welcoming, warm and helpful people I know in the business. Professional, humble with attention to the details.

Windham Manor is the newest gem of the Catskills! Our daughters wedding, beginning to end, was more than we ever imagined! The venue offers so much! The barn will blow your mind and the mansion is exquisite! Tho we are local, it truly was more like a destination wedding! My husband and I would highly recommend Windham Manor!

Both the mansion and the barn are spectacular. Stunning grounds with wedding ceremony’s in a fairytale woods setting with a babbling stream, or on the lawn with a gorgeous pond with fountain as a backdrop. Susan and Barry the owners are so easy to work with they treat you like family. I would recommend to anyone for a memorable wedding both you and your guests will never forget💖

I stumbled upon Windham Manor while on a motorcycle ride with my family. We ended up stopping and had an impromptu tour. The owners were so gracious and let us see the entire barn even while they were busy setting up for the next event. I ended up choosing this venue just based off of that one tour! The space is gorgeous. The owners did an incredible job thinking of every detail from guests experience to vendor needs. Also it’s been amazing to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all on the same property, not to mention many of the guests staying there as well! They have a ton of decorations available and gorgeous real wood tables and chairs to use. It’s always been a dream of mine to get married in the Catskills and Windham Manor has made all my dreams come true!!

My original wedding venue cancelled on me 3 weeks prior to my wedding date - by some miracle we found Barry and Susan and the absolutely beautiful Windham Manor. I don’t have words to convey how much Susan and Barry helped make everything possible - my wedding wouldn't have happened without them! The house was absolutely beautifully done with modern furnishings and the wedding party all enjoyed staying there getting to know each other. The Barn is just absolutely gorgeous and stunning and the outside patio area perfect for a cocktail hour. I would recommend this venue a million times over.

If you are looking for the perfect venue for your wedding, look no more!! My husband and I got married there in June of 2021 and it was the most beautiful weekend we could have ever imagined. The house allowed both bridal parties to get ready in the same place and made the photos so smooth and seamless. The girls got ready downstairs in the beautiful SPA and then went upstairs to the bridal suite to get dressed. The boys got ready on the main floor and hung out in the beautiful groom suite. We were also able to have a huge portion of our family stay on the property. The barn is absolutely beyond amazing - so stunning!! We chose this venue when it was just a concrete slab and the final product exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. Susan and Barry were so easy to work with and so accommodating. They made sure that our dream wedding came to life and we are so grateful for that. They also recommended the best staff to help with our event. If you book Windham, be sure to ask Susan for Teri's contact information as well because she helped with anything and everything all weekend - and was so amazing to work with! Windham Manor allowed for everything to happen for your wedding weekend right on the property and truly made it the best weekend ever! We have the most amazing photos as a result as well and there were endless spots on the property to make the perfect backdrop! We love Windham Manor!!

We saw the venue before it was fully finished but fell in love right away. Susan and Barry were very friendly and kept us updated with the progress of the barn and letting us use leftover decorations. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive.

Our Windham Manor wedding venue experience was a 10/10. We got married on 9/4/2021 and our guests are still commenting on how magical the weekend was. The view, service, accommodations and flexibility that Susan and Barry provide are just one of the many reasons why we are so in awe with our wedding experience. We want to do it all over again!

Where to begin?!? We were the first wedding in the new barn, and we also stayed in the house with a group of 28 friends. Having a whole weekend with our closest friends was the best part, it made everything so easy and we could simply enjoy our time with everyone on one single (beautiful) property. Everything was amazing and we would do this weekend all over again if we could. Susan and Barry are excellent hosts who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect throughout the entire weekend. They are super knowledgable about how to best set things up and run the weekend, and they think of things without us even asking for it! We also highly recommend the house manager, Teri, who kept the house sparkling clean, helped with the rehearsal dinner, brunch, making sure rooms were stocked for guests, etc. There is nothing that we could think of for them to improve. If you are considering getting married here, look no further! Not to mention how beautiful the venue is - all of our guests were absolutely stunned with the amount of detail and quality of everything in the barn. We can't say enough about it!

