Cam and Rich are absolutely wonderful and amazing at what they do, and I'm so happy to have found them. Our wedding day went absolutely perfectly and I don't know how we could have done it without them! They was always quick to get back to me on any question, no matter how small, and everyone in our party talked about how instrumental they were day of. They are incredibly kind, considerate, and so thoughtful. Worth every penny- if you want to have a flawless wedding day please go with these guys! You won't regret it! -

Cam and Rich (and their amazing team) of Wildflower Event Design went above and beyond for our wedding. When some of our garlands and florals were delayed and arrived the day of the wedding they rolled with the issue and didn’t just make things work they blew our minds away with the end result. With their help our special day ran so efficiently that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They took care of us and our wedding party with grace, ease and gladness. We are so happy that we choose Wildflower Event Designs to help us with such an important day. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! -

My new husband and I would recommend Cam and her team to anybody planning a wedding! From day one, Cam was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable with anything I needed. While I’m glad that wedding planning is over, I’m sad that it means we are no longer working with Cam. She perfectly executed my vision and we couldn’t have had such a perfect day without her team. She’s the best! -

I cannot be more thankful for coming across Cam, she was nothing short of a breathe of fresh air to work with! Her prices are very fair for the area and budget friendly! She is easy to work with, poignant, and always on top of any phone call's or e-mails you send her!! She decorated my entire venue, handled all the vendors arrivals and set up's ahead of time and even came up with our schedule to we knew what was going on and we didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of! She brought my dream of a simple southern wedding to life and I couldn't be more grateful for her and the entire team she works with. From set up to take down, you will be in good hands! -

Wildflower Events and Design exceeded beyond our expectations of the fairytale wedding we had on October 26, 2024. We hired Wildflower March 1, 2024 with less than 8 months to plan for our special day. I had a vision however had no idea how to bring the look and feel of a rustic/ elegant wedding to life. From start to execution Cam and their staff were above and beyond on their service to us. Recommendations, jumping ahead of the curves that came through the process and having last minute work arounds that achieved better results as the outcome! I would recommend Wildflower 20/10 on every step of the way! Thank you Wildflower for the wedding of a lifetime and no dreams could’ve envisioned this fairytale outcome! -

Nathaniel and I started working with Wildflower Event Design and Cam, when we realized that the planning for our dream wedding was going to be overwhelming for us to juggle. I am a mom, artist, and full-time Realtor, he is a programmer for FSU and life and professional coach, so this was going to be far too unwieldy for us to handle! I reached out to several wedding planners and Cam was the obvious choice from the beginning. They were endlessly professional and most importantly, interested in our vision for our special day! Everything went so beautifully that I know if they could have changed the weather too, it would have been done! The rain that made us have to pivot to an inside ceremony was a blip on the screen. We had a beautiful wedding that was enjoyed by our families, friends, and most of all, ourselves! We always recommend Cam and Wildflower Events to anyone planning their wedding or any special event! -

Like most mothers of the bride I thought I could do all of this on my own. Thank goodness the wedding venue required us to have a day of wedding planner. I hired W.E.D. and watched Cam and her staff do things in a day that I struggled with for 6 months. I had a large part of it done but believe me when I say that I was exhausted. If I could do just one thing over it would have been to give it all to Cam and let them work their magic. Hire W.E.D. and relax while they make your visions come to life. Thank you Cam for helping make my daughter’s dreams come true. -

I cannot tell you how magical it was to work with Cam and their team. Every single aspect of our day was handled, and I had the utmost confidence in their problem-solving skills. Rich and Keagan were our day-of team, and they handled everything from a windy-day tablecloth nightmare to a we-didn’t-order-enough-food pizzamergency. I didn’t feel stressed for one single second on my big day because I knew we were in fantastic hands. We had a marching band play us down the aisle and pizza delivery for dinner, and they made it feel upscale and beautiful from start to finish. They also helped us find vendors when we were overwhelmed or at a loss, and provided feedback when I made a bad vendor choice (saving us hundreds and headaches, I’m sure). I cannot recommend Wildflower Event Design highly enough. 10/10 recommend. Would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Christie did a phenomenal job with planning our wedding. We reached to her in July for an October wedding, and within 3 months she was able to execute plan our perfect day. She exceeded our expectations, communicated well, she is very resourceful, especially when we had minor hiccups, she always had a backup plan. Weddings are supposed to be one of the most stressful events one can go through, but with Christie, as well as with her husband Rich, it was the complete opposite. Our day went so smoothly, we were able to have so much fun and not worry about a thing. She went above and beyond with everything to include a next day brunch/boat ride we had for all our guests. We are so happy to have had her be a part of our love story. -

There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Christie, Rich and the whole team at Wildflower! I cannot even imagine how we would have even survived the wedding day without them! It was an absolutely magical wedding because of them! I got soooo many compliments on the day and on them, from all our friends and family. It was a large wedding, and they kept everything running smoothly throughout. Rich was just perfect as the lead planner. He was everywhere and never missed a single thing. Such a sweet person too. He was a true pleasure to work with. I never realized just how many working parts go into a wedding. Christie and Rich made the day 'over the moon' fabulous and were so very enjoyable to work with. Our wedding was a success because of Christie and her team. They were an invaluable asset to the whole wedding. From when we hired them till wedding day and even beyond they mitigated so much stress that would have fallen on to us. When it comes to price, I am astounded at the value. The service we received could have cost us twice as much and it would still be worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone getting married in the area. -

