  fantastic & beautiful. Mitra helped us out so much and provided a lot of the decorations. She went above and beyond in her service. The acacia club is so beautiful that you hardly need to decorate

  My fiancé and I immediately fell in LOVE with The Acacia Club at The Scottish Rite! Mitra was wonderful and went waaaay above and beyond our expectations. We were so, so thrilled to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Scottish Rite. Mitra responded to emails almost immediately and was so helpful in her suggestions for a smooth wedding day. She met with us a few times to make sure things were coming along as our day was approaching. Not only was she there while we were setting up, but she helped us set up and made sure any extra centerpieces or things were put away until we came back to take everything down. I was anticipating much more DIY and asking friends to help with small tasks (like lighting the candles on the centerpieces) but Mitra truly worked on our wedding day, she was all over and behind the scenes making sure everything went seamlessly! She even wore a purple to match our wedding colors!!
  
  The Scottish Rite is a beautiful, antique, old stunning building and they have Chef Hosch and Ann on their caterer list, which is even better because they did a great job catering our wedding!!
  
  We had our ceremony in the little theater, and were able to use the dressing rooms the whole day beforehand for hair/makeup/pictures etc... it was wonderful to have all the space basically to ourselves!!
  
  Compared to other indoor and outdoor venues, the Scottish Rite is definitely affordable and comes built in with character and beautiful spaces to have a ceremony and reception.
  
  We can't say enough on how awesome Mitra was in our wedding planning and success on the day - she was so kind and such a hard worker!! she is an asset to the scottish rite!

  We held our daughter's wedding and reception at the Scottish Rite/Acacia Club. Although it was warm, Mitra did everything to help keep us cool. She is definitely an asset to the Scottish Rite. She was there throughout the day of decorating, the rehearsal day, and the wedding day pitching in where ever and when ever she could. When we went to take decorations down, Mitra had most of them all packed and in area for easy pickup. Her professionalism and knowledge, helped to keep everyone at a low stress level. A beautiful place to hold a Wedding!!!! Thank you again for such wonderful memories.

  The Scottish Rite (Acacia Room) is hands down the best venue in Williamsport, PA. Mitra made sure that our day was perfect while we were at our reception.   The beauty of this building is breathtaking! Our wedding turned out perfectly at the Scottish Rite. We had our ceremony in the little theater and reception in the Acacia Club. Mitra helped us every little step of the way and was so kind, and patient, and helpful. She helped our vision come to life and left us with so many happy memories from that day!

  Mary was very attentive to our needs. All we had to do was ask and she made it happen. It was a relief to know that she would take care of the details just as we discussed so that we did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The location is gorgeous and totally unique.

  The Acacia Club was a beautiful setting for our Wedding Reception! Mary at the Acacia Club was a huge part of making our wedding a dream come true! She went out of her way to do little things to make it perfect! From setting up chairs that matched our wedding colors, to installing lights and tulle that made the setting even more beautiful...she really made our experience wonderful and went above and beyond! Everyone was wowed by the space from the grand staircase to the marble floors, it really is a romantic setting for a wedding reception. I would definitely recommend the Acacia Club!

  Even though there was a surprise switch of the coordinator halfway through my planning, TSR did a wonderful job on my wedding day. Everything was set up correctly and the food was fabulous. Best of all, the event coordinators were able to deal with a frazzled bride who wanted to discuss every little detail!

  Beautiful venue. They were very accommodating to my schedule for us to tour the building and had lots of helpful advice. They do have a place for a ceremony. They only allow caterers off their approved list but I found this helpful.

  We had our ceremony and reception in the Acacia Club. Everything went very smooth and there is no way i could have done it without Mitra. She was amazing! We had no idea what we were doing and she was so helpful. She basically decorated the entire place for us and cleaned everything up as well! She had all of our stuff in boxes included food, cake and decorations waiting for us all ready to go the next day. She was very professional. I dont know what we would have done without her. She made everything very easy. The only complaint i have is that it was HOT. The builings AC may need upgraded.

  I was ok. The food was good, but they were slow handing out the dinners... and they ended the reception bc we had 3 people who were "too drunk".... whatever!

  Very nice place to have a reception. We wanted our own caterer but weren't told until the deposit was made (non-refundable) that we had to use theirs. Went with buffet style meal trying to cut some costs, but ended up paying more because there was a 1.50 charge per person for beer being served there (everyone, including children were counted, had to hire thier bartender, a security person, buy event insurance, etc.) Overall I could have taken everyone to a nice restaurant downtown and paid a lot less. Got there on the day of the event and the air conditioning was terrible. You can't cool a building that big in one day but they wouldn't turn it on any earlier than the day of the event. Everyone we had there (200 people) were hot and miserable --detracting from the event to the point that 75% of the guests left within on hour of arriving. I would not recommend using this location unless you get aq stipulation that heat and air conditioning was guaranteed as the response to the complaint was "it was not guaranteed in the contract".