Booked this house for the weekend and our wedding - it was perfect! Whether you are from the area or not, Susan and Barry will go above and beyond to accommodate you...not being from the area they helped put me in touch with lots of vendor options and helped arrange accommodations for our guests! They definitely know what they are doing and genuinely want you to have the best experience! They offer everything a bride would want all in 1 location! Gorgeous house with room for family and guests, on site spa and salon facilities, furniture, decor, back drop for amazing pictures...all while also giving you the freedom to customize your wedding as much as you want to! Our guests couldn’t believe we found such a perfect place and kept saying “best wedding ever”! Can’t wait to go back for an anniversary weekend!

I am a caterer who had the immense pleasure of catering an event here...Windham Manor is absolutely spectacular in every way! Firstly, the attention Susan and Barry have put into making this a dream event venue is impeccable...fantastic main house, gorgeously equipped and clean as a whistle (super important!) and their upcoming phenomenally magnificent barn is under way...soooo excited to cater an event there when it’s all done! My husband and I were one of the first wedding hosted at Windham Manor. We jumped in head first as the property was stunning and we wanted to get married in the mountains. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding weekend.

House: It's absolutely beautiful and exceptionally decorated. It was the hub for the wedding weekend, and was so special that the entire wedding party could stay there. It truly changed the dynamic of the weekend and made everything easier from cooking meals in the house, to all being in one place for planning! The rooms are AMAZING - bright, clean, and just pure bliss. For the wedding weekend, we used the house for both cocktail hour and the farewell breakfast and it was flawless. Can comfortably host a cocktail hour for 175 people in the house, and catering can work with the available space to execute. The main floor is extremely open and a very conductive space for hosting various types of events.
Property: Sight lines are amazing - You get to enjoy being in the mountains, and can get stunning photos on you wedding day with plenty of mountains and trees in the background! On Friday, we used the lawn to play games and grill for everyone, while still having our tent up for the wedding (which we put in front of the house and had amazing sight lines from all sides). Huge property, which can be multi-purpose!
Owners: Susan and Barry are a dynamic duo who bend over backwards and are extremely accommodating. They are truly invested in making sure your day is as special as it can be. They'll share all the knowledge they can and have to offer! They also can recommend many great vendors from their past experience - They have a great day of coordinator, Leslie Klein!! She's amazing, so smart and detail oriented.

To start off, we had the very first wedding at this venue. At first, nervous because it was brand new and had no idea what to expect. But in the end it was truly exceptional! Beautiful views, newly renovated and the perfect location to have a dream wedding. Susan and Barry were amazing! They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and helped us through the whole process every step of the way. All of our guests are still talking about how amazing this place is! We could not have asked for a better wedding and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Windham Manor was a beautiful, unique venue and I am so glad I did my summer 2025 wedding here! Susan and the rest of the team were professional, accommodating, and organized. They worked so well with me/my wedding planner to create the best plan of action for a big indian wedding!

The barn's interior gives a lovely, rustic vibe and allows guests to feel cozy and comfortable. The outside area has beautiful, unforgettable views and plenty of space for cocktail hour. We had some specific layout requests and Susan worked hard with us to create a floor plan that we were happy with.

The house next to the barn is available for rent the night after your wedding, the house is roomy and beautiful, some of our family stayed the night and we had an intimate brunch the next day, which was the perfect way to end the weekend.

We had a completely unforgettable experience at Windham Manor and will remember it for years to come. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

This venue does comes as a raw space, so you may have to arrange for some additional things such as waiters, servers, dishware, napkins, etc., however it is well worth it!

We hosted our wedding at Windham Manor. It was absolutely beautiful.The barn is beautiful and modern, the multiple ceremony site options allow for versatility and flexibility. The house is beautiful and very convenient for the wedding weekend. Teri, the house manager was fantastic. Karen was too and she was responsive before we stayed at the house. The venue owners are nice and easy to work with too.
Although expensive and there are additional required add ons at the end, it was completely worth it for us! We loved the setting and our photos looked amazing! We definitely recommend!