Christie is AMAZING. She was honest with me through the whole process and did not try to upsell me on a planning package that I didn't actually need (even though I felt like I did). She was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions. She is so sweet, kind and very professional. She made wedding planning so much less stressful. Our wedding day was even better than we could have ever imagined and that is almost entirely because of Christie and her husband Rich. They are an amazing team and made sure that we both had everything we needed. I gave Christie very minimal direction for how I wanted things placed or how I wanted them to be decorated and I almost cried when I saw how everything actually looked. It was so beautiful- it was like she read my mind, except I never could have even imagined something so beautiful. We could not have done it without her, I would recommend her one thousand times over just for your sanity's sake, let alone the amazing and beautiful work she did! -

Christie was an amazing person to work with. She was recommended by a family friend and I’m so glad we went with her. After I was engaged I started to look around at vendors and try to formulate a budget. I was initially hesitant to use a wedding plan, trying to save money since weddings are so expensive. What surprised me were the vendors Christie recommended were much more affordable than the options I was looking at on my own. And they were all fantastic to work with. At every meeting I had with Christie I felt very reassured that all the planning was coming along and it would be the wedding of my dreams. On the day of our wedding I was completely calm, which really surprised me. I knew everything would be set up perfectly and if anything came up Christie would handle it. This let me be completely in the moment and wrapped up in loving bliss. I highly recommend Christie, she was absolutely wonderful! -

As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I can’t express how wonderful Christie was to work with, but I’m going to try. First, I did not want to be that interfering mother who micromanaged her daughter’s wedding, and I know I failed at that goal, BUT I was completely comfortable knowing that Christie had everything covered. Her professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is hard to achieve when it’s your only daughter’s wedding! Christie took Kate’s budget into consideration when suggesting vendors, encouraged Kate along the way during updates & consultations, and instilled a sense of calm throughout the planning & event. And her husband Rich was a huge bonus - hanging garland, holding purses during photos, talking down a nervous groom, and doing a million little things, I’m sure, that we were not aware of. Christie & Rich were diligent in every aspect of the wedding & reception, but conducted the entire event from the wings. The result was the most wonderful wedding we could have imagined. She kept everyone on time, in place, calm & collected. I cannot recommend her enough! -

My now HUSBAND (still very exciting to say officially!) and I had no idea how to even start planning a wedding when we got engaged so we looked into wedding planners from the get go. We found Wildflower Event Design pretty soon after that; her website was also the most upfront about services compared to other wedding planners that I was looking into and she was already so personable in how she interacted with us upon our initial inquiry. I remember thinking "wow this seems like a real person who genuinely cares about their customers" just from submitting the initial inquiry with her (and I would later find out I was totally right!) From the very first consult Christie was so informative, friendly, and kind! She immediately put me at ease with any stress and confusion I initially had and mapped out a timeline for us with every part of the planning process. Christie also had ample recommendations for us regarding florists, bakers, venues, etc. which we utilized and ended up loving; she has great taste and matched us up with our vendors perfectly! Her recommendations also complimented our budget and I truly feel like we got the most bang for our buck with her insights. Any time any questions arose, she was always there for either a quick check-in meeting or email. Christie made the overall process stress-free for us and she and Rich made our event itself run perfectly! Like, I cannot emphasize enough how easy she made the whole process; I can't imagine doing this without her, in hindsight. I could go on forever about how great she is. PLEASE do yourself the biggest favor ever and choose Christie and Wildflower Event Design for your wedding planning needs!! I promise you will be the happiest bride/groom-to-be with her by your side! -

I decided a few months before my wedding date to utilize a day-of planner and Christie made the process seamless and enjoyable. I was a relatively hands-off bride and I really leaned on Christie's expertise to make decisions regarding the timeline, venue set up, vendors, and ceremony details. Looking back, I would've booked her full wedding planning service instead of just the day of coordination to make the event that much more stress free. Her involvement in the details on the days leading up to the wedding was wonderful- she made adjustments to my vendor orders (I was kind of clueless!), only asked me about important issues when my guests were in town, and her day-of staff (including her husband!) were so kind and helpful. Thank you, Christie! -

Hiring Christie was the best decision I’ve ever made. I thought I could plan the wedding but I was so wrong. She was absolutely perfect. Her communication was great, especially when I was overwhelmed; she would give me space but still be there for support. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is never easy but she made it so much more stress-less. When it came to the day of, she was ON IT! Dealing with vendors that were difficult and putting out little fires left and right all while still making it a beautiful day for us. I would recommend her to every single person I know and I already have been! 100/100 you need her for your event! -

I cannot say enough about Christie and her team at Wildflower Event Design. We opted for full planning services and I am so glad that we did! Christie was there for us through every step of the way – she attended vendor meetings with us, made wonderful recommendations, kept everything organized, and made sure we stayed on schedule. I am a very organized person, but it was so helpful to be able to text, call, or email Christie if I had any questions or concerns. On our wedding day she had a full team of skilled personnel making sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. In a word, our day was … perfect, and it was due to the hard work and attention to detail of the Wildflower Event team. Christie at WildFlower Event Design will work smarter and harder for you. She was the coordinator at my son's wedding and it went off without a hitch. She even was intuitive enough to bring me waterproof mascara and remover wipes for it! She also had a clear umbrella in case the weather changed. This attention to detail comes by her ability to think on her feet and plan ahead! Just what you want for a stress free occasion. -

As a wedding officiant, my number one concern is whether vendors will handle their tasks smoothly enough to allow the couple to focus on each other. Weddings can be fun parties, but the most important part is giving two people the quiet moments to solemnly and joyfully cement their bond. Christie with Wildflower Event Design is exactly that kind of vendor. She was excellent at staying in touch with and coordinating our whole vendor team and setting a calming stage for a beautiful, emotional wedding for a couple facing unexpected challenges in 2020. Christie is a pleasure to work with and provides timely, complete communication. Her attention to detail is fantastic.
