  Alyssa has your back!!

  Alyssa was SUCH an amazing coordinator! She created my exact vision for our wedding when we got married at Bridlewood Ranch on 4/3/2021! She did not mind when I would text her randomly with changes to my original vision and she was always so kind and encouraging throughout the whole process! She truly cares about everyone she works with and puts so much effort to making your day run smoothly!! She is amazing!! Thank you Alyssa for helping our wedding be the most perfect day! : )

  Highly recommend Cannizzaro for any special events

  Cannizzaro events did a fantastic job at my daughter’s wedding. She took care of every little detail to ensure me and my daughters would not stress out about the wedding. I highly recommend them and have already booked them for my other daughter’s wedding.

  Bridlewood Ranch is the best!

  Bridlewood Ranch was the perfect setting for a romantic and beautiful wedding! All of the staff there was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the second we booked the venue to even after the wedding night was over. Elaine, Alyssa, and Dave are a power trio! If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue in central Florida this is the place to be.

  Alyssa is the BEST!

  Alyssa was the absolute best! I am so happy that Bridlewood Ranch connected me with her. She was our day of coordinator but she essentially helped me with so much during the year leading up to our wedding. She answered every question and helped ease my worrisome tendencies. She not only helped execute the Beauty and the Beast-themed wedding of my dreams, but also was just there to have the most fun with me and my hubby. Some of my favorite moments were captured by Alyssa, and she got along great with our crazy family and friends! I also really appreciated the many small touches that I wasn't expecting - bringing us food and drinks, bustling my dress (!), and transporting us with our photographer to get some epic sunset shots. I am so very grateful to her for making our day so incredibly special! Alyssa is the best. XOXO

  Alyssa and Wild Weddings were PHENOMENAL! We had an amazing wedding and rehearsal dinner at Bridlewood Ranch and, with Alyssa as our day of coordinator, everything went so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time. Alyssa is organized, excellent at communicating, experienced, kind, flexible and good at wrangling our wedding party members to make sure everyone knew where they should be during the rehearsal. The venue was decorated gorgeously under her guidance and perfectly aligned with our style. I had a couple of quick changes during the wedding, like the small flowers on the cake, and they were addressed immediately and discreetly. There were also a couple of times that I needed help or needed Alyssa for something and she seemed to be so intuitive and just appeared instantly for whatever I needed. I would highly recommend Wild Weddings for anyone and cannot say enough how grateful I am for their service.

  Accommodating

  Alyssa went above and beyond to make our day smooth. She made sure everything was set up the way we wanted and everyone was where there were supposed to be. We wouldn’t have had such a perfect day if it wasn’t for her and her two assistants.

  My wedding would not have been as perfect without Alyssa and her team. They helped us from start to finish. They are “day of coordinators”, but really you’re getting a wedding planner because they keep you on track the whole time leading up to the big day. I worked with Alyssa (owner) and Amanda (my day of coordinator) and they both were absolute sweethearts with great advice. Alyssa listened to me ramble about so many decor options, and she would just listen then help me work through what I really wanted. Our wedding was Amanda’s first time on her own as a coordinator, but you would never have known!! She made sure everything was on time, spoke to the vendors, she checked in back and forth with myself and my husband. She never looked stressed or freaked out, which put me at ease. Not only did she make sure everything was set up flawlessly, coordinate with all our vendors and take all the pain out of the final days but she put out one of the biggest wedding fires ever without even causing a smidge of stress to us on our day. Our wedding cake did NOT show up, and Alyssa quickly and graciously drove HERSELF to the local bakery to take care of it before even letting me know. She came to me with the solution and the problem already handled right before we cut the cake and I cannot be more grateful. Alyssa and her team are AMAZING, professional, down to earth, and fun! You cannot make a better choice when choosing a planner or coordinator for your big day.

  Perfect doesn't do justice here

  To say or wedding was perfect is a gross understatement. With the added stress and uncertainty of having to reschedule due to covid, not only was Alyssa extremely accomodating and reassuring but when the day finally came she made sure everything ran perfectly. We are beyond happy!

  Alyssa is hands down the best!
