People say it all the time but I’ve never meant it more than right now: I couldn’t have chosen a better team to plan, style and coordinate my wedding. Terri and Mary Sue stopped at nothing to make sure my day was absolutely perfect! These ladies are logistics driven and had everything down to a T. From the wedding to the reception and even the rehearsal it all was so smooth and it’s all thanks to their many months of planning, phone calls and meetings to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I don’t regret a penny we spent because it was worth all of them! I will recommend them to every bride I come in contact with because every wedding should have a team this great and talented! Terri and Mary Sue, thank you for everything you did! It meant so much to me to see you both working so hard to make everything happen!! -

As a semi-professional baker, I've been involved with hundreds of weddings over the years. In several of these weddings I was privileged to work with Terri and Mary Sue of WILLOW Wedding and Events. For years I have happily recommended them to all of my brides.
Then, the day finally came for my daughter to be married. There are no other event planners that I would have even considered for the job. They took care EVERYTHING !! They led us thru the whole process with such ease. I cannot imagine how we would have ever made it thru the wedding without them. These two beautiful souls went abive and beyond to make my daughter's special day the most beautiful day of her life. Friends and guests are still commenting about how wonderful the wedding was. I know this is entirely because of WILLOWs dedication and hard work.
I love them.. my family loves them and you will love them! -

The ladies at Willow Weddings & Events are some of the most creative people I’ve ever met. While they have their own ideas for design, they listen carefully to what you desire for your special day to look and feel like. I have been to many weddings that they have styled and coordinated and while I loved them all, I wanted mine to be similar but different... I mean, is that too much to ask :) I would have trusted them enough to walk away from our first meeting and never see them again until the big day. However, despite the fact that I would have let them do as they wished with all of my decor, they genuinely wanted my input and my thoughts so that my wedding could be spectacular in my eyes. I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful wedding than what I had. Terri and Mary Sue are two classy, professional and kind hearted women that are doing what they love. If you want the wedding of your dreams, call Willow Weddings and Events. You will not be disappointed! -

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end.
Whether you need a full-service planner or only services on the day of your wedding Willow Weddings will not disappoint you. Terri and Mary Sue are very professional and provided quality customer service. The day of my daughters wedding it rained all day and had to move outside wedding inside and my daughter did not worry because they took care of everything . They make you feel like you are apart of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. Her wedding was beautiful. Recommend them highly. -

These women are amazing! They thought of everything and made sure the venue was perfectly decorated. They did an awesome job keeping the wedding organized and running smoothly as well. I would recommend them to everyone for any event! -

The day of my wedding was everything I imagined and more and most importantly was that I got to enjoy every second of it because Willow had been very attentive throughout the planning process and covered all the bases so that I had nothing to worry about on the big day!

Eryn Sent on 11/16/2017We worked with Mary Sue and Terri for my wedding in September and they did an absolutely incredible job! We had some pretty strange requests: we didn't want the focus to be on a meal, so no long tables; we didn't want dancing to be the only entertainment; and I have a preference for things that don't match.
They worked tirelessly to help me create several adorable seating vignettes with their vintage furniture and luggage. The guests could not stop talking about how cool the decor was, especially the "mirror wall," which they had built to be usable at my venue (Lowe Mill's Connector Room).
We had vintage lamps, vintage mismatched dishes, passed hors d'euvres, dried lavender with fresh eucalyptus, terrariums filled with moss, and string lights wherever we could add them. We also placed Connect 4 and Jenga on select tables, with a giant Jenga set and Cornhole game set up in the back.
I would absolutely recommend them to any bride! They had exactly what I wanted, as an "offbeat" bride! -

Phala Sent on 11/16/2017The Willow team is amazing. They met with us to get an understanding of our vision and then they simply made it come to life. They took a large, empty, industrial space and made it into a warm and welcoming venue that was everything my daughter had dreamed of and more. Awesome team in all respects who have both heart and imagination. If you can book them, do it!
