Working with Heather was honestly the best year of my life. We booked with her about a year out from our wedding, and she made the process not only seamless but so exciting and refreshing even when I found myself getting a bit burnt out toward the finish line she really swooped in to save the day! Not only is she one of the most professional people I've ever met; she is kind, loving and supportive and it felt like I gained a friend in the process!!
She and her team really made my wedding day the most magical day I could have dreamed of. She found vendors for me she knew would mesh and she is the perfect person if you think you have a vision no one else can see but you!! As a bonus, she kept me alert and going day of the wedding, I swear I wouldn't have even known the time if it weren't for her and her team. From start to finish, set up to tear down Heather had things handled- if you choose to book with Willow Tree Weddings you are in some of the best hands in the wedding industry; I thank God I had Heather every day!! -

Heather and the rest of the Willow Tree Weddings team were GODSEND for the planning of and day of logistics for our wedding. Heather was simply amazing. She was incredibly sensitive and responsive to all of our needs throughout the entire process. Her pricing was more than fair for the services she offers and she is great and honest in explaining what package will best suit your needs. When issues came up, as they are bound to in the planning of a wedding, she handled with grace and ease, always being solution oriented. She was amazing at communicating and coordinating with all of our vendors, especially after we had to do a venue change. Honestly, our wedding day was perfect, better than we imagined, a huge part of the reason why was Heather and her team. For day of, she handled everything. We never felt an ounce of stress on our big day because of her. She got everything set up perfectly, dealt with vendors, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. Literally anything we wanted and more she accomplished and would do with a smile on her face. She made the whole thing easy and STRESS FREE on us, which in turn made it even more enjoyable for our guests. Cannot sing her praises enough. We are so appreciative to her and give her our absolute highest recommendation for your wedding. -

Heather and her team made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze. As a type A bride, Heather matched my style with professionalism and ensured we stayed on track every step of the way. We threw an unconventional 3-day festival wedding and she rolled with all of our wild ideas and found great vendors for each piece. The weekend of she made everything run so smoothly I didn't have to think about any of the details and just got to enjoy. I highly recommend Heather and her team! -

Willow Tree Weddings Review
Heather is amazing! We booked Heather for our wedding at Shay Meadows Ranch & Resort in Big Bear, CA. We were told by the owner that they highly recommend booking Heather as she is familiar with the property and does a great job. We used Heather as our day-of wedding coordinator, and had an initial phone meeting with her where she was able to get an idea of the style of wedding/ ideas we had, so she could send us her recommended vendors. We met with her a few weeks before the wedding at the venue and did a very thorough walk-thru and went over all the small and large details of the wedding. The day of the wedding, Heather made the day flow so easily ( as I'm sure at any wedding there are slip ups) but Heather made everything perfect. She is extremely detailed and worked very hard to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted. She brought an assistant with her the day of the wedding, as our wedding party was about 150 people and that was helpful. We appreciate all of Heather's hard work in making our day so special. Highly recommend!!!! -

Heather was amazing, definitely couldn't have done everything we wanted without her. She helped guide us through everything ranging from shut downs and rescheduling to how we should layout the decorations on our tables. Her help on the day of was second to none. She helped keep everything organized and on track and was there the whole all the way through cleanup. Her recommendations for vendors and/or how to structure things were awesome, she helped us out so much. Highly highly recommend going with them if you're planning a wedding! -

Heather + the Willow Tree Team are WORTH IT!
Trust me, you NEED Heather as your coordinator! Wedding planning is stressful! Whether you are the bride who wants everything planned, want to do all the planning or a little bit of both (me!), Willow Tree is the BEST. Hands down. We used Heather's "month of services" for my sister's wedding in July 2019 and she made everything way less stressful so we hired her for "full services" for our wedding in October. Wedding planning was already a lot but then throw in a global pandemic and it was beyond nuts but Heather has all bases covered at every moment. Leading up to it, she sourced our vendors, got quotes, looked up ideas, gave suggestions and made sure every little detail was addressed. She is SO organized it just helps you be able to relax and know all bases are covered. All the decor decisions are fun but making sure your vendors have all required insurance/ documents is something you don't even want to think about as a bride and groom so she does all of that for you. Day of the wedding, NONE of my family & friends lifted a finger. She has a ROS and every vendor knew when to be where at what time. Everything was set up, no vendors were calling me, we just got to sit back and enjoy the day. We had our meals at the head table along with our favorite beverages. We constantly had people making sure we had everything we needed. She made sure the marriage certificate was signed and mailed out and her team actually even checked into our hotel, got us our room keys and put our bags in the getaway car so after we had NOTHING to worry about. Sorry this is so long, but trust me you will not regret using her team. On top of all of this, we now consider her a friend. She is professional but so kind and caring and wants to give you the best day ever. We love you Heather and the Willow Tree Team, thank you big time! -

Best Day Ever!
Getting married is the most amazing special times in your life! However it can be one of the most stressful overwhelming time too! Heather made this experience joyful and easy! Heather is an actual angel. I planned my wedding from out of state, and Heather helped me with every detail. I felt so comfortable with the planning process because I knew that Heather could handle anything. On the day of my wedding, she even bustled my gown for me! She made sure that my husband and I ate and had plenty of water. Not only did she handle the big picture, she made us feel so special. I cannot thank her enough for making our day so perfect! -

The BEST team for your most important day
When I made the decision to hire a wedding coordinator, I was completely overwhelmed with everything I had left to do. After speaking to Heather one time, she had completely eased my nerves and I knew that I had to hire her. Hiring WillowTree Weddings was hands down the best decision I made for our wedding day. In the month leading up to the wedding Heather was unbelievably helpful, whether taking home our linens to pre-fold them and add menus, or making sure takeout was delivered to our room so that we could actually eat after the wedding :) I am not one to easily give up control, but any time something came up I found myself texting Heather, and she would take care of it quickly and efficiently. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than soaking it all in and having the time of our lives. Heather and her team were absolutely professional, and executed everything I wanted to a T (and I definitely had a detailed vision). Thank you so much Heather and WillowTree!! -

It was so wonderful, especially since I am bad at asking for help. Heather is the sweetest and she truly cares about you and what your vision is for your big day. She communicates well and she writes EVERYTHING down, which I love because I do not trust that people remember those details. She knows tons of people/vendors. -

So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package.
Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue.
On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room.
During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands.
Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was a church ceremony, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception.
Highly recommend Heather and the WTW for your month-of coordination! -
